Disgusting scamming company. Do not use ever again, placed an order and had 3 missed calls from a number but no sign of delivery at all. I have a ring doorbell as proof no one attempted delivery. Uber say because the driver attempted to contact us were not due a refund. How does it work that you get no food and you’re out of pocket? Apparently all the delivery drivers need is a log of a call, so they can ring once, put the phone down and that’s enough. Cannot call back as phone is switched off less than 30 seconds after calling. Will be taking this as far as it is possible. I hope this sham of a company go out of business

The driver Lizette picked up my food; got 1 minute away from my house and pretended to be at my house but wasn’t; bottom line she cancelled my order and kept the food. Contacted Ubereats and Maria just disregarded the fact I only ordered twice from the same place two days apart and it’s by no surprise my first driver found me no problem but this driver didn’t want too and didn’t care too, but she keep my kids pizza and soda… Uber eats is the worst experience ever! I never received my refund as they said I would, it’s still pending charge.

I am convinced that there is some kind of scam going on with Uber Eats. Two days in a row I did not receive my food. Both times it was drivers who did not "speak any English" and I could not direct them to my location. The first order I was charged for it even though I didn't receive my order. I tried calling the driver, he didn't speak any English and I was hung up on. Then the second one on the following day, I found someone who speaks fluent Spanish at my work and he talked with the driver and she told him where she was. I asked him to tell her I was on my way to meet her. I drive over to meet her, she cancels my order and refuses to give me my food. I don't know what in the hell is going on but I am done with Uber Eats. What a freaking joke, I really feel like these "non English speaking" drivers are scamming folks out of their damn food. From now on I'll just go get the food my damn self. I'm DONE!

I ordered 6 items with Uber Groceries from Iceland and got 5 items. I was charged for the 6 items. I spoke to the Iceland store manager and he confirmed that he have Uber groceries 6 items. I tried in every way to contact Uber groceries but no contact number or email found. This is the 2nd time this will happen. They Have even lied saying I will get £10 off but charge a higher fee. I don't think I will use this service again. People need to know that this happens.

Paid for priority and driver still picked up another order. When making a complaints with their useless chat, the informed me they will look into it and provide a resolution. After a wait, they said they provided their best resolution (which I’m still waiting for any at this point) and said they will do nothing further and are closing this chat. Complete scam and deplorable customer service. I’m done with using their service and hope others will read this and reconsider.

Sadly, Uber Eats customer service is abominable. Uber’s acquisition of Postmates made this worse. I placed an order through Postmates in March of 2023 (Order 9B99E). They delivered the wrong order, and I let Postmates know immediately, the same day. Postmates refunded / canceled the charge right away. Everything was taken care of quickly and easily. Four months later, in July of 2023, Uber charged my card for the same order. I contacted Uber support right away, and they said they charged my card again because the original charge didn’t go through. I let them know that the original charge was canceled by Postmates because the original delivered order was wrong. Uber support said that they could not do anything for me, as I contacted them outside of the 48 hour window. I explained to them that I contacted Postmates immediately, on the same day that the wrong order was delivered - That’s why Postmates refunded / canceled the original charge. Uber support kept reiterating that they could not do anything for me, as I contacted them outside of the 48 hour window. I went back and forth with Uber support for almost three months. Finally, someone from Uber priority support was able to credit my account for the charge in October of 2023. It absolutely should not have taken that long to rectify the situation. It almost seemed like Uber did not have access to the old Postmates records. In any case, it was some of the worst customer service that I’ve ever received from any company.

As an ubereats driver I expected better treatment from the company.. I had to cancel an order due to distance, the app didn't say we can charge a fee they wanted em to pay almost $40 for food I didn't receive. BS! And BS customer service.

Bad. Never again. Driver did not find address in Ny. Left food at wrong place. Uber Eats simply did not assume responsibility. They did not refund. Did I mention that I paid $50 for a steak that was not delivered? These company is ruled by a bunch of criminals. Stay away.

The delivery was delayed. I texted the driver to leave the food by the door. He texted back asking for my code. I gave it to him so he could leave my food by the door. Right away, the app showed that my food was delivered. I did not receive my food. I called 4 times. No answer, and chatted with 3 agents without a resolution.

Worst company ever! I ordered food to be delivered @ 12:30 The driver picked it up at 11 AM did not get to my house till 12:00 and I am 10 minutes away from the restaurant They didn’t care that my food was cold and delivered early.

This is about their customer service. They will not refund me for a charge that I did not use. I had went onto my favorite thai restaurant website and was trying to order directly through the site and pick up myself. I placed my order and noticed it said it was through postmates after i paid so I waited to see what was going on since I hit the option to pick up myself. After 30 minutes I never recieved any confirmation so I called the restaurant directly and they said there was never an order placed by postmates, so I ordered myself and picked it up and PAID the restaurant. The following day I received an email saying a charge of 20 dollar was placed on hold in my bank account but would be removed shortly. I waited 5 days and noticed it was not removed. After explaining to customer service and pasting the email that clearly said the charge would be removed shortly, this was their response.... "Üpon checking, I can see that the order youŕe raising concern about is older than 48 hours. Unfortunately becasue you contacted us 48 hours after placing your order, weŕe unable to provide a resolution. We have notified the restaurant of the issue so they can improve service¨ They are clearly missing the bigger picture here and their automated response seems to be disconnected on what is really going on. Basically they LIED in their email about removing the charge from my account and the 48 hour rule does not even have anything to do with it. I cant believe they sent an email saying it was placed on my account that it would be removed and now they wont remove it. I WILL NEVER USE ubereats again. Going to call my bank and show the email in hopes they will remove it. Thanks a lot ubereats for STEALING my money. Beyond unprofessional, you are thieves.

I never received my food!! The driver went to the wrong address (his error) and when he called me and I gave him the proper address he said "too far" and hung up on me. He was about 1 mile away and it was his mistake. The company would not refund my money and amazingly charged me again for the reorder of my food!! This company is terrible and unethical. The drivers picture was a scam too as it said it was suppose to be woman named Lisa but it was clearly a foreign man's voice which is creepy in and of itself. The only resolution they offered me was to not pair this driver with me again. I don't live in that state, I was there for a sporting event so no resolution there!! Shouldn't the driver get charged back my order cost?? I paid with Venmo unfortunately so I can not dispute the charge. Do no use Venmo with these types of services as you will be out of luck if you don't get your order or get the wrong order.

I scheduled pizza delivery for 7.30pm but the restaurant prepared my pizzas at 6pm. Obviously,at 7.30 the pizzas were delivered stone cold and inedible. No refund,the pizzas went straight to the bin together with 60 Canadian dollars.

I just received the wrong order. Again. I’m always refunded the price of the meal but not the delivery. I think the restaurant that sent the wrong food should reimburse the delivery fee to the customer

Issues with orders almost all the time. It could be okay if the compensation was good, which could be the case a few months ago, but lately, it is not. They just give you a ridiculous credit (you’ll have to order again to use it) compared to the number of items Messi’s up and missing. That is stealing! From now on, I’ll use other options for my deliveries. Never again Uber eats nor Uber.

Terrible experience with driver picking up my order and then had my sushi in his car while he drove 40 minutes the opposite direction of where I lived and when I called him he said he was running a personal errand. I complained and Ubereats support was NOT helpful.

Daylight robbery!! Not only every single item was overcharged, they showed one total amount to pay at the time, but later I found that they have charged my card 25% more (by not honouring a promotion that showed when I ordered. On top of that they also had the cheek to add another £6.50 for various excuses. So, they charged my card over £40 for what would have cost half that in store. What a joke!!

Little Uber Eats review for all my friends and family. If you enjoy being called a liar and have your money taken without anything to show for it and be given no opportunity to raise a complaint. Then these are for you! Absolutely shocking customer service. Refnu and her manager Aamir are in serious need of customer service training. After my food failed to arrive and being marked as delivered I asked for confirmation to be told ‘the driver waited at drop off point and attempted to call so no refund is possible’. I explained I am sat by the glass front door with a clear view of road and have cctv to prove no person has attended the property and even if that was true which it is not why is it marked as delivered and not returned to restaurant etc. They both then repeated that I must be lying as their driver said they attended. Refused to give me a complaints email address or procedure and just referred me to the help page that said to call them.

Food arrived completely stone cold - not even slightly warm. Spoke to customer services and also a manager. Refuse to even acknowledge my complaint or make any attempt to rectify it
