I would give it zero stars actually, Uber eats drivers are not paid fairly and the amounts that we accept the orders for are not always what we get even when we go from the restaurant straight to the place the customer still has the right to lower the tip which is ridiculous. I drove 21 mi out of the way with my own car just to get $13 when I accepted the order for at least $18, Uber eats is a rip off

Had a driver actually pull into driveway, complete order and say delivered in app, and than drive away without getting out of car. Have it all on video footage. App said to contact driver. I tried calling number provided. Never picked up so I called back and my number was blocked. Very clear at this point the driver never had any intentions of delivering order. Tried to chat with customer support who never answered any questions, who were ver dismissive, and just rudely closed chat without ever answering my questions on how this person would be held accountable. I asked to speak to someone and was told there was no number for company for me to talk to someone. So delivery driver and customer service person will probably never be held accountable. Will never use this service again.

Uber eats picked up my order at the restaurant and then canceled the order resulting in my wife and I not getting our order. Uber eats cannot do anything right! Terrible service! I will never use them again. If you order from Uber eats you will lose your money.

2 consecutive orders today whole items missing uber driver went back to restaurant came back with nothing again only cups no coffee. uber refuses to refund scammers and i will be reporting them.

They take an order with an arrival time of 1:03 PM. The driver shows up, looks at me, identifies himself, identifies me and tells me he has no food for me. Says they sent him here without food. What kind of driver drives 30 minutes without food. The app clearly showed pick up two items when he showed me his directions. Support was useless.

I ordered a veggie patty bowl from a local Subway. After about 10 minutes the driver informed me that they did not have veggie patties at this location. I canceled the order and they charged me $23 anyway. For no food! I chatted with customer service and they told me over and over again that since I had canceled the order they could not refund me my money. I contacted my bank and I will cancel this transaction.

I ordered from Bojangles today. It was a 3 piece white dinner, a biscuit, and a ham biscuit. I received a 2 piece dark dinner, no biscuits, no ham biscuit, and tea was warm. When I sent a picture, I was only allowed to send one and I received $6.84 for a 20.00 order and the order was wrong. So I basically spent $9.00 and a $5.00 tip for a regular hot sweet tea.

Uber Eats has the worst customer service. You can't speak to anybody unless it is related to one specific order. I have tried to reach by phone or email multiple times to discuss something with my account to no avail. It is ridiculous that there is no way to speak to them. As a single person I probably place 4 orders per week. They charge high fees for a single person to use that often however their service is usually very good and I don't like to cook much. But that doesn't solve my issue that I want to discuss with a real person about my account which I was paying monthly but switched to annual last month.

Disgusting service. Food left god knows where. Won't refund me. I waited until the latest est time of delivery to chase my order. Am being told, I took long to enquire about my order! Absolutely fuming. Apparently driver rang, I was in shower. No message. I have no idea where the driver took the photo but its no where near my house. My road is a very long road

I have contacted Uber eats several times for unauthorized charges and proved to them that my phone was stolen during a move and I was locked out of my email account on file until now, I no longer lived at the address being used, and I was locked out of my account from using it and they did nothing to help, they didn’t even close the account when I asked, now I am fighting with the company to get reimbursements for unauthorized charges and now had to bring in the police for more assistance. The customer service is very poor, I am a very loyal customer but that means nothing to Uber eats. I just want my hard earned money back and the account closed to stop the issue. I have given proof and just keep getting met by a computer answer. I am not going to stop until this is resolved. You customers should be more valuable to you than this. I really hope the owner reads this and fires whoever did not resolve this because it is unprofessional and careless, it makes this company look negligent. I sent hospital letters showing I was not present, out of town receipts, and a police report and the screenshots showing I was locked out of my email and had to contact support to regain access but nothing. If I do not get a response from Uber to resolve this, I will upload all data proving these are not my charges and your company allowed it. I have the proper documentation that I will keep between me and Uber eats if they care to help. Thank you

I placed my order with Uber eats. Delivery driver came with my 2 drinks and food. We both looked at the drinks and we both said it doesn't look like drinks I ordered. Delivery driver took the drinks back with him and never returned. Uber will not refund because it's not in there policy. Each time I called customer service,5 times, each ine read from a script and gave me same exact same answer. They put you on hold pretending to look for management. Every time (5) there was no manager. Poor, poor customer service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Ordered food from a local restaurant in Mission Valley, CA through UberEATS. I went out to look for the driver at the time the delivery was supposed to arrive. The driver didn't bother to notify me that s/he had arrived. My food was left on the ground. Flies were attacking the boxes when I went out to look again. I will never order through UberEATS again.

Horrible have not got the order no one called us neither no message and Uber charged us the provider driver number was incorrect Uber claims they deliver bloody thief’s lias harassers horrible bloody charge for Uber one then put marketplace charges, their drivers eat food and claim car did not respond

Wrong and missing food was sent. I literally paid for meals that I never received and Uber had zero care and did nothing. In fact would barely listen to my complaint and brush it off entirely.

Please buyer beware I had a mini stroke I was at home after coming out of hospital I ordered food it did not arrive the drive when I called laughed and said he left it somewhere in the area as he could not find my address Uber eats refused to refund please don't but from them if Thier sales reduce they may upgrade Thier service
