I wish I could give minus, they sucker you in to pay a tip and priority services to still get your food 20-30min late! What a Legit scam haha well played !

The worst customer service I have ever came across. I have placed an order on 1st January, during the New Years Eve, the order has been shown as pending and money was to be refunded (because it actually left my account) as the restaurant was not taking orders. OK - fair enough. 7AM in the morning the restaurant accepts the payment and changes the delivery status to completed. As if they have delivered it. I am reaching out to Uber Eats customer support to resolve the issue. They get back to me saying that they cannot process the refund as it’s more than 48 hours ago when I placed the order. Case closed. I start a new case. Same story again. I give up and move on with my life, not too much time I can waste over £29.15 22 days later, I forgot about this whole faux pas and I attempt to place a whole new order, in a different city, from a different restaurant. I end up being charged the exact same £29.15 for the same pizza I have ordered on the New Years Eve, the same pizza I have never received and never got my money back. Now it becomes too much for me, I reach out to Uber Eats again explaining that I have now been charged twice for food that I have never received, I am asking them how is it possible that 48 hours is too late to ask for refund but 22 days is not too late to charge me again. They finally get back to me promising to refund my money… they tell me they have processed the refund of £29.15. The money is not there. They’re saying it can now take up to 30 days. I reach back to them saying it’s not even the wait that I am concerned about, but the amount - I have actually not spend £29.15 but twice as much, which is £58.30 so please can this full amount be refunded. They get back to me completely ignoring this bit and apologise again for the wait but it must take up to 30 days. They are either not listening or purposely only listening to what they want to hear. I have now been frustrated for at least 3 days and spent way too much time fighting back for what they owe me. I am expecting a full refund of £58.30 and some sort of reimbursement for all my time lost writing emails and this review, for all the stress caused and for my New Years Eve (sort of) ruined. Uber Eats - shame on you.

Uber eats has to be one of the worst companies on the face of the Earth. What a scam! We ordered two burrito bowls tonight from chipotle and got charge $67.88. When I called into them to question it, they said that they charged an $18 service fee Plus a delivery fee plus the tip on top of the $30 order. I had absolutely no idea well making the order that it was going to be more than $33 but my bank notified me of the $67.$.88. We will never use this Gammy company again and I want to make sure people know that they can really get screwed over by Uber eats. We are retired and on a limited income, and I thought it would be nice on my birthday to order in having no idea that this company would do this to us. I called them to ask questions about it and they did nothing but defend their right to do that even though they didn't send me an email or any warning because if they had, I would've canceled the order.

I really want to give a 0 rating. Ordered food, driver told me restaurant did not have anymore of what I ordered so I canceled, still charged for because food was not available?!?! For all I know, the driver probably ate it. Never use Uber, terrible company!!!

I don't write reviews in general however i feel potential customers should be aware of this delivery service three times we have experienced delivery problems the last never arrived repeatedly tried to get a refund after talking with the restaurant emailing customer complaints with no response at all be aware of this service absolutely disappointing

I just used uber eats to get a meal from sonic in Vancouver Washington. What I ordered was a foot long coney chili dog and an all fruit lemonade with cranberry juice. What I got was 100 percent different. I got jalapeño tater tots, two hamburgers and two drinks. I am on hospice and I wanted coney dog from sonic, I was deeply hurt and surprised when I opened the package. I will never again utilize uber eats for my meals from restaurants. And I am going to unistall the uber eats app from my phone

Over charging the 3rd time not very happy with the service received. It seems they trick you by giving you 50% & when the payment is processed it goes through at a different figure which is usually double. The last transaction I ordered CHICKEN from Haji Baba in Hatfield & the amount after 50%discount came to £15.17. When the payment was processed it went through at £27.15. I Cancelled the order but unfortunately UBER EATS Refused a REFUND. UBER EATS is a CON be careful people.

Do not use Uber Eats if you don’t want to be charged when you don’t use it. They routinely frauds charge your credit card, you then need to waste your time disputing the charge. It will be reimbursed, but you’ll waste time & energy. How many customers either don’t notice, or opt to not waste their time? This is a scam whereby Uber Eats cheats honest customers. DOJ should investigate and punish them for this criminal act!

I ordered a power bowl from Taco Bell and not only was everything I paid extra for not there, but rice was in my bowl when I requested no rice due to an allergy, so I couldn't even eat it. I filed a complaint using the help feature on the Uber Eats app and have yet to receive a response. Their website claims issues will be resolved within an hour, and it's been days and nothing. I even attempted to email and again, no response. I deleted my Uber Eats account and will certainly not be using them in the future.

Usually the actual delivery time is more than one hour from the published time while ordering. The food gets to you cold and messy and the costumer service does NOTHING!!!

I do not trust Uber Eats. They lie about giving you a refund for the part of an order that was missing and then do not follow it up in action. Never use Uber eats again.

Uber Eats have seriously gone down hills these past few months. Their drivers have no idea where they're going so your orders arrive cold, soggy and gross. Then when they do finally arrive, they leave your order right outside the door, so you CANNOT open it without hitting the food - great if you have a coffee or something that isn't sealed. THEN, when you put in a complaint to there *cough cough* "SERVICE" team, you get a Bot that decides whether or not there's an error AND you get no resolution from a human, once you ACTAULLY get one! It's bloody disgusting, and I will NEVER use them again.... it's an absolute disgrace!

I am very glad I found this forum. I needed to tell somebody about my horrendous experience with Uber eats last night and it turns out I’m not alone as I strongly suspected. I called for an order was having dinner by myself because the wife was out. So I am a hungry boy but I ordered in plenty of time something like 6 o’clock is when I ordered. Then I go to an email telling me that the order was originally due for 7 PM which OK I was gonna wait an hour for the order but then I got more emails key which kept pushing back the arrival time seven 7:45 then 8:45 PM and so on what was going on and then I got to changes in drivers so these drivers canceled nobody called me it was just horrendous. I talked to Uber customer service originally they credited me and kept the order open but then I got the second notice with the driver canceling for the second time in a third driver assigned to it finally I called Uber and canceled the order that the rep was giving me the total runaround initially told me look we can’t refund you have a nice day and just ended the chat. This guy really oughta be written up but you know these guys are terrible I eventually got a credit back after calling again to cancel but you know what sad to say sad sad so sad but I’ve never ordering Uber eats again what a crock. These guys are atrociously awful. Do not order from Uber eats.

Contacted uber eats due to receiving someone else's order (completely not mine). They then start telling me on the phone they can't offer me a refund but will make sure it won't happen again (this has already happened more times than I've celebrated birthdays in my life.. without me ever ringing to inform em) But anyways, I ask her why exactly she was saying they couldn't refund me and she explained due to my account behaviours.. absolutely baffled I asked her to explain (whilst she continued to repetitively talk over me asking "is there anything else I can do for you today?") So at this point, I'd seen my ass and demanded she explained about the bullshittery she was spouting.. She finally went on to explain that the account behaviours she'd mentioned, the behaviours which would prevent me from receiving anymore refunds from Ubereats, was simply previous refunds prior to this order. I snort laughed, full on, down the phone and asked "ya what?"... so I repeated back to her that.. due to me having to be refunded previously for the lack of competence of the company she works for, I now had to pay for their incompetence / previous and current mistakes and that I had also heard her correctly when she said "therefore we cannot offer you a refund however would like to ensure you ma'm that this won't happen again in future" No ya fkin right it won't ya incompetent bellends cos I won't fkin come back! UberEats.. UBEREAT IS THE BIGGEST SCAM

THIS COMPANY TREATS ITS DRIVERS TERRIBLY, DONT WORK FOR THEM. Let me start by saying that ordering food from this company is a rip off, for the customer and the driver. The average pay per trip as a driver for uber eats is $2 no matter the distance, so any real money is made through tips. Their system will also miscalculate trip earnings and give you trips where the restaurants are closed or the restaurant can't make the food, be careful if you cancel trips too many times it's YOUR FAULT, whether you call to verify a closed restaurant or not. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. My account was wrongfully deactivated due to "cancelation fraud" it was Christmas eve and their system gave me many trips where the restaurants were closed early, I verified every order over the phone, the next day without warning my account was permanently deactivated. You try to call and you get uneducated, unprofessional, sensitive, morons from the Philippines that will not help you or give you any reasoning as to why your account is terminated, and then you will be hung up on for "being rude". This company is an obvious rip off and a joke

My food order was open no lid on food . The food was cold . You should have bags to keep food hot and put lids on so they do not come off . Fries all over the bag from falling out of container. Had to throw it away . I give good reviews when I get good service . This was terrible .

I would give it 0 stars if possible. By far the worse delivery service I have dealt with. I have tried ordering a starbucks to be delivered to my friend's work. Out of the 7 attempts - I have had them actually deliver it successfully ONCE. No way to contact the driver after the deliver is "complete". They do not even try to contact me. At this point, its worth the time and gas to drive an hour to pick up and drop off the order myself.

i wish that there was a zero star rating here cause i would certainly give it. I ordered Donuts as it was what I had been graving (I am 8 months pregnant) I have been awake all night waiting for my order so that there was no way i would miss the delivery as i placed a schedueled delivery for first thing in the morning. when i called customer service i was spoken to like a child first of all and then when i told the customer service agent what had happened he contacted the driver whose name was glen. the driver claimed he tried to make contact and failed so he canceled the order but heres the thing the map showed that he was on my street and everything and i had it set up for a contactless delivery leave on my porch it is not rocket science. but when the customer service agent reached out then told me the suposed issue I said, "so basically the dude stole my donuts and the guy said yes maam. so they admitted that there driver is a theif he claimed i was not charged yet my bank account is still showing that it was and they refuse to refund me. he told me i could reorder using the app and i said no thanks i will be using doordash thank you. i am deleting my account this is rediculous i will never use them again.

I WAS CHARGED TIP OF $3.06 WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WITHOUT SHOWING THAT AMOUNT TO ME IN THE CHECKOUT PANEL. WHEN I CHATTED , I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY TIP OR ORDER , THEY SAID NO, NO AGENT SHOWED ME HOW TO EDIT THE TIP, FINALLY THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA $3.06 WITHOUT ME WILLING TO PAY. I WILL NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM UBEREATS AGAIN. ZERO STAR FOR THEIR SERVICE. I FEEL ROBBED AND REGRETFUL.
