Had to cancel my order because it was going to the wrong address. Canceled within 3 minutes. Tried to contact them, they all said we had to wait until the bank cleared the refund but there would be a " fee". A few days later, bank clears the refund and the FEE is the FULL COST OF THE DINNER that was canceled and I didn't get!!! Do not use this app.

Uber eats is the single worst app I’ve ever used. My child ordered something so I immediately canceled that order and it charged me 13.25 to cancel the order. I hate this stupid app so much don’t use I REPEAT DONT USE THIS APP it sucks beyond anything you can imagine everything is so confusing and it is all just a scam stealing your money

I ordered two drinks that I didn’t get. I called customer service and they said they couldn’t help me since the order was closed. She recommended that I call the store.

Uber eats is the worst i placed an order and cancelled it, days later i still see the charge on my account contacted them and they are telling me I can be refunded due to $48 hours pasting. Their customer service is horrible and I think people should boy cut their service. Zero stars for you.............

Uber Eats will not refund me for a missing item. I should not have to pay for an item I did not receive. I have gotten a refund before for missing items. I order Uber eats regularly. Now, there’s a hold on my account for a refund if there is a missing item. Doesn’t make sense and it is not fair. Additionally, why do I have a hold on my account and how come I wasn’t notified? This is ridiculous. I should never have to pay for an item I did not receive. It’s stealing. Uber eats has kept my money without ensuring that I received the food. Uber eats customer service would not help me. Instead they got frustrated when I asked for help; even the supervisor would not help. I’ve been a customer for years and this hand’t happened before. Uber eats never gave me the refund for this. This is unfair and I can’t believe it. I’m very disappointed with how this has not been taken cared of and don’t even want Uber eats anymore. This is the worst. I have written to the better business bureau.

I ordered for just myself and 30 seconds later my husband called to say he could do dinner. I immediately canceled and got charged the entire amount because the restaurant "had started my order". Highly doubt it. Zero stars

They charged me twice and now I have to wait a few days. Because they're holding it. I called and they tell me it's normal but nowhere else does this to me. I spent $23 and now that's turned into $46. I hate them and I don't want to order from there again. My bf doesn't even understand and he's driven for uber. -100 stars yall suck

I will not be doing business with Uber Eats again. I reported a restaurant I ordered doughnuts from. My dozen was squashed and was not sealed. This is a food safety issue. I believe my order was tampered with. This company allows careless delivery drivers to work for them. The driver even admitted to spilling my coffee. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and the last resort. I reported all this to Uber Eats however they are careless and won’t refund for the order. They even put a restriction on my account for repeatedly contacting them. I’m not letting this go Uber Eats this is ridiculous and I will make sure everyone knows about this experience, because I don’t want anyone to ever go through this. I even canceled my Uber One Eats Membership today. Order date: 02/15/2024 Order total: $37.59 Order Details: 1 Box Crushed tampered with of a dozen doughnuts 2 coffees with one that spilled in the possession of the driver. 1 milk that was not cold Order for: Krispy Kreme Hoover AL

Yeah,, I mad an order through uber eats found a better price canceled my order . Didnt even process the food. It was about $45 but it was on the weekends. Because when I checked my bank account, it said it was processing. On Monday the bank charged me .So I called Uber Eats hopefully to resolve it. They told me that I had 48 hours to call them to let them know . I tried to explain that it was on the weekend. I had no idea if you guys refunded me or charged me until I found through my bank if got charged. I’m not the type of person that discriminate against languages but I barely understood her.. she refused to let me talk to someone else. So basically I’m out $45 no food horrible customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have point blank refused to refund me for goods that were never delivered. Disgusting customer service who continue to repeat themselves like robots!!! Done with this company they have had £1000's off me and think it is okay to steal money from me for goods never received!! Absolute joke!!! I pray this company is boy cotted and goes under as that is truly what they deserve!!!

Ordered delivery thru Uber Eats tonight. Two and a half hours later and 4 drivers later they couldn't deliver my order my order and canceled. This is the 4th time that they screwed up and I'm done with the incompetent service. Ordered from my go to, Baldwin Pizza instead. They are topps.

This is my first time using this app. Order was placed and paid for early afternoon, delivery scheduled for 17.15, it's now 18.46 and food still has not arrived. Upon attempting to cancel the order, the app tellse that cancelation will incur a 500 cancelation fee. Impossible to place a complaint about this or to speak to anybody in person Biggest waste of my time and money. Would advise anyone against using this.

Stop using UE!! They are stealing now!!! Apparently if you have received a certain amount of refunds many months ago you will no longer receive a refund. Even if you spend $100 and your food NEVER arrives!! The UE customer service rep even saw on the gps that the driver was nowhere near my home when she marked the food as delivered!! They refused to refund my $100!! They are stealing!! They are thieves

I tried to apply a discount code. It didn’t work. I ordered on a Sunday night. I tried to contact customer service on Tuesday night. Because I was a few hours past 48 hrs since the order, they refused to deal with it. That’s the last time I use them.

This strictly applies to Uber Eats, Canada. I frequently order food to be delivered to my mother-in-law who is in a nursing home. You see, I live in Florida and she is in Canada. I’ve ordered from Uber Eats many times and have never had a problem. Until last Sunday, 2/11/23. Today is Tuesday, 2/13/23. I spoke with my MIL for the first time since that order 2 days ago. She told me she never got it. I reached it to UE for a resolution and was dismissed, was told that it was more than 48 hours after the fact and that they would do nothing to fix it because they have to follow their guidelines. I understand guidelines but I also understand customer service. I was sent texts and emails notifying me that my order was delivered yet it was not. This was only an order of $24 but the point is, they could easily give me a credit for that amount but they will not. Since there is only to option to chat with an agent, the agent abruptly ended the chat with me after saying that he can’t help me. Uber Eats, you should be ashamed of yourself. Because of your driver, you have now lost a customer over $24 dollars. Shame on you.

Missing items on the food gave me 5$ future credit that too for the critical item missing sauce cannot eat the food without that too dry... No one to reply back to my concern... Had to go myself to the store to pick up sauce why we have these apps boycott

Cancelled uber eats app food always cold staff when you ring say they cant refund as arrived in their time frame !!! If they do another delivery on way to mine the food will be cold . Your contract with me is to deliver food in the way it is meant to be consumed ! If it arrives cold you have breached the contract you made .
