There were a lot of choices almost too many. The trips were confusing but customer service was able to clarify.

Site easy to use. Quick response time. On another note. Any email I get from TourRadar freezes my outlook email program. I get many emails a week and have never had this happen before, but every one of their emails does it. I have had to unsubscribe from future emails.

Recommended by a friend who I am travelling with. Seems o so far but a few initial issues. Tried to book same tour but names a bit confusing as numerous to same places. Should be numbered for ease. We looked at same one in the end but had different discounts and I paid more even though only a bit. Customer service would not refund me the difference even though the same price came up as my friend after confirmed booking and advised them about it on the same day. Hope more accommodating if any issues arise on the trip in January

We can understand this is disappointing but assure you you still got the best deal available at the time you booked as your friend's promotion had expired by the time you booked your ticket some hours later. Everything was simple, I just wish the local payment was combined with the online payment when comparing tools -- the prices could be misleading. (Local payment price was in a tiny font)

I'll start with the negatives- 1. It was only after I had made the booking that I was advised not to book flights until after confirmation, If it was in any prior communication I did not see it. 2. It took 4 business days to receive confirmation. When a tour is being advertised for a certain date and all seats are still available then it is a little hard to understand why confirmation takes so long. I actually had booked the flights on the same day as the booking as the prices were rising at a rapid rate. The positives - 1. Communication was easy. 2. I like the flexible payment plan offered after paying the deposit.

On our recent trip to Cusco, staff member Jacob went out of his way to look after us, including taking us back to the airport when it was time to leave. I cannot recall the driver’s name, who drove us a few times, he was also very helpful with information and a very safe driver. Our tour guide “Eddy” was excellent at his job, very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Our only blip/complaint was when we went to Manchu Pichu our guide toured us around the site, but we missed some of it. When he left us, we were under the impression we could go back and look at everything again at our leisure. We quickly found this to not be true and were sent out only to realize you could only go in once with your ticket! Seeing how upset we were another tour guide on the site managed to persuade the gate staff to allow us back in but we had to pay $40. More SOL to do so. Which we did, since Manchu Pichu was our main reason for travelling to Peru. All in all I would recommend this company if you’re short on time and looking for a great tour.

It is my second trip with tourradar. The ease of booking and quick response to questions is good. I gave one star less because we just couldn't figure out how to take advantage the tour credit from the first trip. Since the current promotion was almost equal to our benefit/credit from the first trip we went ahead and booked the second trip.

It give me the kind of tour that I want. But as far as speed of response, I thought it’s like super fast when I read a lot of people’s comment but that gives me too high expectation I guess. My first inquiry takes about 3 days to reply. Anyway, I have not started my day 1. Let’s see hows things goes...
