Avoid buying furniture from this place at all costs. I went into the store in Watford on 12th June and found the perfect dining table and chairs. I paid for it there and then to be delivered within the next few days. 19th June came around and it still hadn’t been delivered but apparently had been dispatched. Fast forward another week and after many phone calls to the store, I was told that it would be delivered the following day.... another 4 days went past and nothing. So yet more phone calls back and forth.... EVENTUALLY my table and chairs were delivered on 2nd July almost 3 weeks after the money left my account but of course it wasn’t that simple! I should have had 4 boxes delivered, 2 containing chairs, 1 with the glass table top and 1 with the table legs. Guess what? I have no table legs. So now I’m stuck with 4 chairs, a glass table top which is precariously leaning up against my living room wall with a 3 year old running around and no answer from either XPD the appalling courier company they use or the range. Absolutely fuming. Their customer service is beyond a joke and they don’t answer any social media correspondence either. So now I’m no doubt going to have to go back into store to actually get this resolved and I don’t hold out much hope with that either.

Bought a gazebo, after 2 weeks, I noticed one of the sections had started to come apart & is only being held together by a thin piece of metal. I have spent a lot of time decorating it to how I wanted it. I took photos & went into Kidderminster store, to be advised they had no more & were now discontinued, I was offered a replacement for the broken section but was worried the other corners would go the same. I asked to have a refund & upgrade to more expensive model, (Over £200 more). I asked for some discount on the new one, due to inconvenience of having to dismantle & return it, then erect the new one. And was told no, I spoke to Paul, the store Manager, who clearly doesn’t give a hoot about his customers, by his attitude to you, he then offered me 5% off if the old gazebo, which would work out at about £4, wouldn’t even cover my fuel, let alone the time to dismantle. I will be taking my money elsewhere because quite frankly, they don’t deserve it!!! Appalling customer service!!!

Ordered a dining table and chairs one of the chairs are faulty! Took 2 n half hours to get through to customer service, to be told that they will try and find the parts I need. If not then they will send me all 4 chairs out and they will take these 4 back. Why do they make things so hard why not just send out 1 chair?! Well I'm still waiting confirmation from customer services on what's happening so again over 2 hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer!!!

Shocking customer services, I have never been treated so badly, I have also never written a bad reviews but I felt like I had no other option. I would strongly suggest not using this company.

I would suggest that customers give the place a wide birth if they want to get value for money. I recently went into the Milton Keynes store and bought a pack of 18 toilet rolls. They were not priced and it was my fault that I did not ask the price before buying. When I got home I realised that I had been ripped off, I was charged £7.49. In other local stores the same item is being sold for £3.49. Sounds like a Del Boy outfit to me!

Ordered some shelving 3 weeks ago, paid £9.95 for delivery. Hasn't been delivered?!? I haven't heard a thing from anyone its as though the order is non-existent. I have been trying to contact The Range and XDP for the past 2 weeks which is impossible, their inbox isn't being monitored, the online chat doesn't always work and when it does your waiting for hours and phoning them is pointless, i was waiting for nearly 2 hours and had to hang up. I honestly don't know how this company is still open if you look at all the bad reviews?! I only wish i would of checked before ordering from here and saved myself so much time and stress!!

The store manager treated me very unfair and unpleasant. Due to the virus made me line up at 3 different places . The product I got was broken and insted of supporting me the customer and offer me straight away exchange of product, made me wait and treated me with disrespect just because I look foreign. I could feel her eyes staring at me singe I was in the line outside during the covid procedures. I promised I will never go in that shop again . Hope karma will look after this, as for her duties I am certain she wont keep to long as a manager.

Absolute disgrace. I urge everybody to look elsewhere and NEVER order from this company online. There is no customer service. The number is not in use, the email is not in use and the live chat does not work. I've been refreshing the page for 6 days!!! The supplier has cancelled the delivery but no way to contact the range at all and no money back!!!

Only one word to describe this company and that’s https://www.facebook.com/multitraderservices/” Ordered three bar stools online on the 15th June and received two lots of emails and text messages with delivery dates. Stayed in all day first time and no delivery. Then Told they are being delivered this morning but then receive a text, they can’t find them in the warehouse. Can’t reach them on the phone and over 200 people waiting on the “online chat” will never buy anything from this company again. Their online service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I sit here today no further on and no information from them whatsoever? So your just going to keep my money and hope I’ll go away? Waste of my time. Reply to response below - Went on your online chat as advised below, 8 times and waited over 2 hours each time only to be cut off. What an absolute disgrace to treat your customers in this way. My biggest mistake was not reading your reviews before placing the order - Lesson learned

Ordered a glass table for it to arrive a month later completely smashed, arranged pick up of damaged goods which took me an hour and half on hold to costumer service only to be cut off when someone finally picked up. Had to wait on hold for another hour and 15minutes. When the second table arrived this too was damaged, I wait on hold over an hour again for the person to tell me they need to speak to their manager then cuts me off. I have never been so frustrated In my life. This company is a disgrace. When I ring back and on hold for the forth time I get told they are offering me £45 off purchase price. Over 3 weeks later I am still waiting for this to materialise. Still no refund. Looks like I am going to spend another hour and half on hold to try and resolve this matter which will now be the 5th time ringing the incompetent range. I would strongly advise anyone NOT to use this company, it is not worth the frustration and the lack of competence of the people that work for them. They don’t even deserve the one star given.

Orded a party gazeno sent poles and thats it no roof or side and cant get hold of anyone went on live chat over 4 hours each day Saturday and Sunday and still nothink no one seem othered that I payed 149.00 for half my order

Avoid purchasing any large furniture. Ours arrived damaged and so have many others. See Twitter and trust pilot etc before you consider. You get ignored once the transaction has gone through they couldn't give a ****, so the range are selling faulty goods. £1000 spent and have been ripped off We are now going to do a court claim. Please advise any friends to not purchase any furniture or other large items. They are crooks

Giving it one star is me being generous, bought an Arosa Gazebo online received it put it together wife loved it, after 15 minutes i noticed a couple of bits of the seam on the fabric appeared to be stretching later noticed the stitching at the seam is all coming away , been trying to contact them for days now, store say they cant help, spent an hour on phone so far his morning and nearly 3 hours in queue for web chat

I am on the phone for the second time chasing my order, both time I have been on hold for over an hour. Bird bath should have arrived on 2nd of June. Had another delivery slot booked, had time off work and was contacted to say they couldn't find my item, and would be in touch with another delivery date. This was 2 weeks ago. So once again I'm back on the phone so far it's been 1hour 17 minutes. Ridiculous!

I received my order very promptly. Unfortunately I needed to return 2 items as they were unsuitable. When you try to call the customer services team to arrange this, the automated message sends you back to the website. I received an email telling me to call again and the same thing happened. I just wanted to speak to a human being to organise a return! Absolutely shocking customer service. I usually buy things in store but because I’m scared to go shopping now I ordered online. However I will have to go to the store to return the u required items. As a result of this fiasco I won’t be shopping there ever again!

Don't care about customers Customer service from The Range is a joke. I ordered 3 bits of furniture on 2 separate orders, the first on the 9th June. On the 12th June you email me to tell me that my first order has been dispatched. Today I receive the 2nd order, which I placed on 15th June. I have still no contact regarding my first order. You have abdicated this to your delivery partner and to be frank, that's not good enough. Also, you have no means of customer contact, other than an AI bot chat - which isn't working. Which in itself is hilarious - you're company is such a joke, your "customer service" AI bot has given up. You blatantly don't care about customers, making it as hard as possible to ask simple questions such is "Where is my order?".

Appalling service...Delivery non existent...Waited nearly a month for delivery of a bookcase,given 2 dates both came and went...Customer service,recorded message...Suggests Live Chat...which is not functioning due to 'unpredented demand' which is a joke in itself!! How the Range remains in business is a complete mystery to me...Never again.. Don't waste your money...

Don’t waste your time, I wish I’d seen the reviews before parting with my money. Delivery service and customer service, both absolutely shocking! Delivery service is giving the range a very bad name. You need to change you delivery company. Brand new mattress on floor for nearly a month, no bed to put it on! Not good or acceptable for health of my child!! I cannot complete the fields below as no contact to comment on I agree with all the comments below, dread to think of my phone bill! No item to comment on! I think a refund is now on the cards, and a very disappointed child! Thanks The Range, whoever you are , for the stress you have caused to me and my child!
