There was an error on my delivery address which made the entire order undeliverable. I emailed customer service within minutes of placing the order and not only did “Michael” refuse to change the delivery address (he basically told me the order would be sent back after 3 failed attempts - and all 3 attempts were guaranteed to fail as the first half of the address was missing) he also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I won’t bore you with the rest of it but for an international company to refuse/be unable to fix such a simple issue is an absolute joke. I won’t be spending any money with them again. I’d give the order zero stars if I could. They also had the nerve to ask me for a review but if you only give them 1 star they won’t publish it.

Monsoon didn't refund on a return. 2 weeks of ignored emails and social media, I used paypal to claim back my money. Monsoon didn't like that, threw their toys out of the pram and stopped the ability of me using my account. Since then I have had non-stop marketing which I never signed up for and was always ticked 'no' when I had an account. I asked them back in Sept to remove all my personal details, as per the law within 20 days. They said they would but the marketing is still coming. All emails have been rude and ignorant - I don't think customer services truly understands or even cares. I contacted the ICO, who are kindly on the case and have asked for photographic evidence of the postal marketing which I have happily supplied. If they carry on with marketing/not removing my personal data they can get fined heavily. This company is awful, their attitude stinks and the way they have treated a customer of over 20 years is appalling, but they really do not care. Please folks, be careful spending your hard-earned cash with these people.

Terrible terrible ‘customer service’ - don’t want to give it 1 star but it won’t let me not put one! Haven’t received my order 10 days after placing it. Evri have had my item for 7 days, sending me messages for the last 3 days that it is arriving on that day! MONSOON WILL NOT REFUND ME telling me that I need to return the item for a refund - not seeming to understand that I am unlikely to ever receive it. Evri are not my problem, I paid my money to Monsoon who state a 2-4 day delivery. Why would a company employ a delivery service that DOES NOT deliver a service to their customers. I am extremely stressed and suffer with high blood pressure. I don’t understand how they think they can refuse me a refund for something I never received. I will NEVER order from Monsoon again and advise that others also think twice. Disgraceful

Been Trying to get a refund with end of May!! Yes, you read right! I have sent the dress back to them which I brought at Gatwick accessorize. I fell ill with COVID and was hospitalised. When I came out - still within my 28 days of purchase. I rung up explained my situation. I at first had a helpful representative on the phone. Since then they have said that they have not received my dress back despite me showing it has been sent. Last 2 reps were less than helpful. I am out a dress and the £40.00!! I am still battling it in October. This Company is everything that is wrong with customer service.

I went into the Cabot Circus, Bristol store today and a very nice lady called Joyce Main came up to me to help me with my shopping. This lady was very knowledgeable about the dresses and items with in the store and told me that she was a personal shopper and could she help me choose dresses that would suit me. I have to say that the whole experience was very enjoyable she was a lovely lady and I purchased three dresses on her recommendation. So please if you are shopping in Cabot Circus Bristol go in and ask for this lady and you’ll be amazed with what you come out with. I give her five stars for service. Ann Breen

Ordered a skirt online from monsoon took 10 days to get to shop for click and collect, the skirt was too big so they would not accept at shop as I paid through PayPal you have to download your own label to return. sent back on 1st of month checked tracker and they received it on 7th I phoned on 11th to say I still hadn’t received my payment and she told me I would receive payment within the next 10 days. So from start to finish this has taken 31 days. Not good enough monsoon.

Still waiting for a refund. No reply to emails, just automated reply. No one answers the phone, just kept on hold. Absolutely appalling customer service. Do not order online is my advice. I want my money back ASAP

I have made 8 phone calls since 9am this morning it is now 1pm And I have given up tried chat didn’t work I need help with sending back my 2 purchases should have come together but now I have 2 parcels to send back Is there a monsoon customer service I am not trying it’s shocking Does anyone care ?

I am so disappointed with Monsoon UK. I love the clothing but ordering online has put me off ever doing this again. There is no customer service response, no answer to Whatsapps, no response to emails. I tried the Chat line, it doesn't exist. It's like Monsoon has become one big scam! Used to be a top brand.

I want to return a pair of sandals which are too small and 48 hours after delivery, I am unable to register return and generate a barcode.

I bought the dress wasn't new, but alread used. Also they don't accept click and collect back in the shop, must be send back via post. I bought another dress same was opened before and damaged.

I am very unhappy. Bought a pair of earrings at Gatwick airport, and they broke after using them twice. Contacted customer service to get a full refund. They refused to give me a refund because I bought the item in a store. So I was told I need to return it to a store even if it means 2.5 hours travel for me to the nearest store (Romney Marsh to Tunbridge Wells) and in petrol would cost more than the actual item. If there were more stores across the UK I would understand your policy, but why can't I get refunded online for my purchase that is blatantly faulty, when I am not able to travel that far to a store??? I found the customer service very rigid and unreasonable. I wouldn't buy again and wouldn't recommend it to others either. Very disappointed.

I've returned dress 6 weeks ago and still waiting for a refund. Emaild and called Customer Service multiple times- been told refund been issued, even have an email stating my money will be on my account in up to 5 working days(this been sent to me on the 22nd December 2021), called on 4th January-no one could help me with a refund, been told to call on 12th January, then spoken to someone from customer service on 13th January- been told your refund been issued yesterday (on the 12th January) but... Still no refund to be seen and it's 20th January 2022 at this point! Absolute joke this is! I have proof of postage(return), confirmation that they've received package and emails stating refund been issued when it wasn't! Paid £127 and I simply want my money back. I've contacted PayPal and opened case against them as it's absolute waste of time to speak to Monsoons customer service-to say they don't care (nor they have any idea how to solve the issue!) is huge understatement.

Trying to return an online purchase and they don’t recognise the order number to send a return label. Customer service email is not recognised nor is the telephone number given. Time is ticking and eventually the return date will pass and I will be left with an unwanted not up to standard so if anyone can help please do

Still waiting for a refund from Monsoon for items returned 14th Dec. I hve the postal receipt as proof of return. Very slow to return emails, not great customer service, no contact number to call. Not very good so far…

I live near Boston and I bought a dress from Monsoon's online store in early July, 2021. Several weeks later, I discovered it was shipping from China. Ok. At the beginning of August, United States Postal Service Tracking let me know it had arrived on the east coast and my package was on its way. Sadly, it was delivered to an address in Boise, Idaho. I wrote to Monsoon's customer service department and got no response. I suspect I will never get the problem resolved. I wish I had read the reviews before buying anything. This purchase was a disaster.

Terrible customer service. When you make a purchase don’t dare ask I for a larger bag 💼 a light floaty dress was stuffed into a small paper bag that was more suited to a pair of tights or something of similar size monsoon Buchanan Street Glasgow is not a good shopping experience get your act together Customers Do Mater .

I bought a dress in the Oxford Street store for £26 without a tag on it. The shop assistant processed it at the till by putting in the code from the stitched in label and I paid with my credit card. I tried it on at home and it didn’t fit so I went into the St Paul’s store to return it. I had the receipt by the way. The store manager at St Paul’s (Vicky) refused to process the refund because it didn’t have a tag on it. I said to her that I bought it without a tag, at which she raised her voice saying ‘DON’T BE AGGRESSIVE’. She refused to process the refund and said that I need to go back into the Oxford Street store so they can check the CCTV. When I said that seems unreasonable she continued to call me aggressive whilst pointing her finger at me. When I said that the customer service was appalling, especially since it was her that was pointing her finger at me, she said she knows what’s she’s been doing as she’s been in retail for 19 years. She also asked her assistants to refuse to respond to me when I questioned why they would need to check CCTV for me to get a refund. I just cannot believe how atrocious the customer service is. Just completely shocking. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and can honestly say the experience with Vicky has put me off ever buying from Accessorize again.
