Only 2 times l have used Uber Eats it was more than an hour after it left the restaurant to arrive. Please hire english understanding driver's.

One of the worst customer services I’ve ever had contact with. The staff just reel off their script without answering or even letting you finish asking your specific questions. Regardless of the outcome, which was shocking to start with. The way these people don’t give an ounce of care about their customers losing money (a fairly large sum). Absolutely disgusting customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

When I first started using Uber Eats, it was always on time never an issue last 3 to 4 times have been an issue. I have not received my order or it goes to the wrong address. I think drivers who are hired, must understand the English language

I’ve done Uber eats three times. The strikes. All three times were the worse experiences. The drivers hold the food for an hour before delivering. So it’s ice cold by the time you get it. They never bring drinks. I just watched my driver park down the street for five mins before pulling up to my house. I took pictures because I couldn’t believe it. First time I ordered over $100 in food that took I’m not lying four hours to come and I was told if I canceled the order I’d be charged anyway. The food was so hard I had to trash it all. Second time no drinks and charged twice for the same order. I’m just done with this company. Idk how they stay in business. We really need to get together and boycott these businesses

I ordered Uber eats to my work. I accidentally delivered it to my house . I IMMEDIATELTLY canceled my order . Uber eats still charged me 21.00 for a canceled 35.00 order lmao. I got in touch with customer service and was told they will not refund my order because the restaurant had already accepted it within the 5 seconds it took to cancel it. I asked for the manager and was told a manager will get back to me when they can. They never did. And I will never order from there again.

I didn't know these people could just take your order, mark as delivered and get away with it. Customer service say they are sorry for your bad experience but they can't do anything about it. That's why the driver do it, they know they steal and get away with it.

So firstly I must point out that Uber Eats are thieves. They are happy to break the law without a care in the world. I'll tell you more... So today, I placed a large order for my workplace through the Mcdonalds app (order handled by Uber Eats). When the order arrived there was one item missing. Firstly, they make it very very hard to contact them when you order through a third party app. The only option through the Mcdonalds app is to contact Mcdonalds (but they are unable to help as the order is handled by Uber Eats). I went into the Mcdonalds restaurant and they confirmed it would need to go through Uber Eats. The order also isn't tracked through the Uber Eats website so you can't contact them through the website either. When you call Uber Eats, they recognise the phone number you are calling for and can identify that you haven't ordered through their website so then the phone line cuts you off and tells you to make contact on the website (which isn't possible). Eventually I called a number for Uber which I knew was incorrect but the person I got through to was able to transfer me to someone who I could discuss the order with. When I finally got through, I gave all of my details and told them which item was missing and was told they would not provide me with a refund but would 'make a note of the problem I had'. I also asked to speak to a manager and this person also refused to do anything. They constantly quoted to me that it was their policy to not provide a refund. I asked several times for more information about this policy and they refused and told me they were unable to share this information with customers. I specifically asked if it was their policy to steal from customers as this is what they had done. The 'manager' told me that was my 'opinion'. They refused however to directly answer that question. Luckily my bank are assisting me in getting my money back but it really shouldn't have to go that far for the sake of one missing item. I'm shocked and disgusted in how Uber Eats have treated me today and that they are able to keep on trading whilst stealing money from people. I really hope this review goes part way at least in stopping people using them although poor service through these food delivery providers does seem to be a common occurrence. Please stay far away from these scammers.

Fraudolent customer service. A discount that was applicable to my order didn't apply upon checkout. Customer service tried to make it difficult, then said that my order didn't fulfill the minimum basket. Minimum basket was 20 € and I ordered 60...

Absolutely terrrible. My food was an hour+ late; i contacted uberEats customer support for help and they cancelled my order without authorization - I was left with no food at 10pm even though my delivery guy was already close by. When I asked the UberEats support person to connect me with my delivery guy to get my food, UberEats cancelled the chat.

My boyfriend set up a Uber delivery from Nuthing Bundt Cakes before he went on a cruise on July 11th. A delivery did come from nuthin Bundt cakes but it had someone’s name on it that did not work at my job. I did not know he set this delivery up until Monday June 15th when he returned and asked me about the cake. I never received the cake it was left with my job Security guard.The security said when she called Uber eats she was told to just keep it since that person did not work there so you guys gave away my delivery. My boyfriend paid 70.00 for a cake I never received and was told since it’s been 48 hours there’s nothing that can be done. The cake was a surprise and he was on a cruise so he assumed it would be delivered. I believe someone wrote the wrong name on my delivery and also upper management called and was told there wasn’t a delivery at my job address so It was two different stories being told. They received their money and did not care about the delivery afterwards when actually someone screwed up the name on the delivery. This is wrong!!!!!

The delivery driver claimed he contacted me and because his 7 mins ran out he got the food for free and I wasn’t given a refund. I tried to contact the driver through the app and via the contact number and even asked a live agent/bot to contact him as he told he was lost and the location of his car was in the wrong direction. Uber refused to refund me, and they said that am not eligible for a refund. So I was left without food and £21 down, instead used Deliveroo which was a smooth transaction and better customer service.

I wouldn’t even give them a star here in Pensacola, FL. I paid $100 for Dairy Queen to be delivered. I ordered at 7:30pm and my food got delayed 3 times and got here at 10pm. The food was cold, burgers were soggy. Ice cream was runny. I couldn’t even eat my meal. $100 down the drain. I contacted Uber wats and they told me I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I contacted them within 30 min. Of getting my food. They were quick to give excuses and are not willing to work with you. Also it was hard to get a hold to someone on their site. It was through text. They also provided no name of who you was messaging you just a letter B. They are shady!

All the sudden they're asking me for a pin and I have to fight with the drivers about it they hold your food hostage unless you give it to them I paid for merchandise their job is to deliver and drop it off nothing more

Uber Eats is a horrible app order from other than them giving you credit, Ivo wasted an hour of your life that you’ll never get back and by the time they can never replace your food. Most people are not hungry.

Placed an order for Firehouse Subs a few days ago which is a couple blocks away. They were running a BOGO special (which I ordered), but I only got one sandwich. So I requested a partial refund for the missing sandwich and the said I would receive a credit for half what it should have been. To make things worse they actually only issued me a credit for $1.88! Like an idiot, I placed an identical order yesterday to try again. Once the tracking map appeared, it showed the order was sent to another Firehouse Subs in another city this time!!! So, I immediately cancelled the order (in less than one minute), but they charged me anyway. I call the restaurant immediately (in the other city) and they said they had not started the order as they do not deliver to my city. Manager said this has happened before, but that I would have to call UBER to fix it. So I finally found a Uber Support Phone Number (not shown on the website of course), and they said there was nothing they could do, so I just donated $20 to them. I also went through the steps again without actually placing an order and there was no indication that they would send it to another Firehouse 20 miles away. So I had to actually place an order to see that it was routed to the wrong restaurant.
