Dishonest and incompetent. Order Oct 2. Stated delivery Oct 5. Various “ tomorrow messages. 45mins to track. Find out now Oct 9. Didn’t bother to tell me that. Customer service not open. Trying to change delivery date and or location gets a loop. Judging from the review standards here, UPS also doesn’t give a s@*#%.

This company is a joke ! Companies should refrain from using them as a courier service ! I am still waiting on my packages and its been over two weeks !!!!

The worst carrier that I have ever experienced! I bought a used golf club for $350 from Japan, and UPS charged $88 for its brokerage while the import tax is only $64.

This the worst shipping company to redirect delivery to store location. I tried several times, and each time system is telling me to sign up. I was already logged in.

If I could write zero stars I would, ups tried to deliver my iPhone but he tried to deliver to my neighbors door it now says failed signature attempt. How could a ups driver make six figures and deliver to the wrong door, ups need to see who they are hire because how could someone be soo incompetent to deliver a package, not only that but I tried to contact ups customer service and they were no help ups as a company needs to do better.

This company is a joke. The website sucks. The customer service. The drivers suck and don’t know how to drive.

Drove straight past and said they couldn't deliver. Do you they need me to step in front of the van and flag them down?

I can’t give a zero or trust me I would. So here’s a true story. On Friday last I was told via email my parcel would arrive between 1.15pm and 4.15 pm . I arranged to leave work and be home for 1pm. I received another email that day in the morning saying there was a delay. No further details. I then received an email saying it would arrive between 12.30 and 2.30 (so much for a delay!) the message arrived at 12.16pm! I dashed home breaking all speed limits as the parcel needed to be signed for apparently so I could be there for 12.30 onwards. Nothing arrived all day and at some stage mid afternoon I received another message saying it would arrive before the end of the day (7pm). I wasn’t overjoyed but at least it was still coming. Now dear reader you will have guessed where this is going. You are correct… it didn’t arrive at all!!! They now want to deliver on Monday. We can’t take it, we both have to work! I will attempt to ask a neighbour, it’s a big box and they are all elderly and signing is another awkward thing for them. I can’t use a ‘safe place’ because they want me to waive responsibility for its state or safety on delivery.. really!!! would you trust them after this!!!! UPS may reply to this and say how sorry they are and make an excuse etc about weather etc (it was a fine day) but beware because they did exactly the same thing before with a delivery from the same company I purchased from , albeit it last time it arrived just before 7pm. I can see The parcel left the depot at newhaven at 09.30am (allegedly) we are only in Worthing. So my question is .. is this acceptable because I think it’s an absolute disgrace! Dear reader, make your own mind up please but be careful to consider EVER using this company. By choice I will never use them! I will also be detailing all of this and my other experience to the company I purchased from. UPS before you reply with a lame excuse or un-truths. Check your records please!! I will be waiting to prove all of the above! Also readers have you tried contacting them… almost impossible by any means!! There’s a reason for that!! Date of experience: 27 September 2024

Does UPS see these all bad reviews? They don’t want to anything? I gave them two parcels in one month and they lost both of them I’m struggling to get back my parcels and show them all prove which are showing drivers pick up and scanned but they make the case complicated To be honest no one have good experience with UPS and I hope everyone before choosing them see how people review them

They 'lost' everything we own... My wife and I made an international move from Ireland and decided to use UPS to ship everything we own. 12 boxes in total and they lost, not 1 or 2 or even 4. They lost all 12 boxes. What's worse, they're avoiding the claim payout. I cannot believe this is happening but it looks like we paid 1220 euros to have UPS 'lose' everything we own, period. For the love of all that is decent in the world, I beg you, avoid the company like this plague.

I paid for a package to be delivered and had note on my door to knock. All I got was a sticky. I called them 9/10/24&9/18/24 and both time they said they would deliver. Then a Lisa Coon called back and said I had to pick it up or they would return it. I had to get out my sick bed and go and pick it. I didn't not to sign for it so the lazy driver could have just left it. My phone number was right below my name. So they never meant to deliver it. They block my number so I couldn't track it. Called the complaint line they make a lot of noise so they could hear me. They are worse than USPS.

Signature required for delivery but they changed the dropoff hours only an hour before delivery. So instead of 5-6pm it got delivered at 2:30. Who the hell can be home all day?????

I work for a medical building. We ordered a part. Tracking listed it as getting here on Monday, September 16th. The package is not here. We are two stories. So, I reached out by phone. You can't talk to a human. If you can, they make it extremely difficult. I used the on-line SMS. Again, just automated directions. I had to actually start a UPS account to e-mail about the issue. We are a medical building surrounded by medical buildings. And we occasionally get things from neighboring medical buildings. I just want to know if the part maybe landed a building short or long of us. The part in question cost my company almost $800 and was a custom part that took months for the sender to build it. Also, the name of the person who signed for the package on our end doesn't belong to anyone who works in this building.

UPS delivered a package but did not indicate anywhere that a signature was required for delivery. Consequently I was not home and missed the delivery. When delivering packages, UPS really needs to communicate with the receiving party that a signature is required.

My package was not delivered when it could have been left. Then they say I can pick it up at a carrier site next day in the morning and now they say I have to wait until 7pm because some changed the delivery info but they don’t know who and I will be leaving out of town before then. Very unprofessional.

UPS Insurance is a Complete Sham June 17 2024 I shipped $7500 of electronic gear from Nashville to Colorado Springs. The coverage was too high, so I settled for $3500, which still cost about $90. I got a brand new Lowes box rated for 80 lbs. The package weight was 74 lbs. I packed the items tightly using peanuts, bubble wrap, and foam. When it was delivered, it was taped up everywhere because it had split wide open; the driver said it was one of the worst jobs of mishandling he’d ever seen. Most of the packing materials were missing. One of the items, worth over $3500, was destroyed so I made a claim for the $3500 coverage (claim number 000-04-553269 - UPS Capital Insurance Agency, Inc 0C47342). I sent as many pictures as the site would allow. It was denied with this disclaimer: “Unfortunately, after a thorough investigation, we are unable to approve the claim because the packaging did not meet UPS standards according to the UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions.” I appealed and was turned down again with “it does not conform to our guidelines”. So I read their guidelines, and this package checked off every single point. When I explained that they again denied it with “what you have purchased is coverage under the UPS Declared Value program. This is unlike an insurance as you do not have a binding insurance policy.” What???? No further explanation. Being a UPS customer for over 40 years evidently means nothing. Nor does honesty.
