At the start of October, I tested positive for Covid. My mum purchased a bag of Hay from the Range. We usually get our hay from there and I was running low and needed some for our guinea pigs. Unfortunately, I discovered one of guinea pigs chewing a white stone. On closer inspection of the bag of hay, it was riddled with sticks and many stones. This is an item they sell in their small pet food section on their website so in theory it should be safe for animal consumption. I called their customer service number where I was made to wait for 40 minutes. Eventually I was taken to a survey where I was asked to rate the service I had received and then I was disconnected without speaking to anyone. I won't lie, this frustrated and angered me because my time had been wasted. I then decided to email my complaint to them. Alison from the customer service team emailed back and asked for further details and that the range would like to send two bags of hay to me. I gave over the information they were asking for and also asked that this be looked into properly, I didnt want any one else's animals to come to harm from a product that was unsafe. I didn't hear anything back so then I emailed again. Alison came back to me and assured me that my details would be passed to the appropriate departments. I have heard nothing since, no outcome, no replacement hay, nothing. I have given them plenty of chances to reply but frankly they do not care about their customers and they do not care if they are selling products that are harmful to animals. This was something that could have been dealt with respectfully by both parties but instead they decided they would prefer to ignore the customer. I was in a vulnerable position where I had to rely on others to get items that our family needed, hay being one of them. I am now far beyond frustrated. I will no longer be shopping at The Range, their customer support has shown that they think very little of their consumers and I will not be lining their pockets with another penny. They have ruined my trust in them and their reputation.

Ive given 1 for the lady runing the cafe upside.she deserves it.other than that toilets totally disgusting.no toilet paper.no soap.one lady even said she always has to clean it ever time.covid comes to mind.shape up and get cleaning

Ordered a ladder from them and I'm still waiting 12 days later. They don't answer the phone and just send out standardized emails. Shocking service.

DO NOT BUY A HOT TUB FROM THIS COMPANY . I spent £700 on a hot tub which broke after 3 weeks.I sent it to be mended and came back with the same fault it turned itself on at 3 in the morning. Yet again took another day of work for it to be collected. It is now sitting in my garage in its box as I have lost all confidence in this product. I have followers all protocol but they are refusing a refund.All in all it only worked for 3 weeks.it’s left me very frustrated and stressed and at the same time I’ve been going through chemotherapy... this was meant to be a bit of fun for my children !

Very poor price points, Trade descriptions issues in Clearance area. I clarified prices with team members on the shopfloor as POS stated 50% off all marked clearance. At the till point when I politely asked the cashier why they weren't reduced I was met with a surely and rude attitude. She then walked off, shouted for a DM who didn't engage me just stropily and loudly said "I haven't got time to argue with anyone, just reduce it". I got the product but the service was horrible, leaving an unpleasant taste in mouth. If they are your brand ambassadors you have serious operational problems.

Order code W7576356, I ordered a Riviera Wardrobe on 5th oct, when it was delivered by arrowxl I ask to open it in front of the delivery men which we discovered the mirror was broke so they took it back. I ordered a replacement it was meant to be delivered on 22nd Oct between 15:00 & 17:00 it never turned up, so I gave them one more chance, I had to phone on the 27thOct which I did. Customer services told me it was meant to be delivered on the 26th Oct then she found out the reason why, it was damaged again which I was fuming so I said enough is enough i want my money back, I can not believe it took three attempts to deliver one Wardrobe to one customer, how many others are going through the same problem absolutely crazy. Its sad but i will never buy from the range online again.

I really fail to understand how you can run your compy the way you do ,the reviews tell you what you are doing wrong. My personnel experience I purchased a bed the delivery arrived 2 boxes missing the other 2 badly damaged refused to accept Phoned the Range to cancel order and have a refund..I was told to contact there supplier for a refund. That's not how it works you as the dealer are responsible for the item I paid you for. My credit card company are now dealing with it. I suggest to future customers stay away from online purchases with this company ,as you will be leaving feedbacks like this as so many have already done

Atrocious service. I ordered furniture in September and then got an email saying it had been despatched and I can expect it on 21st September. Delivery did not arrive and when I contacted them they said it was through someone else here's there number. contacted 3rd party and it turned out they never had it and would send it once in. 6 weeks later and still no delivery just useless bs responses from the range

If I could give zero stars I would! I’ve had an absolute nightmare with this company. My latest being I’ve ordered something online 3 times since august. They email me to say item In stock, I order almost £100 they take money instantly from my bank and give a delivery date. The delivery date arrives and no items. I get an email saying items been delayed. It then goes way past the due date and me to call to be told this item is now out of stock! 3 times!!!!!!! No one informs me or refunds until I call. I have decided to give up on this item which is a real shame as it’s perfect for my lounge but I’ve had enough of the poor customer service and the constant chasing I have to do whilst my money is sitting in the bank account of The Range! They won’t sell the item off the shelf to me as it’s the demo but they are not restocking it anyway by looks of it. Absolute poor service from everyone involved! Very disappointed!!

Ordered a 2 man pop up tent online. When it arrived there were parts missing and it was damaged . Called customer service to arrange the return and was told I would have my refund within 3-5 days of the item being received - pretty easy so far. After that it went down hill. Collection couriers didn’t arrive within their 2 hour time slot resulting in the collection having to be rearranged. Item was finally collected and returned. A week after collection I call to chase my refund and was told it’ll be in my account in 2 working days. 3 working days later no refund. Another call to customer service. I’m now advised the refund will take 5-7 working days. At this point The Range have had my money for an item that I’ve had no use of for nearly a month. Needless to say they will be getting another call in 2 working days. And don’t ever try and leave a review for an item as it won’t be approved !!!

Absolutely shocking customer services. I've been chasing a refund for weeks over a faulty item that was delivered. I'm still chasing and can't speak to anyone of authority. I will never order anything from them again and would definitely not be recommending them to anyone.

It’s worse a customer service. Don’t buy from Range plus they’re even worse. They’ve delivered wrong items and I had to chase them for collection for weeks !!! They gave me a date for collection waited all day nobody came I had to chase them again they came the following day without any notification. Now they collected my items 2 weeks ago still waiting for refund so stressful never even buy from Range .

I see all the bad feedback and am not surprised. Having been a supplier i was familiar with head office The daughter of the owner (chris dawson) could often be heard to say "I dont give a sh*t" The owner himself onlycared about the profit. A very rude man. Also an unethical company. Often copying others designs. And dont even ask about labour in China

Awful customer service. Ordered an item that turns out is from the range plus, tried to cancel the order but this didn't happen so refused delivery as advised. A week later and I have heard nothing back. Phoned the range up to ask for an update to grt no help what so ever. So now I am just sat around waiting for my £90 refund with no clue what is happening. Will not be buying from the range online again that's for sure. Also other item I ordered the quality is not that great.

Went in the shop and bought 9 items. While I have added them in the baket I calculated the amount I would need to pay. The total amount would've been at around 35£. When it came to payment ...the cashier told me 58.98£ . I was stunned. Took all items out of the bag and went one by one. At the shelf were priced completely different (e.g. L'Oréal shampoo was on offer at 1.49£ at the till 2.99£). I said alright...human error, they must've missed updating. Light bulbs...at the shelf 1.29£ at the till 2.29£. Then checked all items and every single item was priced different at the shelf than at the till. It was frustrating and the girl at the check out said something about 24hr policy to ammend prices, etc. I was wondering, why shall I pay for their mistake ?! Well, if there is any mistake. Is that a modern scam way to rip people off?. I can not count how many times I have been in this shop and never checked the receipts. Isn't there any authority to look up these incidents?!

We had a very helpful young man help us in the Garden centre as we wanted to buy 7 fence post which had a price on of £9.99 which your staff confirmed. He went and got a trolley to put them on and gave us the barcode off one if the fence posts so we could go to customer service to pay for them. When we got to customer service we where met with the most ignorant person who had obviously not the first idea about customer service as he walked away twice and said nothing to us. When we finally came back he didn't apologise looked at us and then started a conversation with his colleague, one had finished he decided to serve us!! No sorry to keep you waiting or anything, then to make things worse he put the fence posts through along with a few other items we had purchased and the bill came to way more than expected. It seemed the fence posts that the Range were advertising at £9.99 had gone through the till at £17.99!!!! All he said was do you still want them because we have 24hrs to change the price you saw to the correct price. My husband asked to speak to the manager but he refused. Probably the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced and obviously we left all the items and walked out and I can assure we won't be shopping at the Range in the future!! Its no wonder your reviews are poor if you employ people like that to deal with your customers!!@@@
