I absolutely loathe Uber Eats UK! If there is a problem, firstly they are so difficult to get hold of, and then they just "resolve" your case by lieing to you, keeping your money and closing your case. Proper thieves and liars. I've had so many issues with them. I use Deliveroo. They are much nicer, helpful and available. The only reason I used Uber Eats again was because they had a discount code. But hey, they have no taken my money, won't refund it, lied they taking it seriously and that they spoke to the restaurant. I spoke to the restaurant and Uber didn't contact them or give them my money either. Absolute hog wash company!

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Uber Eats, but after my most recent experiences, I will never order from them again. Despite being a loyal customer, the customer service has been nothing short of awful. Whenever there is an issue with an order, which happens far too often due to mistakes made by the restaurants, Uber Eats shifts the blame onto the customer. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they essentially call you a liar for reporting errors. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially after so much money spent on their platform. Uber Eats needs to drastically improve how they handle customer complaints, or they’ll continue to lose loyal customers like myself. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Never again.

Never ordering from Uber eats. Each time I do, it's almost always a problem. I won't ever receive a refund for orders that are not mine or if the food was picked up by someone else other than me. It's like I'm giving out money for free. I'm tired of Uber eats.

Trash customer service and estimate times of delivery are double if not triple the time to delivery. When you call they say there’s nothing they can do

Don't order from uber eats, they and their drivers are thieves. Placed an order, incorrect order arrived. Driver said he is going to take it back. Left my property and a few minutes later marked order as complete. When logging a query, uber eats only response is, the driver waited 8 min for you. However I have witnesses, footage, call logs and messages that driver arrived verbally spoke to me and left with the wrong food, so did not wait at all. They refuse to show driver called me and waited for 8 min and give same automatic response that I am nog eligible for refund. So the driver stole my food and Uber refuses to refund.

If I could give Uber eats zero stars I would!! Ordered a McDonald's thought lovely lovely bit of grub I was starving, Terns out the geeza didn't even know his ass from his elbow how the hell he got mixed up from the numbers 74 and 1 is beyond me!! Anyways matey delivered to the wrong house they accepted the order I still don't know why!! Probably thought free grub lovely lovely, Then the geeza gets the food back and trys to deliver to my house I answered the door like a trooper and said has the bag been opened? He replied with know, but I still didn't want to accept the food because it's been inside someone else's house and I couldn't see the McDonald's bags so I didn't know weather someone had gotten their pose on it or not!! Cut long story short!! I went to my local kebab shop instead and got some grub from there!!

Worst customer service ever. The first restaurant I ordered from uber canceled after 20 mins of waiting with no notification at all.had to look for my order ato see it was canceled . So I ordered again . Told me 11:30 est arrival time. Then they switch it up 20 mins later and make the estimated time 11:50 because now the drivers gonna pick up another order and deliver it before my order now without any notification they just bump the est arrival time up no discount, food comes cold, half hr it sat in drivers car . Msg customer service took five mins to finally get through the ai customer service and talk to a human being just to be fed a bunch of generic template responses that don't answer my questions or resolve the issue . She said I could get a discount if it showed up after the second estimated arrival time I got 11:50 even tho my original.est time was 11:30 when I first ordered it .so they just keep bumping the est time of arrival up with no compensation for not living up to the original time. Terrible service and no compensation for poor poor service . Do not give this company your money tooo many flaws .oh and they dbl charge the credit card sometimes to . Scammers in more than one way read the other reviews

I placed the order that was supposed to be picked up at a certain time when I got there. My order was not prepared. They told me they were missing certain items so they told me that if I want something else I would have to cancel my order so I canceled my order and purchase something else spend a little under $30 when I checked for my refund this morning, Uber Eats notifying me that I had a canceling fee and they took my money. I feel like this is a form of embezzlement. I feel that if they don’t know that the restaurant is fully prepared fully stocked with stuff that you order that they shouldn’t make the depiction of after your money was to be canceled and refund it or not I spent a total of $60 last night receiving one of my orders did I place after they told me what they had in stock thinking I was gonna get my Uber Eats refunded contact the Uber eats and there were very disrespectful. If I were to use DoorDash, I would’ve never had this problem. Some restaurants do not have items and they don’t tell you that right away. The customer should not be faulted for that. I feel we should raise a class action lawsuit against Uber Eats for felon to return customers money without Any proof that the food was in stock

Order Date 9/26/24. ~5:30pm, order placed, estimated receiving time 70 mins. ~ 6:55pm map showed driver 2 min away, waited at the door. ~7:00pm driver messaged,"I am here", but in fact, he was somewhere closed not the right street. Between ~7:00pm to ~7:34pm, messaged many times with driver to tell the correct street but he stuck in the dead lane between two streets. First time, I asked him to stay, I would find him, he said yes but drove away. After fooled around for 30 mins with my correct address to ubereats and him, when I ran to looked for him because I could saw his car's location. I got the message "order canceled", thought I told him staying there and I would go to his car. ~7:34pm, I returned home after ran to next street to look for the driver. My $188 order was not charged. Someone could have had a free dinner. UberEats took care of no complain at all! Even gives no answer for correcting direction to the wrong place.

Its too bad experience. Never delivered food and no refund at all. as delivery person was standing on wrong address and don't want to move at my direction even i write on chat . Just click picture of own food and that's its. who knows after clicking picture he took away or gave to anyone else. Now i will not trust on Uber support and never refer. I will uninstall uber eats and uber ride too.

If I could give a zero star I would, my driver arrived at the restaurant I just spent 30 dollars on to get my food and tells me that someone stole my food, he then tells me he can not replace my food and told me to give him the order pin so he can move on to the next order, I did not reply to give him the pin so he showed up at my job, came inside and would not leave until I provided the pin to him; he did not speak much English but my co workers and I were scared of this man so I just provided the pin to get him to leave. I contacted support to report the driver and get a refund but they are the most unhelpful, uncaring company I have ever come across. Avoid Uber eats at all cost!! Go to DoorDash, way better than Uber eats!

They are the absolute worst. My order didn't even match my receipt and sent pictures as proof, but they came back with what you ordered and received match. I'm convinced they didn't even look at the picture, because if they did then they must be blind. I am not stressing myself over this, I will just dispute with my bank and get my money back and will never use them again

Always missing an items. They do anything to try and resolve it. Like making store take picture to make sure everything is in the bag. Stay away from uber eats.

The whole thing sucks! For the past 5 or 6 times, something's wrong with the orders. Last order, wrong drink and 2 of the 3 items were badly prepared so they had to be discarded. A beef burritos that had basically a can of beans in them. Customer service is basically non existent. Ok, thanks for letting us know....mmm, no, I don't want apologies, I want my money back for the things I had to throw away.

UberEats has the worst coustomer service I have ever exprienced. Never got the food and they wont return my money ($28.14) mind you I never even got my food yet they kept my money. Thats over 2hrs of work just wasted on no food. Even asked for credit they refused. Im Highly upset with UberEats. Wonder how many times a day they do this to customers? Id say use DoorDash 200%

I was charged $7.62 for a Coke Zero that never got delivered. I’m a disabled veteran and a senior citizen. It’s very difficult for me to leave my house so I rely on delivery services. I’m on a limited income and usually order out once a month. Uber eats refused to refund me. There customer service reps are very smug.They apologized and verified that I didn’t get it. They won’t refund me. This is the second time this has happened to me. I had to eat it on the last order, I’m determined to get Satisfaction. If I had ordered from Instacart, this probably wouldn’t happen and if it did, they would take care of it immediately I didn’t know you could order through Instacart. That’s from now on. The customer service manager apologized then hung up on me.
