“Bought a £1000 necklace, which was sold as gold in a sale. When I received it it was cheap plastic, and definitely not worth a £1000.
That was my first shop at TJC, and my last. Beware if you buy. I did get a full refund, but no explanation of any kind. Don't get duped, it may happen to you.”
“This is not a post I wanted to write, but the company have given me no choice. I want to warn others in regards to buying jewellery from this company and their shocking customer service. TJC Style are a disgrace. My fiance purchased an engagement ring from TJC in August last year, and it had been in use since September 2023. In October 2023, I noticed one of the prongs that had been holding the stone in place, had snapped off. I took my engagement ring off on most occasions so it didn't get damaged so was shocked to see this had happened. This was repaired elsewhere as I didn't feel comfortable sending it off to them at this stage (and on their website they state the ring is still covered if repaired elsewhere).
Fast forward to April 2024. We had gone camping, and I ALWAYS take my ring off at night. When i woke up in the morning I went to put my ring on, to notice the stone had fallen out, and the stone was nowhere to be found. I was heartbroken. We contacted TJC who requested the item to be returned in the state its in, which we did on the 6th April 2024. It arrived with them on the Monday (8th April 2024). We contacted them on the Tuesday 9th April 2024 to check it had been received and to update the address on the system (as they still had an old address on their despite us stating several times we had no access to that address anymore).
We then called again a week later, to be told "it's with our quality assurance team, you will be contacted soon"
We called a week after that, to be told there was nothing they could do without the tracking number?? This was given to them by the phone and they then advised "we will be contacted within 5 days", we asked again on the same call, "yes you will be contacted shortly"
About a week later, we sent them an email requesting an update. This was 4 weeks after we had sent the ring to them. We advised them they had 7 working days to give us an update otherwise we would be contacting the appropriate authority. They responded straight away, and said they had "escalated the request" and would strive to get back to us within 7 working days - the last day of this was Tuesday of this week (21st May 2024).
We emailed them again on Tuesday (21st May 2024) with a formal complaint. We have given them until today (Friday 24th May 2024), and they responded to our email on Tuesday to state they were "escalating our query" AGAIN, and would get back to us within 72 hours. We have requested an update or a refund because it is now SIX weeks without the ring.
We have had nothing. No updates whatsoever. I have no clue where the ring even is at this stage. I know it's still early on the Friday for a response but with their track record, I doubt we will get one. At this stage my partner just wants a refund and to purchase from another company.
The fact the ring broke within a month of being used (and fully broke away within 6 months) is shocking.
Please be careful with this company. I cannot believe the service we have received especially with the item being expensive.”

“I ordered 2 rings. I’m still waiting for both. They sent the wrong ring for one order. I returned it straightaway. They claim it has to go through a checking process before they can send the correct ring out. So I’m having to wait even longer because of their incompetence. The other ring just hadn’t arrived. It’s impossible to speak to anyone because they no agents are ever available and they don’t answer messages from customers. Don’t waste your money!”

“I purchased a gold diamond ring on a live TV presentation on sale for £288 down from £499. The presenters stated free resize, their website said free resize but they refused to do it. Three Days later I received a message saying the ring was out of stock and I'd get a refund. Yet today 10 days later the ring is still for sale on their website BUT now the price has increased by £500 @ £799.99. I've asked for an explanation but they've ignored me. They are nothing but cheats and con artists.”

I brought 3 bracelets from TJC and ALL 3 broke within 6 months!
Cheap links, very ultra thing connecting links and when I thought I could just return for repair I was hit with a £53 charge to get them fixed!!!
Unless you want them to break within months of owning jewellery from this company keep very very clear!

“Placed a bid for white gold diamond bracelet on the 21/12/23 this was supposed to be fast tracked to me I expected the item to be with me by Sunday the 24/12/23 at the latest but it didn't arrive so I've had to give the family member money instead I'm furious. I've sent 3 emails and not one person has responded. I have also Included the order number in the emails I sent to tjc as well I make a habit of writing down the order numbers at the time of placing bids on this channel.”

“So I bought my mam a bracelet for her birthday in November in under the 30 days the bracelets literally just fell apart one of the links just came apart that's right the links not the clasps, contacted them said they were going to send me a returns label its taken ages to come it arrived this morning but in-between this I've emailed again to ask about the label and to say we'll if I'm going to be over the day return policy its down to them and not me, Thier ignorance prevails then and yep they ig bored it and still have, absolutely horrendous company and sell tat that's doesn't last 5 minutes my advise ignore what they say on their TV channel its all nonsense it will fall apart, my opinion to anyone looking to go to these, seriously think twice and AVOID AVOID AVOID. Please note the item wasn't broke on arrival the link just literally come off luckily my mam felt it come off and the link that had broken of was hanging on to the chain, but the length of time to get the return label was ridiculous.
This is notbthe first issue I had with this order either as they advistised one proce and charged me another then tried to deny it being on at that price ect they will never learn money grabbers that all they are, quick to take it but not quick to solve anything honest steer clear of these, I most certainly will be from now on. “This has been the worst company I have ever used. I ordered this ring and it was randomly cancelled a few days later. When I enquired into it they stated they tried to contact me to verify who I was and I had not replied so my order was cancelled. I had no emails of contact so was puzzled. I sent a further two emails to have this looked into without a reply. I used chat to get to the bottom of this who stated as I had not replied to their email of verification my order was cancelled. NO EMAIL CAME THROUGH TO ME. No other means of contact was made and my order cancelled without warning. You would think more efforts to contact me before cancelling a high value order would have been made. I had verified who I was over the phone when I placed the order so not sure why it needs to be done a second time. I was told to place the order again wasting more of my time and more importantly not getting the discount price I ordered it at. I'll take my custom else where, shocked at the poor service/customer care this site offers. AVOID”
“I have bought lots and lots of items but I am scared to wear them. Because when I did the stones fell out, just having a meal I lost a AAA Tanzanite. Silver tarnishes easily, gold overlay not plated items lose the gold. And don't mention the prices. Check their prices with online sellers and you'll find their final price is the actual RRP price sometimes much high so no saving.”
