Ordered a TV unit for £180 parts missing then when you try ringing customer service they don't answer give up after hair and half then trued next day took an hour for them to answer then to say could hear and put phone down my 28 days will be up before the problem is solved won't be ordering again terrible service

I had a delivery from The Range but items were missing. I've tried contacting them several times and been on hold for over an hour nearly each time, but they are unreachable. Disgusting service. Stores wont help if you order online. I have a product I cant do anything with and I cant even return it as they wont answer the phones.

Need to return something… stayed in all day no show . I emailed customer service a number of times, no reply. I was on the to customer service for over half an hour before anyone picked up to be told all they can do is email the partner for another pick up day … I’m still waiting.. very poor service

I would give zero stars… customer services is absolutely diabolical. I ordered two wing chairs with footstool and they delivered the wrong items. After 40 minutes on hold I was put through to a man called Gabriel who was extremely rude and threatened to put the phone down on me. He offered no solution to my problem, told me I had to contact someone else via email and that I had to wait 4 days to be contacted back. He also told me that there is no complaints email. I’m still waiting to have the wrong chairs collected and exchanged for the right ones I ordered. Im having to store these two enormous boxes in my house while I wait for them to rectify their own mistake. I’ll never order anything from them ever again. Avoid at all cost. It’s not worth the stress. Buy from somewhere else.

Still no item aftef 5 weeks, delivered etong address, allegedly collected and delivered but still waiting, nightmare trying to contact gjis company. For own sanity avoid at all costs

Worst customer service experience + items do not last, very poor quality (especially gazebo range), and you can't order spares. But if you are trying to get anywhere on the phone - don't waste time, their own assistants from the shops can't, never mind mere mortals. And assistants usually have no clue either.

Ordered a mirror. First one arrived damaged. Had to call customer services as nobody responds to emails. Waited 45 mins initially. A collection of the damaged mirror was arranged but nobody turned up. New delivery date was also missed. The replacement turned up eventually which was also broken and dirty and the dirt went all over the walls and doors of my house. Waited 1.5 hours on hold for customer services. Had to request a refund as the process has been laborious but actually all I really wanted was the mirror delivered in tact. Advice they the range managers -outsource your contact centre, ensure things are packaged appropriately for delivery as you are losing customers, revenue and business with the current shambles.

The Paignton future doesn't deserve a star at all. The customer service is diabolical, rude, with unsatisfactory answers to the questions asked. Plus when you say you have lost a customer because of their behaviour, the comments as you leave the store is of, so what. It's a wonder they have any customers left. Apart from this, the store wavered untidy, with hardly anything priced.

Appalling customer service . Lost order , phone being put down on me ! Then put on hold for 10 mins! Was told to call head office and not bother branch as there was nothing they could do. I am still without my order and the range has my money 3 weeks after delivery was due!!

Absolutely awful service from start to finish. We ordered an expensive wardrobe that we had to wait 3 weeks for when we were promised it would arrive within the week. When 3 massive heavy boxes did arrive, 1 was the wrong colour. When I rang customer services the first time, I was on hold until they closed. The 2nd time, I was on hold for 45 mins. It was then 2 weeks before they picked up the wrong box & delivered the right box which was totally battered & pieces smashed. Utterly disappointed & suffice to say will never order anything from The Range again!!! I do not recommend at all!!!

Awful customer service, still waiting after 7 days for a refund for a product that didn't arrive when they said it would. Whenever I call the customer service team they say they are transferring me then cut me off. So angry!

Finally got through to customers services told I would be contacted regarding my request to return my order back and forward for days with emails now nothing no response from them wish I had read the reviews before ordering from The Range online NEVER AGAIN

Wanted to buy a table I saw in store. It was priced at £79.99. The young chap said it would have to be ordered in or I could have home delivery for £9.95 I chose to pick up in store. They STILL wanted £9.95 to have it delivered to the store!! What a joke! Lost a sale there.

Shocking - impossible to actually speak to anyone to chase up an order that they have failed to deliver! I have spent 1.5 hours on the 0345 number and just go back on hold - called head office they then transfered me back to the 0345 number - awaiting delivery now a week overdue!

Awful customer service, when my email confirmation arrived it showed an incorrect delivery address, I called to cancel the order to reorder for the correct address but was told that wouldn’t be necessary if I sent proof of my correct address, I did this and had another email confirming that when I had an email saying my furniture was on the way I just had to call and they would change the address with the courier. This I did today and I have now been told it was a mistake and the address cannot be changed so my order has been cancelled. I am now without garden furniture for a party we are due to have in 2 weeks as I have to wait 14 days to receive my refund so don’t have the money to buy from elsewhere.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased rattan garden furniture and a 3m parasol that includes the base from the range online. All items arrived in transit damaged. These issus where all reported straight away to the Range who was not able to assist further as they came from 2 different companies. The issues I had with the rattan furniture have been resolved promptly by the manufacturers itself. The issues I'm having with the parasol where from the RANGE PLUS. The parasol in unsatisfactory condition and unfit for purpose. The parasol was purchased for my Nan's 95th birthday so she could sit outside under the shade in the garden to celebrate her birthday with family and friends, whom she has not been able to see since the beginning of the 1st lockdown in March 2020. Despite numerous emails and attachments sent to the Range plus and living at home, There still is no replacement and no refund arranged. This has been ongoing now for over a week. They know why it was purchased and they are avoiding their legal obligations. I spent a large amount of money on these goods and as they are avoiding there legal responsibility, I will continue to take this matter further.
