I purchased a floor lamp xmas time,it;s stopped working ahter six month's. I rang the Llansamlet store in Swansea i spoke to the most unhelpful man on the phone,I was told because i had no receipt and paid by cash,there was nothing they could do,His attitude was appauling.Asked to speke to a manager,he kept me on hold for 30 mins,then to be cut off.I just wanted some advice.I have take further action.not at all happy

Having bought a firepit table from the Torquay store, I noticed a missing part which holds the fire guard together. I returned to the store where a member of staff took my details and said that customer service would be in touch. This was three weeks ago, and despite my emailing head office, there has been no communication from the range at all. Needless to say I will never shop there again.

Lady on the checkout very abrupt and unfriendly. We were going to take our purchases to the car and go for a look around but she really put us off so we went elsewhere

DO NOT order garden furniture! I ordered a garden set at the beginning of April, due to arrive beginning of June. Emailed to say would be delayed until end of June! Emailed again to say would be delayed until the end of July! Have now received another email to say will be delayed until end of August!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! So 4 months and I’m sure it will be delayed again!! Will definitely be cancelling!

We were looking for a small water feature for a birthday present In came Mary who explained that the larger ones needed to be ordered but showed us the smaller range. When we couldn't see what we wanted she proceeded to go further and look inside the garden centre and produced just what we wanted. She carefully opened it up and shower us how long the extension,was and also told us if our friend didnt Like the gift we could obtain a present receipt so that it coukd be returned She was polite and very interested in making sure our trip to the Range was a happy one Thank you Mary you were a delight

Non existent customer service. Trying to return garden furniture bought online as the quality is appalling and guaranteed to break. Can I get through?? No I am stuck listening to painful, repetitive music (15 mins so far). I have been trying for days and no response to email. At this rate I am going to have to take this back to the store - despite website saying that large online items can't be returned instore, what else is a customer to do?

Having ordered my garden furniture in March, for delivery on 23rd June..I have not had any contact with The Range since, so, having to arrange for someone to he here for delivery, rang number that was given to me at time of purchase, this number is not for feint hearted. eventually after 20mins o spnish guitar music at 8am in morning, I eventually get through to a man, who bypassed his customer care training to be informed that I have to wait until August. I told him I was not happy and asked for reasons he was not able to give me?? I asked if there was anybody I could speak to someone senior who I could speak to and he said no not really!!! So annoyed words fail me...Trauling through contact numbers to complian lead me back to same number...More angry than I can say

6 months to wait on garden funiture first 3 months and now a further 3 months don't use the suez canal blockage as an excuse for this amount of time delay

The most appalling customer service i have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought on line and the product was faulty. Despite 2 months of trying to sort out through emails as the wait time on the phone is over an hour i have had to resort to putting into dispute with my credit card company. There is no live chat any email correspondence is on a 4 day delay and very often the thread isn't replied to and another complaint has to be started and the process repeated again. I finally gave up today after 45 mins holding to get through then 40 mins arguing with a very rude "customer service" assistant who said they are busy thats why it takes months to respond...... Basically i got absolutely nowhere and was told they dont "do" customer complaints and advised me to get a lawyer. I have been advised by my credit card company to email them asking for a collection and refund within 15 days or they will refund my money and mastercard will then take up the dispute. I advise any customers to use the credit card protection in this way if they can. This company are just a load of crooks and should be investigated by trading standards.

We went to the Holyhead road branch in West Bromwich this morning. Disgusting , about half of customers were not wearing masks, spoke to a manager who advised they have been advised they are not allowed to refuse entry for not wearing a mask. This is a high risk Cov-id area and they do not care about customer safety. I will never shop at this branch again.

I have sent 3 e mails to you regarding smashed glass on outdoor table delivered last M m onday. No response so what do I do next. Totally frustrated after a long wait for delivery. Never again.

Ordered garden furniture totalling over £1,000 back in March with delivery date of next week. Not had an email confirming so had to call and waited for 40 minutes to speak to someone only to be told furniture arriving in UK next week and in his experience would take a further 2 weeks for delivery (no definite date given). Shocking service considering the amount of the purchase and how long I am having to wait. I will be looking elsewhere in the meantime to see if I can get a quicker delivery!!

Absolutely appalling online customer service. Had a damaged wardrobe delivered (black marks on white wardrobe that don’t come off and dented mirrored doors) I was on hold to customer care for 1hr 20mins and still didn’t get through. No response to emails and finally got a response from Facebook. They sent replacement glass doors, which were also all damaged. Finally offered for me to keep the wardrobe and either have a replacement or full refund. I messaged to ask for the refund option and was then told that they can’t offer that after all!! This was after I built the wardrobe due to my daughter returning home from uni and needing a wardrobe. I asked to be called by a manager and was told that managers are not customer facing and so can’t speak to me and that Facebook is head office and the only people that can deal with enquiries. It’s still ongoing and they won’t offer me any ‘compensation’ for all the hassle as they say this is a legal term. I might get a gesture of goodwill!!!! Avoid at all costs

So wish l'd checked this site before being stupid enough to order patio chairs & table online from the Range. My story very similar to those love just read on here and l could cry! Ordered online at beginning of May then advised by email that delivery would be around 4 June - that was no problem. We actually received the items on 3rd but when we opened the box one side of one of the chairs has both plastic end stops missing and even the chrome strip that should hold the end in place. We would have to try and find something to level up chair in order to sit on it! I have filled in 2 customer return requests (with photos) phoned the so called customer service number 3 times - no answer - just music playing for 30 minutes each time. So on 9th June l called our local store in Bury St Edmunds - spoke to James and after he spoke to manager l was advised that we could return to store......but after we struggled in with large heavy box we were told sorry they couldn't refund as order was fulfilled by their "trusted partner". I wasn't happy! The manager called a number and l was promised that someone would email with a collection date. I did get an email which stated the collection would be the 15 June. We waited in ALL Day - no-one came. I called the store again next day - the girl l spoke to was very apologetic and said she would contact them again. She called back to say l would get email - which l did saying they were waiting to hear from their trusted partner with new date. Still waiting and now l've read these reviews l am not at all hopeful of getting faulty goods collected and a refund. I agree with other people on here something should be done! The Range are taking our money under false pretences - this is fraud and also theft. They are not adhering to online retail law and all we can do is report to Trading Standards. I feel very angry and duped.

Just the worst customer service. Ordered may 15 for June 17 delivery, they then sent a threatening email saying my summer furniture delivery was being pushed to Sept 7, when on the site, they're still selling the product to people promising July 17 delivery. Online support is completely useless, took a month to get a "no" response when asked for dimensions, and their phone line permanently has a 30 minute wait time.

brought a chair £11.99 on label with colour at till £14.99 was told till was right label wrong and 24 hours to change label happened before to friends poor service if you want to buy anything take it to the till and check price disappointed poor

Ordered on 10th May 2021. Delivery supposed to be next week, 23rd May 2021. Email received today stating estimated delivery now 12th August. Disgusting behaviour from the Range, knowing full well there is a shortage and we now have no garden furniture throughout the summer. Be very careful with ordering from the Range, they cannot meet their estimated delivery dates.

Half my £500 furniture didnt arrive,it takes 40 mins each time to talk to someone but they dont let you ever talk to a manager.also the trusted partner they use are terrible,just look at trust pilot before you buy.ripped off and so much stress
