My flight was cancelled, I didn't receive any calls from the company. Don't answer the phone. Don't use this company

Truly appalling company. Customer service is non-existent. They changed my flight and have been either completely obstructive, rude or just plain ignorant ever since. It now looks like my flights will have to be cancelled due to coronavirus anyway and I don't hold out much hope of getting my money back from these idiots anytime soon. People who promise to phone you back never do, they turn off their callback service randomly (and never follow it through anyway), they don't respond to emails and when they finally do they obviously haven't read what you have written. Add to that the waiting times on their premium rate customer service lines - I have no idea how much time and money I've spent trying to get my issues resolved. I have asked for my problem to be escalated and have made several requests for their complaints procedure all of which have been completely ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Fleming Grayson was very helpful. Very polite and helpful agent. Cancelled my booking due to Corona virus issue and promised refund within 6-8 weeks. I shall wait and see

tried 10 different numbers to talk about a cancelled flight. All of them busy as soon as they open at 9am - and when you do get through they cut you off. This company reminds me why I dont use travel agents. Never again.

Booked a trip to Turkey for the Easter holidays which isn't happening now due to the covid-19. Refusing to answer emails , refusing to tell me the refund/exchange procedure. Save yourself the trauma !

Flights cancelled by airline, and Travel are doing nothing. They are in breech of our contract and I’ve no choice but to take legal actions to recover £2000. Worst company ever.

Shocking, refusing to answer calls and hiding behind emails. Do not use this company, you will never see your money again. I’m disgusted in these times where the government are telling us not to travel, travelup keep your cash.

I have called TravelUp for 3 days straight with no answer. All of their phone numbers are showing as the lines are busy. Yesterday i started calling at 9am and called 5 times and hour until 6pm with not a single attempt connecting. I have also emailed them 3 times with no response. They say they will respond within 48hours but this is not the case. I need to cancel the flight and get a refund but i cannot get a single response from the agent through any medium This meant that i cannot get a refund or cancel my flight and the airline will not speak to me about a booking as it is with an agent.

In light of recent circumstances with the corona virus I have been stranded in japan with no way to chane my flight and get home to my family , Travelup are uncontactable via phone and email and they have provided no service for me what so ever, my airline will not change my flight as it was booked through travelup I have now phoned over 20 times and emailed them 6 times and have had no response over the past 7 days Avoid poor service

An absolute disgrace of a company. Flights got cancelled 8 weeks ago due to the initial virus outbreak. Provided nothing but terrible customer service with continued lies, despite all charges being wavered they continually tried to charge fees. Then promised a full refund of everything paid, took 8 weeks to get and low and behold, they still deducted from this. Completely lied again and acting immorally. Dealt with a customer advisor called Muj who constantly lied and made up statements in regards to t&cs. Lied about the cancellations from the flight company. Lied about statements in regards to the virus. He was continually rude and unprofessional throughout the whole experience. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Its not worth saving a few quid to book with this through SkyScanner, just go with a trusted company.

NEVER TRY. I have a flight for next Sat (21/Mar/2020) that I need to change due to Covid-19. 2k pounds were expended in tickets. No reply from company via e-mail or phone. They are just completely ignoring their customers.

Horrible company. I've been trying to get through for days to cancel a flight due to recent travel restrictions, the line was always engaged, and no reply on email. I got through today to the call centre, where they constantly told me they're not authorised to deal with cancellations, they can't transfer me to the department that handles it, there's no way to contact them apart from email, the supervisor isn't available, the person in charge of my request isn't available, and basically doing anything they could to avoid handling my cancellation and refunding me. They are scam artists and you should NEVER book from them.

I booked on emirates airline via their travel agent travelup . Emirates airline rebooked my flight and changed my destination city without my confirmation. I contacted emirates and told them I refuse to land in a different city far away. I requested emirates to rebook my flight on different dates as per my original Departure & Arrival cities or give me voucher, emirates refused to help. emirates told me to go back to travel agent (travel up). Travel Agent does not answer phone calls, emails and emirates refused to help.travel agent has turned off call queue system, your call gets terminated or line busy or no response now emirates is forcing me to land in different city far away. They are trying to scam people. zero stars for both Travel Up and emirates

Any positive reviews here have OBVIOUSLY been written by one of their employees or their friends and family. If, after reading all these poor reviews, you still want to go ahead and book, Imagine you need to cancel, or get your money back, or change a booking urgently due to a problem... just try ringing their customer services and see how long it takes for someone to answer - spoiler alert - no one will! If you do get through, ask them to put in writing that if there's a problem, you'll get a full refund - spoiler alert - you wont! Then you'll realise that any good review here is generated by them and false!

NO STARS!!!! Travelup are nothing short of scammers! Do not use them! Read any of the reviews being posted and you will see that they both keep refunded money and also if you get flights cheaply will then start to up the costs until you are worse of. If anything should go wrong like it is now with Covid-19 and you have a cancelled holiday, you will either not get a refund at all, or just a tiny proportion of it to shut you up… all of this will take months and months. You will see if you go on any review sites – particularly at the moment as holidays are being cancelled – no one is picking up the phone, they cut you off, they steal your refund from you! The best thing to come out of the coronavirus crisis is that these scammers go bankrupt!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
