I ordered from Starbucks and it stated that the latest delivery time would be 7:00. I still had not received my order by 7:15 so I reached out to try and cancel my order but I get a ding on the App that it was delivered. Mind you, my doorbell camera did not alert me that anyone was on my porch. So I reached back out to let them know that my order never arrived and the automated reply states that I’m not eligible for a refund. I called the customer service number and the operator states that she cannot give me a refund or credit because I have a restriction on my account. So they don’t restrict me from ordering but want to restrict me from getting refunds/credits. This is outright thievery!!!! She states there is nothing she can do til the restriction falls off!!!

Uber eats has taken over $100 of my money even though the restaurant that was supposed to send my order did not even process my order or make it. Uber eats states the order was canceled too late however when speaking to the restaurant the order wasn't even started. I have had no follow-up, even though I have asked for supervisor to help rectify this. Uber is stealing money from their clients and the restaurants aren't even getting it when Uber states that the restaurant is receiving the funds. If I could give a negative star review it would be a negative five. DON'T USE UBEREATS!

I ordered a whopper and an order of onion rings from Burger King, through Uber Eats. My BK order came to a total of $16.80 after tax. After Uber added all of their B.S. fees, I owed $39.47. Yes, $39.47 FOR A CHEESEBURGER AND ORDER OF ONION RINGS. Uber should be ashamed of themselves. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I will also be deleting mu Uber Eats app, never to use it again. And of course there is absolutely no way to contact Uber about this, as they are obvious thieves and cowards.

I recently had a terrible experience with Five Guys in Seminole, Florida and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I ordered from Five Guys through Uber Eats and what followed was an absolute nightmare. After waiting for almost 1 1/2 hours, I received a message from the driver informing me that the system was down and they were unable to complete my order. This was incredibly frustrating as I had a hungry family of four eagerly anticipating their meal, only to be left empty-handed. The lack of communication and efficiency from both Five Guys and Uber Eats is simply unacceptable. The fact that there was no proactive effort to inform me of the delay or the technical issues with the system is incredibly disappointing. By the time I received the news, it was too late to place another order and endure another extensive wait. The entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by both Five Guys and Uber Eats. I expected better from a well-known establishment like Five Guys and a widely-used delivery service like Uber Eats. This experience has made me reconsider ever ordering from them again and I strongly urge others to think twice before doing so. It's evident that they have significant shortcomings in their operational capabilities and customer communication, and as a result, they have lost my trust and patronage.

It’s SUPERBOWL SUNDAY we ordered food paid for the food and PAYED UBER EATS ‼️ Everyone is here at the party and we just got a call from UBER EATS saying “WE AREN’T DELIVERING THE FOOD “‼️‼️ In the 11th hour‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ My quests are here HUNGRY‼️‼️ I WILL NEVER USE UBER EATS AGAIN

This app is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! FOOD IS WRONG! COLD! They give you coupons and when you go to check out it will say oh it doesn't work I'm sick of this app ill NEVER USE IT AGAIN! NOT WORTH MY TIME THAT'S FOR SURE

I would give it zero stars if I could. The driver put in the wrong address and then would not listen to directions about the correct address. He then lied and said he delivered it. Customer service was horrible and told me it was delivered and to the right address and they would not give me my money back. The rep was rude and I am livid. I WILL NEVER USE THAT APP AGAIN!!!!

Ordered food, got charged nearly four pounds in fees. Called restaurant to ask if I could cancel the order or they already started it. They said it was OK to cancel and then charged me for it saying they already started the order. No way to contact uber. Had to contact PayPal. Deleted app. Never going to use uber again

Got repeated offers of $15 off first order. Then they increased to $25 off first order. I decided to use the offer. The app said neither offer can be applied. Called customer service, after a long hold I was told that due to “fraudulent activity” the promotion department as “revoked” the offer. Very abrupt conversation, no help at all. Felt like a criminal.

I order Popeyes thru Uber eats on 02/03/2024 for 17.35. Popeyes DID NOT have what I ordered so i cancelled my order. I was told my Uber eats since the restaurant( Popeyes) this was non refundable so I will not receive my money back

Uber eats is horrible. It doesn't matter if your an Uber 1 member or not. The orders are always wrong. Plus sometimes your food is riding around for an hour or longer. No one wants their food cold & mushy. They charge outrages fees for this convenience, but it's not convenient at all!

Uber eats is scam they let someone authorize a purchase with my card so I cancel the order and they still wouldn't give me my money back even though I called and told them that someone tried to use my car without my permission

Appalling service from Uber eats including the driver. Order placed, driver was let into the building after being buzzed in, did not deliver the food , as he could not find the marked flat no. After waiting for the driver, App says delivered. contacted the useless Uber team , who repeatedly confirms , driver waited 7 minutes in the building and after "calling" drove away with our food. No refund , no attempt of solution. The driver's word superceded what the paying customers says . Utter nightmare dealing with their customers service. Never again .

Took payment, did not deliver anything, not "eligible" to get my hard earned money back. Don't ever trust them. Charged $35 for an order that was never delivered. I had proof it was never delivered. Over 3 days I continuously asked for an escalation or supervisor or explanation and the only response I got was "this order is not eligible for a refund". Taking payment for something, not providing what was paid for and refusing to do so and then saying too bad it's not "eligible" by our arbitrary magical eligibility rules is absolutely illegal.

You gotta watch Ubereats because they will charge you twice not considering the amount you're paying for the food...and also watch their so called refunds added to Uber cash. It dissapears for some reason

The fact that drivers steal your food and are not banned from being a delivery driver is stupid. There should be consequences. The customer losses thier money and trust in Uber Eats. The attached is the name of a driver who stole my order.

Placed order at 2pm for scheduled delivery between 6.00 - 6.30pm. Order was accepted and my creditcard was charged for food order and delivery. Just before my guests were to arrive I was checking my emails and found one from Ubereats saying order could not be delivered. I called restaurant who had food ready and waiting to be collected from Ubereats but they were advised Ubereats could not collect. I then had to go and collect myself while my guests who were on their way had to wait outside until I returned. One very unhappy and highly disappointed customer. Doubt I will ever use Uber Eats again.

First and LAST experience. Paid for priority delivery and a tip. 30+ minutes later, no delivery and people I purchased drinks for had to leave. I cancelled the order, but was told by "Sonny" in chat that it was picked up so I had to pay for it. I asked to be connected with a supervisor and was dropped from the chat. Contacted them through chat a second time and "Faith" was a bit more helpful, but couldn't explain to me why the order I placed originally was for $9 more than my refund. She said that, as I was "unresponsive", i.e. WORKING, she would refund what appeared to me to be a lesser amount than I was told on the original order and that it would take 2-5 business days to get the refund. I called customer service and was dropped by two very difficult to understand associates, "Joms" and "Smiles." Mind you I was definitely upset, but never rude or insulting. I called a third time and spoke with "Edwin" and asked to speak with a supervisor. He said that a supervisor "would call [me] back within 24 hours." I spent over an hour dealing with an order for 4 drinks from Dunkin Donuts. Absolutely ridiculous. I filled a complaint with our state AG.
