Your jewellery, no problem, I’ve liked everything I’ve ordered. Your perfume, on the other hand stinks. Literally. The gold perfume is horrible, flimsy fragrance which doesn’t last and the emerald has a reasonable smell but it doesn’t last. Shan’t bother with your fragrances ever again. I would like to return them but with a prepaid label and a refund from you to apologise for selling rubbish to me ☹️

I advise anyone thinking of shopping with tjc don't it will cause you stress like you wouldn't believe I bought a rug received it 11 July wrong rug sent I am told I have to take the rug to the post office myself Evan though I'm on cruchers and carnt walk so I'm paying for tjc incompetence discusting informed trading standards and citizens advice they carnt believe it either please please read other reviews and do not shop with tjc I wish I had if I had I wouldn't be stressed and writing this review

Do not shop with tjc they take your money and keep saying there's a problem with dispache and your stuff doesn't come and when you ask about complaint procedure there isn't any I will report tjc to trading standards and the equalities watchdog monitoring complaints as tjc does not have a complaints procedure and if they do they refuse to log a complaint do not shop with this company you will be left with the biggest headache dealing with any problem they take your money then you can go to hell they don't care please think twice before shopping with these people

They mistakenly dropped a diamond ring to £399.99. They took the graphics off and when they came back it was £3999.99. They should have been made to sell the whole stock at the lower price. Andy hodgson and his innuendo with jenny is like schoolboy humour from the 1970s.

Room diffusers that the presenters say smell amaaaazinnng. Mine smell of F all. Then just lately they are making out that the jewellery price has gone too low. The fake shock look on their faces, and pretend phone calls from head office, but wait! They still drop the price even lower. We viewers aren't that gullible.

This company is terrible. I was over charged £20.00 and I have emailed them many times and spoke to someone on the phone. Emails never replied to person on the phone said you will only ever pay the final price shown on tv. It was £77.99 + p & p it also said this was the price on there website yet I was charged £99.99 + p & p but they took the money and now won’t reply. I will never use this company again. Appalling customer service.

Still waiting for response to my email I sent 2 days ago....when I asked agent to raise a complaint, I was told he would share my concerns with his manager/team!! I said no, you should have a complaints dept but he wouldn't confirm whether or not TJC do have a complaints dept. TJC are not storing customer debit card details, they tried using an expired debit card for the monthly TJC Plus 9.99. I gave them my new card last year & when I emailed them an agent told me there were 3 or 4 expired cards on my account which have only now been inactivated....I've asked for a Complaints reference number but like usual, no response. If I don't get a response I'm gonna report them to the Banking Ombudsman & Trade & Standards....They clearly don't have a complaint handling dept which I believe is breaking the law. Fed up with the agent saying they will share my concerns with the manager/team, nothing ever gets done! I do not expect a Company to keep my old expired card details on their system without deactivating them first. Used Live Chat last night, agent assured me someone will be in contact with me but I'm not holding my breath....dreadful way to treat their customers.

Wished I had checked the reviews before purchasing jewellery,and goods from T.J.C. Ordered 1 Moissanite ring with 30% off on 21.12.2022 £50.99 saying it had been dispatched with tracking, kept checking till the tracking was removed . Refunded by pay pal. Middle of February Ordered ,3 items split into 2 delivery’s Order 1 Austrian Crystal pen set, delivered on 23.12 2022 by Evri. £8.00. 0rder 2 , Amethyst beaded neck lace won on auction £8.00 refunded by PayPal. Order 3, Moissanite ring won on auction £11.00 refunded by PayPal middle of February Spoke to customer service 4 times they said it would be refunded the next Friday , no way to contact management , no apology ,it’s now middle of February , contacted pay pal who took my case , and have refunded me in full. As for £ 1.00 Auction have also won quite a few times, but rarely got my Jewellery either out of Stock , or completely ignored any requests to full fill the prize . Not happy with the non customer satisfaction , Will never use T.J.C. again .

I purchased a homestart heater a couple of years ago and a few weeks ago it stopped working completely. All together I only used it for less than 3 hours in total. Tjc customer service is appalling. All I wanted was an address or contact number for homestart. I wrote around 3 emails to tjc with the same request of a contact for homestart. Each time they told me to contact homestart. I would NEVER buy anything of tjc again and I have to say I have purchased quite a few items in the past but luckily never needed to contact them before as it was the first electrical I had purchased. USELESS and the heater cost nearly a hundred pounds. I am a pensioner and this type of money is a fortune to me. Shame on you tjc

No help at all, waiting for 2 weeks for a ring, still not here, and they keep on asking for 3 more days and blaming the postal strikes (tracking is still showing "expecting your parcel") I have ordered and recieved many items that are not special delivery in the same 2 weeks, so somebody isn't telling the truth!. Customer service is non existent and no help at all, obviously reading from a script. Save your money and vote with your feet, disgusting excuse for a "company" my partner now has no Christmas present.

WORST COMPANY EVER, Total and utter scammers, in my case they listed items on the auction site which they will not honor and say it is out of stock i believe only if the price is lower than they expected, i won various items over the last couple of months and when the winning price is to low they will take your money but still cancel your order, for example i won an air fryer at half the normal price but they cancelled my order only after marking it as dispatched and taking my money , the next day despite them informing me it was cancelled it was back listed on the websites auction site. totally breaching uk law and clearly ripping me off. i must be a victim of fraud because they cancelled my order and after nearly 4 weeks they still have not refunded a single penny yet. as i say what has made this worse for them is they have still not refunded me after nearly 4 weeks, i reported this a couple of days ago to trading standards who have had me make multiple requests for a refund to see if they comply with uk trading laws as they are investigating TJC because of other refund issues with many other customers, i have made a point of emailing tjc demanding my money back almost every day while they dig themselves a deeper hole with lies after lies and them fobbing me off, i have emails so they can not even deny my refund issues and cancelled order, all of which is going to go to hopefully fine them very heavily, i have agreed to provide trading standards with a formal legal statement and formal complaints so the can prosecute them. Hopefully they are going to foolishly regret not refunding me a mere 50 odd quid as both trading standards and now visa are investigating them, they lied to visa saying they were not able to refund a visa payment for my item which was a lie and fraud, Then tjc lied about processing manual refunds via bank to bank transfers when a bank to bank transfer takes on average 15 minutes but in some cases upto 24 hours however TJC have tried to tell me a bank to bank transfer takes at least 10 working days which is a lie my bank told me that a bank to bank transfer would be almost instant for a payment of under £60. tjc are liars and cheats when they claim it will take at least 10 working days. Thankfully now with the support of trading standards working with VISA they are investigating my case as a fraud case with TJC lying about refunds which they never process, IF YOU HAVE A CANCELLED TJC ORDER PLEASE PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR REFUND INSIDE 3-5 DAYS IF YOU DONT YOU COULD WELL BE A POSSIBLE VICTIM OF TJC FRAUDULENT REFUND SCAM (YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK AND CONTACT TJC FIRST AND HAVE THEM LIE ABOUT REFUNDING YOU FIRST) AND IF THEY DO LIE OR FOBB YOU OFF YOU SHOULD CONTACT UK TRADING STANDARDS TO REPORT THEM AND ALSO REPORT THE MATTER TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD PROVIDER, I KNOW VISA DEBIT AND BARCLAYS ARE INVESTIGATING REFUND FRAUD DUE TO MY REPORTS TO TRADING STANDARDS AND MY OPEN CLAIM FOR A PAYMENT ISSUE . MAKE SURE YOU REPORT ANY ISSUE TO YOUR BANK AND TRADING STANDARDS AND VISA IF YOUR REFUND IS NOT PAID TO YOU IN FAIR TIME AS THEY ARE INVESTIGATING TJC RIGHT NOW FOR POSSIBLE ALLEGED REFUND FRAUD. RIGHT NOW AFTER THE LIES AND THE HASSLE TJC HAVE PUT ME THROUGH I ACTUALLY NOW HOPE THEY DONT REFUND ME AND THEY GET HEAVILY FINED I WILL GET MY VISA PAYMENT BACK EITHER WAY VIA A VISA CLAIM FOR A REVERSAL, THEY HAVE NO LEG TO STAND ON AS THEY FOOLISHLY PROVIDED EMAILS LIKE FOOLS CONFIRMING THEY WERE BASICALLY SCAMMING ME AND OBTAINING MY BANKING DETAILS BY DECEPTION AS VISA CONFIRMED A REFUND IS PRETTY MUCH A 1 CLICK OPTION TO MAKE A REPAYMENT AND OBTAINING MY DETAILS WAS NOT EVEN NEEDED FOR A BANK REPAYMENT. DISGUSTING COMPANY PLEASE AVOID

I placed a bid for 4 bottles of grande fierce mens scent the order was supposed to be fast tracked on the 16/11/2022 I've emailed them several times they haven't responded . I've sat on the phone twice first time for 10 minutes without an answer from customer services the second time I've been on the phone for 25 minutes still no answer from a customer service person I'm absolutely livid now . I want my money refunded back to me for the 4 bottles of grande fierce mens scent now or I'm contacting trading standards on Wednesday when I'm on my days off if tjc do not respond to the emails I've sent them and trust me I will do it cause I did with 2 other company's in the past .

The service and communication I have had with TJC is appalling. 8 weeks ago I returned my Lux Brush which Stopped charging after 12 months. Brush was purchased with lifetime guarantee. Phoned numerous times have to hold on for at least 30 mins just get through to call handler who doesn't seem to know a deal just says returned it to Opatra. Its usually a call centre in India. Bet if I was buying an item phone would be answered straight away. Advice I would give is think before you buy wish I had.
