I made 2 bookings 1. I needed to call the help desk as the online system was not giving me the correct information. Sandy was really good 2. No problems at all with the booking online

Why is there no place to comment on why I was NOT happy with the service? This company took 8 days to fix an email problem at their end despite me constantly telling them that their emails were not going into my spam, which is what they said was happening and 9 days to confirm a booking. I contacted the company the holiday was with (Kichi Japan Tours) and they would have been able to confirm with me on receipt of payment so why did Tourradar take so long (and all Kichi's emails worked instantly). I have booked many tours with other companies and never had issues before like I have had with Tourradar

It looks like you can either use the tour credits you've accumulated from prior bookings or the discounted advertised price for the tour but not both. If you use the tour credits, you pay the full price for the tour.

You're absolutely correct Gregory, that TourRadar savings may not be combined on the same booking, so you have the choice to either use a promo code or sale promotion (if a sale is running), or your accumulated Travel Credits, as a deduction from the base price of the tour. We have a lot of travellers who choose to collect their travel credits over time either by collecting rewards from making bookings or by referring their friends! However you choose to collect your travel credits, they're always waiting for you to use them on your next booking, as they never expire! Very easy to book online. My big complaint is that I was instantly sent an email stating that I would charged a single supplement when the website clearly states that singles will be matched together if you choose not to purchase a single room. I contacted customer service, but have yet to hear back over a day later.... Singles beware!

WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME IN THE U.K. , SCOTLAND, IRELAND, N. IRELAND AND WALES...JUST COVERED TOO MUCH TERRAIN TOO LITTLE TIME...WE WOULD HAVE LIKED MUCH MORE FREE TIME TO LOOK AROUND OURSELVES AND TALK TO THE PEOPLE. THE BEATLES, THOUGH WE GREW UP WITH THEM, WAS A RIP OFF! WE ARE GOING WITH YOU ON THE EGYPT NILE JEWEL IN OCT...AND WE HOPE AND PRAY WE MAKE THIS ONE. YOU SHOULD ADD MORE INTO THE TRIP TO SEE AND JUST FLAT OUT CHARGE US...IT WAS HORRIBLE HOW MUCH MONEY WE SPENT JUST TO SEE AND HAVE THE TOUR TO THE U.K. WE NOTICED THAT THIS COMING TRIP WE HAVE TO PAY A FORTUNE JUST TO SEE WHAT WE ARE GOING THERE TO SEE. HORRIBLE.....!

The website was easy to use and gave good comparisons of tours. Unfortunately, there were some additional costs that was not mentioned from the onset because the tour was booked for a single person (it should have indicated that the advertised price is only per person sharing). There was also an amount taken from my account before the booking was even confirmed, even though the booking response indicated that there would be no debit/transaction before the tour was not confirmed- this was a bit confusing. This tour ended up costing a third more than it should have according to advertised prices.

Hello Linda, Thank you for your feedback. You're absolutely correct, that some of our operators impose a mandatory single supplement for solo travellers on their tours. While we understand this is usually disappointing for solo travellers, this is the case for many reasons, including but not limited to your comfort on tour as a solo traveller in local accommodations. The industry standard for advertised tour prices is per person in twin share accommodation and where a 'pairing' option is not available to solo travellers, it's outlined on the dedicated tour page on TourRadar.com. We'll be looking at the specific tour you booked to make sure this is made clear. Regarding the money being taken from your account, this is something we take very seriously. At the point you submit a booking request, the funds required to book your selected tour are put on hold or pre-authorised, which is a standard process for online (and some offline) purchases. We are aware, however, that not all banks differentiate between these two payment 'states' on their bank statements. Unfortunately, this is something we are unable to change. I like the savings and the travel credits. However the search function leaves a lot to be desired. If you search a country and a departure month you should be shown all tours that go to that country in that month. If I wasn't already aware of the tour I was searching for and then filtered by the operator I wouldn't have found the trip I booked.

It was a bit confusing to ask questions and have them sometimes answered by Tourradar and other times by the tour operator. At one point, I was ready to book online and the discount wasn't applied and it required a roommate name when the tour operator was assigning the roommates. Made for a lot of back and forth.

I booked the tour but it says that the price you see is what you pay and it stated the price in AUD. My bank then charged an International fee, which is expensive. It would have been cheaper for me to pay in EUR or INR and the exchange rate would have been more favourable than the Intl fee. This option should be available when paying. I always use the local currency when overseas and it has always been cheaper than Intl fee.

I had no difficulty navigating the website. I did ask a question about transportation from Amman to Cairo. I was told I would get a response in four hours. I never did. I need to make airline reservations from my city to Amman and from Cairo back. I need to know if I also need to make reservation by air from Amman to Cairo. Last year I was on a tour with another company the CEO bought all the airline tickets and overnight train tickets for the group. It's been over 18 hours since I asked my question. Still waiting for an answer.

If you are referring someone to TourRadar, they must use your personalized referral link in order for the system to recognize what discounts and credits to apply. The operator from "Destination Service Costa Rica" was helpful when I first asked questions, but later, somehow, no body replied back to me any more. I can saw all my questions still in my inbox, i don't know what is going wrong with them. I do have some complains on your web site, the listing price is for triple occupier and when you booked the tour for two, there is extra charge, Also the last day is in Manuel Antonio, it will takes three hours for driving back to San Jose and travelers need be airport 3 hours before the departure time, that means it will need 6 hours to prepare to be in airport. Therefore, you should tell the travelers to book flight after noon not in the morning.

Happy: Easy to use & provide a platform that facilitates entering in contact with various tour operators - e.g., the "Kayak" of tour search. Not happy about: (1) I started receiving *way* too many emails about unwanted offers/deals etc; acts similar to a spambot; (2) some of my emails have remained unanswered for 36+h-not acceptable, especially when the question pertains to payment strategy.
