The parcel with the tracking number 1Z2W218E6880190230 was successfully sent from Ukraine to Italy in the middle of July. I'm so disappointed with the services UPS Italy provides, because the shipment is in the middle of nowhere. BTW, the address and all the contact details were mentioned in the right way by the post officers in Ukraine. Moreover, they've charged the receiver the custom fee. And it seems to me, that if any details are missing, there is a phone number & email to contact a person for clarification. They didn't even contact the receiver to check if anything is wrong! It was a special present and it got lost in the end after two month of wandering (((

I don't recommend UPS unless you work from home full time - comms regarding delivery are absolutely all over the place. On Monday, I was emailed to say the parcel would be delivered on Wednesday On Tuesday morning, I was emailed to say the delivery date would now be Thursday On Tuesday afternoon, I was emailed again to say the delivery date is once again Wednesday On Wednesday, I was told the parcel would arrive between 12.30 and 14.30, so despite changing the day I go into an office for a half-day twice already, I planned to come home from work to sign for it. The parcel came and went at 11.00, while I was still in the office. Great comms, folks. Super useful.

A shipment - already delayed by one day without explanation - arrived at my local depot on Friday night. Needing the delivery badly, I had already asked UPS via their Twitter DMs if I could pick it up from the depot ahead of attempted home delivery, and my request had been logged. On Saturday morning, I went to the depot to try to collect it. Not only do UPS not deliver on a Saturday, I was told - by literally the only person in the building, who I had to enter an unauthorised area to even locate - that there was nobody to get into the lorries (parked next to me in the car park) to access items, and that I would therefore have to wait for delivery on Tuesday (Monday being a Bank Holiday. And, guess what, UPS don't deliver on bank holidays). Well, Tuesday comes, along with an email telling me delivery would be by end of day. In the meantime, I had messaged whoever passes for the aforementioned customer services presence on Twitter to cancel my "collect at depot" request (and received a response). I had no choice but to just wait at my home on Tuesday. No timeslots offered by UPS of course - let alone deliveries on a Saturday (delivery on a Sunday - like DPD etc? Come on...)! Well, guess what? It got to well after 6pm before the tracking info was updated to tell me the item was on its way. Customers' time simply doesn't matter to UPS... Guess what then?? At around 8.30pm, the tracking was updated again . . . to tell me my collect at depot request had been confirmed! SERIOUSLY, AVOID THIS ABSOLUTE SHOWER AT ALL COSTS!!

Worst shippment company ever!!! I placed an online order which was supposed to be delivered with UPS. The order was splitted in two. One order was delivered to the neighbors but they said it was delivered to me so it took me 3 days to find where it was and the second package never arrived. Same story, they said it was delivered to the address. When I called the customer service they said it was delivered to me and they can’t do anything. As a friendly advice, never use this company if you want to receive your packages!!

I was in a rush to send legal documents to Honduras. Since UPS was the closest option available we bought the fastest delivery  option and paid more than $110.00 to ensure this documents arrive within 2 days. Package took about 6 or 7 days in transit.they used every single excuse to justify this delay : first they said they do not deliver in this area, (total lie, address is in the middle of a main city and all couriersarrive here), then they said they do not deliver in Honduras ,called the person who was supposed to received the package and charged extra since they used a third party. When I placed a claim, they said it was detained by customs. One lie after another. They would not adjust the price we paid to the delivery time it took. NEVER AGAIN,never using ups again. Iconstantly send packages with Fedex and Purolator and never had an issue.It is unacceptable how ups doesn't take responsibility.

Tracker says delivery was attempted. It wasn't, won't come back with the parcel today can only re-deliver after 1-2 working days, it's a bank holiday weekend so looking into another week. Customer service unhelpful to say the least. Avoid at all costs.

Just incompetent driver and very bad customer service, I’ve spoke to a person who even know the company works for does not call before the driver attend the adress really disappointed… All I can say at this time!

COWBOYS YEE HAA UPS They failed to collect a parcel during the time that THEY offered, I had to call the following day to find out why it hadn’t been delivered to then have to re arrange the collection!? they then decided to add an additional charge at the collection end, after umpteen attempts to find out why I’ve never been told why. Then the item arrives late and broken in half, a concrete air brick….it would take one hell of a drop or chuck to achieve such damage. Then to top it off they have messed me around on calls and emails to claim for the damage, they have even asked 3 times if it can be repaired, they have even said that they are going to collect the damaged item to check it ! 11 days later no collection. You can not contact or speak with a UK based call centre. I have been lied to 3 times about sending me a claim form, the email replies from customer care are utter utter rubbish going around and around in circles. I paid for a collection and delivery service but they keep referring to sending a claim form to the collection address…..a concrete manufacturer ! It is not their issue they have been paid. I have lost count of the amount of emails and calls that I have made to UPS, no doubt their aim is to frustrate you to the extent that you just give in trying. If you think you’ve tried or had the worst courier service, try these cowboys, YE HAA UPS order some eggs and get an omelette FOC or if you want to hear or read utter rubbish scrap the Sun newspaper and contact UPS customer I don’t care we are not paying for what we break. COWBOYS AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. Collection arranged for 10/8, rearranged for the 11/8, delivered broke in half on the 12/8, now as of the 23/8 still no claim form, claim form promised 3 times, never received, emails and calls lost count, verdict utter liars, deliberate avoidance of paying for damaged items. Their reply: we are really sorry to hear about your experiences with our services….not sorry enough to put it right, or attempt to UNDO your blatant lies, I can communicate on Face Butt or Twitter !? You have my email address via the tracking number try that way which would be more appropriate than a social media platform, how ridiculous, Mickey Mouse replies !

Their driver left the package in the street rather than taking that package to the actual address. The contents were stolen, so I submitted a claim with UPS - they charge for insurance for situations like this. They've closed my claim stating the customer has accepted they received the package, which is a blatant lie - they haven't even contacted the receiver. I've contacted Laura Lane and many other executives regarding this several times, and been ignored on every occasion.

UPS REPETITIVE REPEAT THEIRSELVES. Foreign customers service people who you can’t understand what they are saying. They don’t care it’s numbers and money money. Cant tell truth only lies. RIP you off with charges specially custom and brokerage charges that are not true. False and fraud. Everyone should avoid UPS AND LETS TEACH THEM A HARD LESSON - OUT OUT OUT GONE GONE GONE.

didnt deliver package as my name wasnt on the building. RE arranged it, not delivered. re arranged it again, not delivered. called today (11 days after it was due) and found out it was sent back to the suppier.............. Was told they dont know why and they cant find out why or tell me who was responsible. You have one job, deliver packages and you cant even do that. STAY AWAY

Every time ups says they have delivered a package to my address. It’s not here. They have done this numerous amounts of times. They have the worst delivery service there is out there. Plus you can’t get in touch with a live person to help with the problem.

Lazy, Lying and unreliable delivery drivers, second time now in a row that delivery driver has stated that they attempted a delivery that they never attempted at all. I know this as my intercom at premises is about 2ft away from me, and I have been home all day. If I were looking for a reliable delivery company to ship goods, I wouldn't use UPS tbh.

Bunch of cousins working at the Kentucky facility, have held my parcel for no reason for just shy of 2 weeks. Multiple phone calls to foreign call centres and ignored emails make me feel like I’m going backwards instead of forward with this problem. Would choose carrier pigeon over these inbreeds anyday.

I go from dutch life in Indonesia,I was disabled in Belgium frontal care crash not me faulth i broke me both arm and legs and concussion me in Acoma this in Retie Belgium 12/5/84 with an ambulance to st Elisabeth there they fix my broken bones with pen me wive sit near I fly trough the front window that I first broke with my head no we used no safety belt it must like this read further normally I live in Antwerpen so me wife let bring me over with ambulance from one good hospital to one volks hospital it Stuyvenberg hospital that time dirty, must be renovated. they beginning renovated this hospital during the time I staying in this hospital waiting on the control arts for going where I must lay in this hospital I came there in July 84 ok the control begin 30minit later mention these arts to me wive I give your husband still 2 day's for life then your husband dies. I do not want to die he I writing me a stown true story nurs bring me to one hospital bed must normally make longer but the nursing gig this not i die between two day's the control mentioned this to me wive al the difficulty's make me bed longer forget it nursing did nothing so I must lying in futes hold. For 6 months I was in coma dec 84 spiritual healers helped me out coma= 1 die doc in it hereafter his contact nurse on earth after I out coma bring this hospital me to one geriatric klimiek normally for older humans there I learned back everything no one coma is the memory also away with help from the healers I get me memory back must also learn to walk with one fake leg my right leg holy crushed i lone this care of me boss a Datsun Urvan the motor under the driver ch air what is happend the driver for me where busy looking for one other music channel on his analog mobile radio very bad lighted radio scale with his nose almost on his mobil radio not looking to the traffic where he in drove make this driver care crash aftercare crash after care crash/ no one is perfect that time where it me turn for one care crash
