Its OK, but: * There is no option to find ALL tours by the date (all around the globe). * There is no option to find tours by the period. I can do it only after by-month search. * There is no option to delete (or hide) messages from the Inbox. And I can't delete cancelled tours.

I understand that tourradar is not in the position to provide visa information. However, I asked for simple question such as the entry point because US national can get a landed visa, and if it's cross the bridge around Aquba then only one entry is necessary. Another important point is that Jordan charges per entry, meaning double is twice the amount and multiple is trice the amount, therefore I feel that this basic information should be provide by Tour Radar ie single, double or multiple. After I called the Jordan embassy with specifics, all that TourRadar did was providing me with the generic email. How hard is it to tell me where is the entry point for visa? I had to email 3 times and still pending the reply. Regards Charmin

The trip notes we provided by your tour operator, includes some helpful information and a link to a website with info about Jordanian visas. We can see that our support team has contacted the tour operator to confirm the entry point for you and sent you a reply message on your booking page earlier today. I reserved tickets for a tour, purchased said tickets, THEN received a notification not to purchase my flights as my seats (that I just paid for) were not guaranteed - and I would be notified within 48 HOURS! Further, the purchase transaction put a hold on my credit card. Ultimately my purchase was confirmed, so it all worked out, but this is a poor way to transact. A confirmed reservation should be enough to ensure that a purchase will be finalized. 48 hours is way too long for travel plans to be in limbo. Otherwise, the site was helpful and easy to use. Useful information followed by email with my confirmation.

The website has limitations. We booked a trip but are still awaiting final details, a specific itinerary and hotel information. The best part of the website is the chat feature, even though it usually takes more than 24 hours to get a response.

Your trip offers a lot of free time in each destination which is one of the benefits of independent or self-guided tours. It also includes transfers, public ferries and accommodation. It is not uncommon for the details of your transport and accommodation to be confirmed by the tour operator closer to your departure date, as ferry timetables may change. Issuing this information closer to your travel date offers a better chance of first time accuracy on your travel vouchers. Easy booking process. Went smoothly. However follow up question after the booking was confirmed was very slow and am still emailing trying to get answers. Once they get the booking it seems there is no customer service.

I have requested information about which city my Southern Charm tour starts in and which city it finishes in because the direction of the tour, shown on the map on the website where my tour has been confirmed, is the opposite to what I hope I have booked. However I have had no response from either TourRadar or Collette, the agent for this tour

Natasha was very helpful. I really couldn't find anything that was exactly what I wanted but I was getting desperate having spent weeks and filling six notebook pages on researching tours. I finally settled on something that will be adequate. It was unfortunate that the tours available were not exactly what I wanted in the timeframe I was looking for but Natasha tried to solve my problem.

So far I’m not happy. Although the booking procedure was fine, easy, etc, there were no options to pick the optional activities or own room/tent, which the itinerary suggests need to be done upon booking. The emails say my that customer service usually get back within 2 hours, and I’ve sent two queries regarding this in 24 hrs (because a stock standard “here is your itinerary came as if it were a reply to the first one) and gotten no reply.

You're absolutely correct, there was no option on your tour booking page to select a tent for single use, but unfortunately, the operator has confirmed this option is not available on your tour departure. You can easily add your preferred optional activities and/or additional pre- or post-tour services within your TourRadar booking, by clicking on the 'Request Services' button and we'll be happy to add them for you now that your booking is confirmed. Reasonably easy to get into, for an 85 year old lady. My friend and I found the pricing confusing as she had received a much lower cost (and we had used her code) than I did, and we have been charged the higher amount.

This price is a reflection of the most inexpensive departure date in the year, which is usually during low season. All tour prices for each specific departure date are listed on our site and the price for the date you select is confirmed on the booking page before you book. Unfortunately, the date you're travelling on does not correspond with this 'starting from' price. you only ask what worked not what needs to be improved if you do not make improvement I will have the same problem on my next booking I had to change my booking 3 times do to the fact that there nothing stating you had to book a solo room on top of that there wasn't even an option on the booking page a single room but you had to book a single room so how do you book a single room without an option to book a single room ?

Great customer service but when I I tried to book a tour on the Tourradar site that said there were 8 available spots left I was later told the tour was sold out after I had already booked my flight. This could have been a disaster but luckiky there was another tour available with a different company close to the same dates I had booked my flight so I was able to get on that tour instead. Please update your information more regularly and more accurately on your website so people don’t buy their airfare thinking there is space on a tour when there isn’t.

My three-star rating is because I was very happy that we were able to book the tour we did. However it cost us $700 plus to book this tour over what we initially discussed. Initially we went to tour a radar’s website and were told that there were no spaces available for this date. Interestingly enough when we paid $700 more we were able to book the tour.

I was pleased with the web site and the ease of booking a tour. However at this time I am still waiting for confirmation of the tour booking. Hoping they follow thru with the promises of only charging the deposit then the remainder of cost when due 30-60 days prior to tour.

Hi there, Great News! Your booking was confirmed the same day you placed payment and as soon as your tour operator's office opened in Nepal. Your tour has been paid in full, as for this particular tour there is no deposit option.
