Uber Eats sent my fast food (burger & fries) by someone on a bicycle. My food was so cold. It was a 25 minute ride on a bicycle. I paid for priority. Uber only refunded me $2 for the priority fee and not the whole order. I deleted the app. I will never use Uber eats again or Uber either. I do not play about my money or bad customer service.

Worst customer service ever. Feels like robots are answering and when they don’t have an answer they end the chat. Longest delivery… 2+ hours ETA never accurate. Avoid

Absolutely diabolical service. Waited 2+hrs for a delivery that never came. When I managed to speak to there customer service I was told my only options are to cancel the order or wait longer. Not acceptable by any standards. We will NOT be using them again

I ordered food and my driver was lying that he doesn't know where my house is I will never order again at this place. But the good thing is that they will refund your money as fastest they could.

Horrible customer service. Charged me $25 to cancel an order when the restaurant/app showed the order wasn’t even done.. 30 minutes after I ordered! Rip off!! App deleted, never again.

I don’t use Iber eats for months and charge my PayPal for $9.99 each month I try with Iber they’re toll me __Try with Uber eats and with Iber eats it’s impossible contact or communicate my issues . Then What? I will continue be a membership when I don’t want that ? This is so bad deal from Uber to the costumer .

Never delivered my food then wouldn't give me a refund. I have video proof no one delivered anything to my house that entire day but still won't give me a refund. Never using them again.

I ordered from a restaurant that Uber showed was open. I ordered for pick up and when I arrived, the store was fully closed. I called Uber support to ask for a refund only to be told that despite the restaurant being shut down, they could not give me a refund. I asked how I could file a complaint with their support, and was immediately told to “shut up and stop talking” before having the call ended.

They refuse to give refunds for missing items. I ordered several meals. One was completely missing. Turns out that the restaurant no longer sells the item and didn’t know why it was still listed. Uber still refused to refund my money stating we have used the maximum amount of refunds. This makes no sense. We use uber eats alot. We cannot control the amount of missing/wrong orders and should not be penalized.

I ordered from El Saltos and Uber Eats was the delivery company. The food was reported as delivered, but no one knocked on the door and no food was left outside. I checked my neighbors for any food left outside, but no food was left outside anyone else's doors. I confirmed that I gave the correct address. There is no one for me to contact with Uber about this issue and the restaurant did not answer their phone. Both are getting a 1 star review. Ordering delivery especially through Uber is not cheap so I am out a lot of money for me.

I would give zero stars if i could..there are more fees than services that actually work well. I've lost so much money just ordering undeliverable food. Don't attempt to order food while you're riding in a car, the app will set it to deliver to whatever corner you just drove past. There is absolutely no way to modify the order or cancel without being charged for everything which is absolutely ridiculous. I'm glad that there are other apps that provide the same services. They have lost a loyal customer.

Not sure if any results will come from my experience but be aware. I ordered a $33 meal and noticed that after an hour status was still showing as meal being prepared. I called the restaurant and was told meal had been ready for over 40 minutes but a driver had not been assigned. I asked for advice on what to do and was told to cancel and reorder. I did but to my disappointment I was charged the amount of the food. I tried several times to call Uber but they no longer have a via phone call center. I tried the chat app and was told I did not qualify for a refund because I had cancelled the order, which I did per merchants recommendation. I intend to pursue this but I will no longer use them. Twice the driver did not match picture and once the Uber transaction was canceled by driver three minutes prior to delivery. I suspect the phone customer service line was disabled by Uber due to the amount of complaints. I encourage folks to report all issues to the BBB. I have never had an issue with the ride request. Only with Uber eats.

Worst Customer Service. Please beaware of their cancelation policy and if you ever need to cancel the order call the restaurant directly and ask them to cancel from their end. I must say I am never ordering from Uber eats again. My bank was kind enough to credit me my amount back. And came to know from bank agent that they receive like 100's of dispute call for uber eats every single day in their shift.

If I could've given a 0 review I would've. Extremely disappointed with Uber Eats and their customer service. Ordered my Thanksgiving dinner since yesterday from a well know restaurant in Washington DC and made a scheduled deliver for today (Thanksgiving) at 5 PM. Order and paiement went through normally, got a confirmation today at 2PM that order will be delivered as scheduled, only to receive a message on my UberEats app at 4PM saying we are sorry but your order was cancelled and we have issued a refund. Try to call, spoke with a representative who tried to justify why and how this happened, asked to speak with a manager and waited a looong time to speak to one, only for them to be worst than the first rep and basically try to explain this and that. 0 accountability that this is a systems issue from Uber Eats and they should have never accepted an order amd way of delivery they could not fulfill. Still refused to take 0 accountability, so I gor frustrated and hang up. Now I am left without a Thanksgiving dinner and they think that saying "ooops sorry, we have reimbursed your money" makes you whole. 2nd very bad experience with Uber Eats and last time I am ordering from them. I am uninstalling the app from my phone, just by principle.

I ordered food that never came. I called the customer service 5 times during more than two hours and they just keep on saying that they could not do anything, and if I canceled the order I would have to pay for it. They let me wait for more than 3 hours until finally they said they were able to cancel the order. Their customer's service is terrible, they just kept on repeating "I am sorry madam, there is nothing we can do" I just wanted to have lunch and I had to spent two hours on the phone just get refunded for the food that they never delivered.

This is the third order where I’ve ordered something and paid extra and Uber doesn’t refund me. They take no accountability. If I’m paying $6-$8 extra for something it should be eligible for a refund if the driver doesn’t bring it. Check the bag before delivering. I’m out of town and I surprised my mom with a Thanksgiving dinner and they delivered half of it.

I placed an order for Uber eats. No Driver ever was available. I was charged a fee for the order because the restaurant was “already preparing it” which is false information- it’s a buffet style restaurant. I was robbed of money. The support had no interest in helping me
