“ Ordered rattern set, with firepit. Delivery was ok. However parts very poor quality, lots of snags on cushions, staples showing, rattern bulging. Sent email, tried chat very difficult to get hold off. I have had a reply, explained everything sent pics, have been asked to send again, and explain issues. They just don't understand that when you pay for something, you don't expect substandard quality. ”
