I have purchased 2 items till now from souq and both were damaged. The damaged item was not collected at the mentioned date and also the next day. After two days I was in other country. Still the broken materials are with me. Now they cannot contact me through contact no. But after complaining also no action was taken. I kindly ask them to collect the material at desired address as material is still kept in that room. 5300690281512 shipment no. It's nearly 1 week

This company is a joke. You NEVER receive what you ordered: the product can be either fake, or completely different from what you wanted. I will never order again with them

Extremely bad experience with Souq repair service. After buying a Philips machine with Souq, 4 weeks later the machine was not functioning . It's been 3 weeks and til then the machine is still in repair. There is no update, no feedback from Souq on the repair and customer service is useless. Better to buy at Carrefour at least the guarantee works efficiently! Very disappointing!!

Customer service from both souq.com and delivery company souq express is pathetic and not acceptable. The person named Ali in q express delivery centre in Ras Al Khor is having a bad behaviour with customer .. When I place order delivery was 28th April ..then the driver brought the delivery on 27th and I was not available same time ..Then he spoke to me I said will pick up ..If you can't wait ..then he said will deliver next day ..But next day onwards am just receiving messages and no one is delivering my product and not allowing to collect personally too...everytime they are saying same answer out for delivery .

Don’t use Souq. If they take your money, there is no guarantee you will get the goods. We ordered a freezer, Souq did not chase the supplier when he failed to deliver, so they offered me the same item through another supplier, but I had to pay again as “policy” says we can’t use your first payment to pay the second supplier! Souq will refund me in 2 weeks! But as I sit today, I have paid for 2 machines and not one has been delivered. Rip off! Souq have to change their policy before we shop here again.

I always had a good experience shopping online on souq.com however, this time it wasn't good at all. I bought an emporio Armani watch and I wanted to gift it to someone. First of all, I did not get the delivery the next day as they say on their website even in the next 2 days. It was still okay as I wanted the product. I got it delivered the third dat. To my surprise, the cover on the case of watch seemed scrambled. Not oy this, the watch case was also in a damaged condition. How can I gift this to someone?? And the customer service asked me to return the item. Come on, I got it on a good discount and I waited for u guys to deliver it to me the next day. Really disappointing.

This company list the products which they don't have and collect million of funds from customers and use as investments, further they make money on customers money by ways of intrest, stock trading, short lending. And as they don't deliver the products they will use/keep customers funds with them for 8 to 15 days. This is how they make money. Example 1% interest on 10 Million monthly collection will be AED 100,000.

Today is 12 of April. Me and my wife ordered maturity pillow on 6 of April. After that we didn't receive any calls, so we decided to check our profile, it is still written that order is Out of delivery and delivery will be during 9th and 11th of April. We called customer service and informed that our order is mysteriously CANCELED. However, how I said before WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CALL from on these days and we just recommend to wait until money will be backed and make again the new order. I do not understand how Amazon's brand can mange their work like this and force their customers write this kind of reviews.

I bought a Fuji lens for AED 2,000. The sale was "Fulfilled by Souq" and it was supposed to be a new item. The lens did not function correctly ... I sent it to Souq for repair and it was returned after about 16 days and it was not fixed. I took it to Fuji's office in Dubai and it became apparent that the lens was not new and was faulty. Moreover, Fuji identified a fake label on the box and observed that the packaging inside the box was not standard. Throughout this affair Souq's customer service was of no help and seemed to regard treating each phone call or contact as a success rather than addressing the issue of the faulty lens. I deleted my Souq account. What's for sure is that although Souq is owned by Amazon, it operates in its own different and inferior way. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything of substance from Souq.

Actually, I prefer to give them NO stars. They are horrible. I've been waiting for an order for almost a week. I've called numerous times and emailed and get the same robotic answer from their customer service team. I've also been lied to and "disconnected" when I ask to speak to a supervisor. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS SUBSTANDARD COMPANY. THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO AMAZON STANDARDS.

for such a quality of products received. id not even pay half the price of the products souq offer. I think id better leave this market; many many and many online markets are there, but seems like ur are not trying to compete as a company.. souq are just trying to fool the customers. the funny thins is now that i am being honest and saying my review, the website have restricted me from adding more TRUE comments about their service........ Bad company that tries to make the customer its last concern.

I ordered Lacoste parfum which was fake. So fake than after 5 min the smell just disappeared from the body. Thats so bad because they shouldn’t sell as original. There it says that it is 100% guaranteed form souq.

Should zero star exist this is the rating that I would have opted for. Selling fake and used goods is a serious offense. One perfume and one essentiaal oils were used. 1 perfume is fake and does not smell as the original one I purchased from Hermès and it came used. You cheated me by sending me 2* 30 ml instead of the 2*118ml and to top it up the sms keeps on sayong someone will come to pick up the goods and no one did. I am fiming a case at the Consumer Rights!

I never get my products on time although your customer service is very good. Right now I’m waiting since 2 days for my products to arrive but not yet. Although i got messages that it was arriving yesterday morning. It’s been almost 2 days

1.) I ordered a product on the 6th March when it was sent to me it was the wrong item, it was the older cheaper version of what I had ordered. The supplier had not paid attention and sent me something else. 2.) The next day I requested a return in which seemed to have been processed 3.) I recieved a text to say the courier would be picking up the item that same week. However no one picked this up. 4) I had to call Souq to find out what was going on, the courier had CANCELLED the pick up and nobody told me anything. I could have been waiting for weeks and wouldnt have known anything. 5.) I was promised day after day (as I kept calling) that it was being treated as urgent and it would be picked up. I receieved 10 text messages telling me the pick up would happen and it never did. Again, when I called souq, the courier had cancelled AGAIN everytime. 6.) Finally on Thursday, 21st March, somebody picked it up, but he didnt give me a receipt or ask for an airway bill. 7.) I didnt hear if my return had been processed (I have done this in the past and normally I am notified right away), so I again decided to call Souq to follow up, the representative on the phone didnt have any record that I had given my item back. He said the courier had processed it under an old airway bill from one of the cancelled pick ups. He'd basically given it back to the supplier and nothing had been recorded. Essentially there is no evidence I have given back my item, so now I have no item and no money. 8.)It is now 27th March, I've been promised an update and nobody yet has called me and now my ticket has closed?!

Souq.com's service is annoying and not customer friendly!!! I have this item which has been dispatched since 5 days ago, and until today I have not received it yet. I am very busy and always at work, I cannot even get to answer the call from the courier guy so I just sent him SMS to please proceed to deliver the item to my address as somebody will receive it there. I sent the SMS for 2 consecutive days, then I called afterwards on the second day to follow up just to know that the courier guy hasn't even read my SMS yet?! What is this??? Then I called Qexpress as well, I was asking to change delivery address as I would like to receive it to my work address instead as I'm not in my home during delivery hours, but they said this is not possible. Okay, fine. Then I just requested if I can receive the item at 6PM the next day as this is the time I will reach home. They said they will try as delivery hours is only until 5PM I guess. I wasn't satisfied with their answers, so I keep pushing since they keep on asking what I want to do with the item. What is this? They're asking me what to do but when I give them my preferences then they will say it's not possible?? Seriously, is this the best of what AMAZON can offer?? Oh please, this is really annoying, annoying at all! You know the feeling of excitement to finally see that your item is already out with the courier as per the update on the app, but then it turns out to be like this?! Ugh. Today I sent WhatsApp message to the courier guy, he just "seen" my message. The other day I sent him WhatsApp as well and he just "seen" it. Unlike NOON and AWOK, they are willing to make adjustment for you with regards to delivery timings. But this Souq, I don't think so. I might even give him tip if he did well. Too much for a review. If I could give no star, I would. Once I receive my item (or if I will ever receive it), I will immediately uninstall Souq app and will not ever order from them again. It's just so happens that the item I want is not available from NOON and AWOK, then I would've not ordered it from this annoying Souq.

Worst experince. Will never buy from this app . They delivery low quality item. I ordered Philips Power life plus for 159 AED with delivery charge and they delivered philips comfort worth 69 AED. Refused to exchange or take action . Wasted my time. Best is to buy direct from retail outlets. I recommand highly not to buy anything from this app.

After ordering last March 7, 2019, for some items. They said that 1 of the items is canceled and when I called them they just said that it is out of stock. When I check their website again the item has "9 stock left" and the price is higher than the time I ordered. When I ask them regarding this they just said that their website is not updated? Come on guys be more precise!!!! and the only thing they say is "sorry for the inconvenience" NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN DONE!!!!!!
