terrible return policy, creates bad customer experience. I will never buy from a UNIQLO store again.

I have emailed the help department several times. I have requested a refund of an item I had delivered to the shop prior to the lock down and was unable to pick up due to the announcement. I replaced an order online to be delivered to my house. The response I received as below: “We have been advised the parcel was picked up from the store on the 29/12/2020.” Oh really? Because I am fairly certain the shop were closed then due to Tier 4. I emailed 3 times after this and have been completely ignored.

Unfortunately I've had a similar experience to many people, wish I'd checked trustpilot and other reviews before buying .. Returned items (they don't provide a QR code to make this easy like other companies) Dec 9th along with an Amazon item. Received the refund from Amazon the same day. I'm currently still trying to get the refund processed by Uniqlo "they're looking into it" - have the tracking number from the Hermes pick up and everything. Avoid buying online with this company!!!

Everything was wrong about my online order. Ordered on the 3rd of Dec, dispatched only on the 23rd of Dec (I found out this from Hermes as Uniqlo do not update order status at all). My package with 2 Christmas present was delivered on Christmas eve (miracle!) only unfortunately it was left on my door step opened with half of the order! Obviously Hermes people stole my husbands coat but now Uniqlo is taking their time with dealing with my claim. I will go to credit card company of not hear back from them within another week or won't get their refund promptly. Never again will buy from them online

Ordered a jacket in 29th Nov, did not receive the order and was told will get the replacement and I have not receive the replacement for a long time. finally I decided to cancel the existing order and I did cancel and I have made a new order thinking it will be quicker, its almost a week and did not even get the conformation and did not get my money for the previous purchase. spoke to a customer service staff, could not hear her voice properly and phone got cut.

I ordered on the 21/12/20 items Christmas gifts. Now the 23/12/20 and order not even processed. No correspondence from Uniqlo who state they are ‘reaching out’ and now chat line down for maintenance too😢

I paid for 2 day shipping early last week and i got finally a shipping notification on Friday and FedEx still shows that the parcel has not been sent to them. Also no customer service (literally zero) or option to cancel the order, this was a Christmas gift... totally unacceptable...beyond ridiculous , how do they stay in business???

Worst customer service ever. Tracking device on website does not work. Chat feature on website: No response for over 30 minutes. No phone number for customer service provided on website. Once I googled number, was on hold 15 minutes, then got an agent who was of no help. Said he would transfer me to supervisor . . . and I got disconnected. Think I'll ever shop with this company again? Also: Why is there no option for ZERO stars? I got ZERO service.

Uniqlo's customer service is AWFUL ! They lose things in the post, dont tell you about it until you complain about non delivery after several weeks... If and when you can get through to their customer services staff, they have no ability to fix anything. This has all the signs of a really badly run company.

There SUPIMA COTTON T-Shirts are of the worst quality I have ever experienced, AVOID this company as they also "DO NOT" post negative legitimate honest reviews.

They sent my package via Hermes, who left it in the street (in a "safe place" that was literally just on the pavement outside my front door - Hermes attached a photo of it there). It's been a week since I contacted Uniqlo about this and asked for help and so far all I've had is one email asking if I've checked whether it was actually delivered to a neighbour. Hermes have closed the case on their end because the GPS records show that the driver came to my address. It was a £150 order and I don't feel like Uniqlo are going to make this right.

I order over $220 of winter clothing for my child recently. They use Fedex, and I also fill in for tracking by message feature. I also have a “Ring” video on my home. As soon as I got the message on text, my package arrived, I checked right away & wasn’t there. I called Fedex immediately. I even checked my “RING” history to see if it was taken or if anyone even came! No one did. I filed a complaint to Fedex & tried calling Uniqlo. No one answered the phone. I then, went to use there message talk on their website. If the computer messages can’t help, it gives you option for live agent. I kept the site open & waited for over an hour. No live agent typed back and they hung up! I the emailed them and with the FEDEX complaint number and asked they file their complaint as well , as suggested by FEDEX. It took UNIQLO over a week to send any type of response. The short of it is, they said Fedex shows delivered so no refund. They didn’t even bother to check my claim to Fedex & my financial institution. Please be careful with spending too much for UNIQLO shopping online. They don’t have your back!!! Contacted Customer Service 3 times. They were unhelpful to say the least. I risked ordering an item. It was way too small. Not allowed to return it once opened. They’d put the price up between my wanting to order it and their replies. Had to pay higher price. IMPOSSIBLE to contact CEO even though I had the right address. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Terrible service! they take your money and you basically can't get it back and still no order! Made an order four days ago and still no one has even processed it, the joke is they "process" does not allow them to cancel or connect to their own warehouse! The customer service dont know much, spoke to "Katia" who could only answer with "we dont know" to everything I asked and offered to "investigate" once I was really annoyed. When i asked why she did not offer to do that earlier she said "i didnt ask" - what the hell? i should be telling you the processes available?! If a customer asks to cancel an order and you say you cant do that, then should you not offer the alternative available? i want my money back in my account and cancel the order! it's a joke, they want you wait for the order to be dispatched before they can cancel it - waste of everyone's time! never ordering from this place again, slow inefficient processes!

I haven't received all items I purchased. Customer service has been ignoring my emails since I first reported this issue. They will take your money and won't send what you purchased. This company is fraud- stay away!!

Trying to buy something from the today Uniqlo J+ collection was an awful experience! I spent 55 minutes trying to buy something and in the end I did not succeed to buy anything. I lost 55 minutes from my life. A very frustrating experience! The website did not work properly and before arriving to payment everything was sold out. It is not serious and even stupid to advertise a collection from which you offer for sell only 1 article per item and per size. So stupid!

Terrible and literally nonexistent customer service. I placed an order that never arrived (second time it happened) and despite calls, 5 emails, and several attempts to use their chat, I never was able to speak to someone or get a call back. As a result I am yet to be able to discuss the matter or request a refund. It is really starting to feel like a scam.

I have bought a lot of things from UNIQLO over the years and I have always been happy with the quality and fit of the goods. I recently bought about £190 worth of items online, some of which I needed for a work trip. When I opened the package (delivered by Hermes, the worst courier in the UK), I found that nearly half of the order was missing and that the goods that remained looked as if they had been dragged across the warehouse floor as they were covered in dust/muck. Thankfully most of the packaged items were ok. I called UNIQLO and was asked to send pics and sign a declaration which I did straight away. By the next afternoon I had still heard nothing. I expected that they would put this right straight away, but it was left for me to chase. When I got through to the CS representative I was told that the issue would take 7 days to process! I kicked up a fuss and they agreed to send the 'in stock' items out on the usual (slow) service, again via Hermes. Not good enough. I needed those items for work yet they refused to send the items on a better courier service. Surely that is the least that they could have done? Things go wrong, I get that, but the measure of a company is how they put it right. This time UNIQLO have fallen very much short of the mark. Case#1101173
