The range must take a leaf out of B&Q book. Good demarcation lines for safety Poor hygiene regarding avoiding cross contamination Using same dirty cloth cleaning several trolleys at once. No hand sanitizer which is the source of infection. Do not Risk your life until they address their problems Also no prices on plants which is far more expensive than expected 😬😣😣😣😣

I ordered a leaner mirror 4 weeks ago and received it a couple of days ago, it arrived smashed to pieces and crack along the frame, it was clearly handled very badly to be in this state. I’ve called multiple times and have had no luck getting through and I’m getting no answers on any social media’s or emails. I even phoned a store to explain I couldn’t get through to the customer service phone line and she told me to bring the mirror to the store. The mirror is massive and won’t fit in my car so I’m now having to wait till the weekend to get a van to take the mirror to the store. All during non essential travel. Really irritating.

BE AWARE before ordering from the range I ordered two items 1 Order wrongly delivered yesterday I ordered an umbrella they sent me two sun lounger in a six foot box marked up as grey umbrella!!! I have just waited an hour and 10 mins on phone to be told I have to email pictures then CALL BACK IN!!!!!!! I can’t move around because of the size of box and I’ve been told if I don’t send them back I will be charged I’m a key worker and this was my only day off I do feel if the Range cannot communicate by email and arrange collection You should not open to customers Using the excuse of no one to email or call you back is not exceptable you should remain closed this is now costing me more money to sort your mistake out

Like others on this post I am waiting for a delivery that is taking ages. Spent ages on 0345 number trying to get through to cancel and have also emailed customer services with no response. We have used a number of other companies as redecorating house and have had excellent CS. Not happy and would not recommend to anyone

I received regular updates on the progress of my purchase (Lawn mower & Line). I was able to track my item successfully. Two days before delivery I received a text from the Range. I also got a text on the day of delivery. The courier contacted me when they were about 30 mins from delivering the item. So I am generally very pleased with my purchase. WELL DONE the Range.

I wouldn't buy anything from "The Range" right now. They are clearly in trouble, goods not being delivered but money taken. Phone lines cut you off or not answered. No one monitoring social media. I appreciate it's "unprecedented times" and all that, but other companies are managing better and are at least communicating with their customers. Still no goods received...

Long drawn out wait for my parcel which was ordered on the 14th April , they took the money on the 20th & I'm still waiting for a parcel which was supposed to be delivered on the 24th No answer from their call centre Rude & ignorant Also no updates on my order status Not Happy !!!!!!!

Parcel was due 4 days ago after waiting 2 weeks. By the looks from the status of my order it’s still not been despatched and I haven’t been informed on when it will come. Ignoring emails and calls . Wouldn’t recommend

I placed my order on the 2nd April and it should have been delivered by the 13th April. It is now the 28th April and I still have not received my order! Have tried to contact them on the customer care number and have been on hold for 1hr. When it then gets to an hour of being on hold it just cuts me off. I have been trying for days now and still can’t get through.

Wait time for customer service is 45 minutes (minimum) . You can only cancel by ringing customer service. Poor system.

Ordered load of things 10th april still waiting should have come 22nd april didnt arrive just ad email today 27th april to day will be arriving 22nd april anyone else had this no one to complain.you ring up cant get through

Ordered on 10th April, called them to cancel the order as I didn't want to wait ages. It for delivered today April 27th. Absolute joke. I have been charged for something I cancelled. I have been on hold for 2 and a half hours, you cannot get through to them.

Can’t get thro to the so called customer care line .. been ringing off and on all day.. it’s a joke .. order only partly delivered to the warehouse for despatch.. should have arrived on Saturday ..I ha e not recd an email or anything to say the Oder has failed, first I knew was when I rang Arrow .. they have taken my money tho .. never ever ordering from them again.. shocking and abysmal customer service ...

Zero stars. My mirror was delivered this morning. I opened the box to find a completely smashed mirror. Cannot get through to anyone on the phone number. No one will answer. I have been on hold an hour and a half. My money has in effect been stolen. Thieves, pure and simple.

Ordered a gazebo on 15 April scheduled for delivery on 22 April. Still no confirmation of order being dispatched. They have however taken the money from my account and it is impossible to get through to anyone in their call centre to cancel the order and get your money back. This company is robbing the public - pure theft

I had some plant food delivered in a box when I opened it it had leaked the bottle was on its side only half bottle left.emailed them twice tell you to phone them tried phoning you cannot get throw was on the phone a hour tell you to hold.will not buy from them again.

Ordered something on the 12th of April . The money was taken out of my account on the 14th. Still no delivery 14 days later . No email of confirmation from them . My order history says I haven't ordered any thing. Cannot get through by phone. I realise things are awkward . But Rubbish service. I will not use them again.

Ordered no item site hasnt even updated since i paid on the 16th april no order tried 3 days to get hold of them been on hold for over 40 mins still no answer i just want my money back and to never use them again no other company has been this shocking during covid 19.
