Delivery is always late and if you try to call them to change delivery they don't really care.

I will never deal with this shipping service again! I was expecting 2 packages that were returned back to sender because of supposedly refused delivery, and I never spoke to anybody nor had any type of contact with any UPS mail carrier! When I called UPS customer service, all they could do was apologize & say it was a “mistake”. They were not very knowledgeable in my opinion and kept giving me ‘standard’ answers just to pacify me.

We shipped a package to our customer in Aus. the package was meant to be delivered on 31/10 latest, UPS advised us that there was some delays and it would land 01/11 . 01/11 comes and still nothing . Tracking does not update and each person tells you a new story. john in customer service seems to know what's going on but his colleagues call him a liar and don't seem to have access to the same screen john has access to . Johns managers even don't know what John is on about.... Seems like john like to mislead customers !!!! They now say the package was lost and then found but no movement or info showing on tracking with last scan being 27/10 in Germany ! They now tell us to take it up with UPS Germany as they UPS Australia are not the same company. They take no ownership over there own mistakes and false information and pass you back and fourth between country's and reps. I for one have had enough of UPS BS and will be making as much noise as its needed to get the package found and delivered, After all john said he sees its about to depart and land in Aus on 01/11 - 02/11latest. Wonder what special system John has that no one else in UPS can see! Will be emailing HQ and every investor to see why no one else but john can use this system!

The level of disrespect I've recently had to endure from UPS is something I promise I'll never forget, but UPS sure will because they don't even care to make logs when you have an open, unresolved case with them. They literally don't care about you as a client. They have nothing to lose by not delivering on the one function they have in society. They already stole your money, why did you think they would do the decent thing and refund it? Do you not know how a scam works??? How many times do I need to have the same conversation with an employee of theirs before I randomly meet someone who is willing to make the tiniest effort to resolve my issue? At least make a log? Oh we beg the, billion dollar company, help a poor peasant in need. We are obviously not worthy.

The only company that can charge you to lose your stuff and be allowed to remain in business. FedEx can’t deliver on time but ups won’t deliver at all then point fingers and shrug their shoulders and tell you to contact the seller. They aren’t even worth a single star.

I had 2 packages mailed at same time, from same location. One shipped ups, one usps. The usps package arrived today the ups package still 2 days out. Ups got ate by snail mail!! No wonder Amazon kicked them to the curb! You suck ups! The company that is, drivers are awesome.

My Father passed away and we ordered a military uniform from Las Vagas ......was suppose to be 1 day ship. cost 147.00 for a jacket They showed up and never knocked on door ...my son was home and wasent a aware they came .This company is the worst company thats why amazon is doing so good Another time they lost boat parts that i sent out for repair.never showed up Lost 800 worth of parts So they left a note saying they will try the next day by 12 Here it is 4:33 on the second day and still did not receive jacket for my dads funeral tomorrow

Stop using UPS. Earlier this month I was harassed by a UPS driver on the road. As I drove at the speed limit toward my home, he flew up the road behind me well over the limit. He then began tailgating me at a very unsafe distance. When I slowed behind a turning car in front of me, he attempted to pass us by driving on the shoulder but did not have enough room. That led to him blasting his horn at me. He then continued tailgating me until I turned on my directional indicating a turn into my driveway. He then crossed a double-solid line to pass me illegally on the left, nearly side-swiping my car. I decided to follow him to get his license but was unable to catch him even though I was driving 10 miles over this speed limit of 25 mph because he was driving so fast. Luckily, I caught up with him at a traffic light and got his license plate number. I approached his truck and told him I was filing a complaint against him. He bragged, “You won’t be the first or the last.” That’s how confident he was he would not be held accountable for his reckless driving. He was right. I immediately filed a complaint through the UPS website. Within a day I received a message stating, “Thank you for contacting UPS back, I have successfully sent an urgent message to the UPS center, and we can take action as soon as possible for this inconvenience. I see you will be contacted by the UPS center via email for additional action, and commitments related to this incident.” Since then, I have heard nothing. Repeated emails have also been ignored. Now I am seeing ads encouraging people to become “Hero UPS Drivers.” UPS clearly cares more about cowering to their union and drivers than they do about public safety and customer complaints. Boycott UPS. Use DHL, FedEx or the USPS. Do not do business with this company.

Driver collects shipment from my door and I hand him the 3 printed invoices. He says oh no we don’t need them. I explained of course you need them it’s going outside of the country. I said you’re taking these invoices and putting it with my package properly. I get an email that evening to say that the invoices were not with my package and to email them to the company email them to the company and I’m still waiting for confirmation that they receive them. Contact there f&€king useless support in the Philippines and get f@&king nowhere so here I am again after using the worst company for shipping and dealing with this BS because a simpleton of a f@&king driver, can’t even do his job properly. Since Brexit, everything needs this BS of invoices and he’s working for the company from months because he delivers to me. Never ever again will I ever use this absolute disgrace of a company.

They make getting a refund for a unused label painful. You end up on the phone with 5 different people who know nothing. They wouldn't even let me leave a review at the end of my call. It's ridiculous. How are companies allowed to be unethical like this, take your money for no service?!

I just received an important package from Canada to Rome, Italy on time (Friday - Monday). Definitely better than FedEx. One star less for re-scheduling delivery at the last moment so I had to wait another 2 hours.

Worst experience ever with UPS!!!! 0 stars!!! I sent a TV from Italy to Greece. The TV was packaged in the original packaging exactly as it was delivered to me by the company. I read carefully the guidelines of UPS to be sure that everything was done correctly. The TV arrived in Greece completely broken! At the phone UPS told me that I cannot claim damage because the package was too big which it was a lie! So I wrote an email and they had to give me directions. I did a claim for damage and the TV was sent to Athens for evaluation. Then they called me a told me that the TV was evaluated and was indeed damaged and I should expect the details for getting reimbursed. They also sent the TV back to Italy although I told them I am not living there anymore. After 14 working days (they were supposed to notify me within 5 days) of waiting for their information to be reimbursed I asked them again by email what is happening. They sent a very general report with no specific details saying that the packaging was not properly done by myself so they will not return any money! Lies!!! it was the original packaging done extremely carefully.Shame on them...mostly for the continuous effort to not do the right thing since they destroyed my shipment. I will never send anything ever again with UPS.

I wish I could give a minus because that is what they deserve. I have spent numerous hours trying to resolve a delivery and billing issue. I have been promised over 6 call backs by end of day and NOT once have they done as promised! I will not be using UPS again as their lack of customer care seems to be routine of late. Today while speaking with a rep and hoping resolution has been achieved she transfers me to the automated billing department in which I had to start over again. UPS you honestly are the WORST!

- Where are UPS share holders?? Bahama beach and Canary islands - What are they doing?? Using customers' money for leisure - Who does the job? Indians - Who cares? No one - Arrived? No - Handed over? No the Indian left it in mailbox - On-time? Dream on it - They deserve to be insulted? Yes indeed - Who supports? Filipino from overseas - Why? Cutting the costs for better leisure time

One of the worst automated systems when you need to speak to a representative. Sometimes it may not be one of the options they want you to choose from, or if it is and you need to talk to a Rep...it is like pulling teeth. UPS left my package in the carport which was easy access for anyone needless to say I never got my pasckage.

I will never use UPS NEVER AGAIN. My parcel from Canada to Greece was a nightmare. The company uses drivers that have no communication with!!! They made me stay all day at home waiting when I received a message that drived just left because i wasnt there!!!!! I called the UPS here and told me me she is not allowed to call the driver or give me some hours i can wait.. She told me that the driver maybe couldnt see the bell and for me to leave a postit witn my name!!!!!!'nRidiculous!!!! Because I couldnt stay one more day at home waiting for my parcel we arrange to leave it in a shop elsewhere. Im sorry but there is no customer care, no one cares to do anything at all! I will never use it again

Sharifa Hakimi. Absolutely Terrible service. They lost my package. I called and give them the trucking number, they said we don’t know what happened, we will investigate and get back with you in a week. No one contacted me. I called back to talk to a manager, I was on hold for an hour and was told that the manager wouldn’t be able to talk to me and they will reopen the case and let me know 5 days later what happened to my package?
