Worst shipping country in the world. They lost my shipments and were not responding to my emails.

UPS is horrible. All they care about is making money. Two boxes were left on my front porch and they are not mine. I called customer service at 3:00PM and they told me a driver would be out within the hour to pick up the boxes. After two hours I called and they told me a driver would be out by 7:00PM. It is now 8:05PM and the boxes are still here. I had to have my neighbors move them away from my front door because I cannot lift them. If I had to choose one word to describe UPS customer service it would be incompetent.

UPS is the worst. In 25 years I don't think they've delievered one single thing on time and that is not an exaggeeration. Not only do they not deliever on time, but they won't deliever delayed packages earlier in the day, they literally wait until the last moment possible and I've even seen thier drivers claim there was no access to the delievery location when they clearly did not even show up to the delievery location

Ups customer service is the worst ever. Can not or try not to do anything for the customer. And I can't understand half of the people that work there. Go with Fed Ex and save tourself the hassle

Help future customers by talking about customer service, price, delivery, returns & refunds. This is hysterical: Ok I will. 1) customer service: literally they couldn't give a flying f***. Absolute ZERO help after 2 months complaining about money being taken from my card WITHOUT my authority. 2) price: who knows what this price was since you more than doubled it by taken more than the original quote off my card WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY. 3)Refunds: weheres my refund, this happened in december and you still haven't dealt with it. UPS is a massive failure. The fact that in almost 10 weeks of complaining and asking how and why you took this money, that you are still asking for proof of payment when i have provided this to 12 different people is INCREDIBLE. That y6ou have failed to deal with this is unbelievable. You don't actually deserve1 star, ZERO is more fitting..

Horrible. Bought 2 very high dollar subwoofers for my production company. Both showed up damaged. Had the company who shipped them file a claim. I took pictures of the boxes and the damage. The driver saw the damage. I only asked for repair not replacement. Ups strung us along for 3 months then said they couldn’t help us. WORST shipping company ever. Use fedex and have them box it. They will stand behind their product and their insurance. The only reason I gave ups a one star is because I couldn’t give them zero👎

If there was a zero star option, I would have used that. I sent a package from Toronto to Winnipeg via express delivery. It has taken almost a week to reach Winnipeg, the tracking system gives wrong information or in accurate untimely information. I called 4 times and spoke with 4 different reps who all gave me different information about when delivery would take place. I was literally on the phone with the third rep who told me the package would go out the following day and I got a tracking notice saying they tried to deliver the package and no one was home. The driver did not buzz the receiver who was waiting for the call. Now the package is on it way back to an access centre, where they have to pick it up. What a frustrating and costly experience. I would not recommend UPS to anyone who requires a timely delivery. I also paid $140 for this disaster! I hope the package is at the access point when the receiver goes to pick it up.

Excessive long hold times and worthless customer service. Essentially you'll be arguing with a "voice assistant" instead of agent. They didn't deliver the package and RTS instead of placing a call tag on the door. This resulted in a higher shipping rate. Next time use FedEx. At least they have a someone to answer calls.

Unreliable company that fails to deliver, doesn't deign to inform when the package would arrive or if you need to be there to pick it up personally, and makes it purposefully difficult to talk to customer service. They put in less than minimum of effort to keep their customers satisfied. The customer reserving representative I was ona chat with today clearly couldn't care less about saving a transport of refrigeration-stored medicine to a disabled patient. I prefer to post via FedEx or USPS, and I dream of DHL being allowed to service domestic transports within the USA. DHL is by far the best. Avoid UPS at all costs!

If I could leave 0 stars I would!! Useless is an understatement! The app is useless and only gives you the same approximate 'window' that the email does and there are no humans to contact when your fruitless search comes up empty! I wouldn't use them again - save yourself some grief and pay a bit extra for Royal Mail, at least their app works more efficiently.

I received a package and all my items were broken. I filed a claim online took photos and uploaded them but they did not get to the claims department. It said to wait that nothing was needed from me for now that they would be reviewing my claim and let me know what to do next. I then had a UPS driver come to my house twice to pick up this package but no one notified me of this and they did not leave any information. When I called UPS it took over 5 minutes to get through their automated system recording because it will NOT transfer you to anyone unless you select a specific need so I selected report a problem and it said to go online and file a claim and hung up on me. This has been by far my worst experience with UPS. I will no longer be using this company for shipping because this is not the first time they have broke the contents of my packages.

UPS, Franklin Park, IL - ITEMS NOT DELIVERED-UPS claimed delivery of packages from two different companies at the exact same time. Although home all day did not receive any delivery, never a doorbell ring. Driver should have been required to return where all packages were left and deliver to appropriate address. Apparently this was too logical. With driver errors such as this, when drivers return to the duty station, waiting up to 10 days for an internal investigation is a problem. Meanwhile I, along with other customers with a similar issue, are negatively impacted. (My items exceed the cost of $1,000.) I am left with expenditures and no items. Words cannot adequately describe UPS' substandard deficiencies in multiple areas, e.g. delivery (including driver communication), customer service access, complaints, investigations, website only to file complaint, etc. Before using UPS to deliver anything, I would personally take the item and deliver it myself, no matter the location. If a rating of minus 10 (-**********) was offered I would not have rated UPS one star. Best of luck with this carrier as whether you receive your item is indeed "the luck of the draw."

UPS his a huge let-down, and after reading all these other reviews it doesn't seem like my incident is isolated. I ordered a package online, didn't have the option to choose UPS but it was what the company used, and my package for one reason or another ends up 40 miles away from me at a UPS access point (even though there is an access point a mile down the road from me???). I call UPS, ask them to ship my packages to my home, because after all they are a shipping company, and they are kind enough to send one of them, but when I called to have the other one sent they said they could not. Because I work full-time and do not have a car, I told them that I would take the bus out to grab my package within a few days when I was free and for them to make sure to hold it for me and not return the package. They had one job and screwed it up- I get there and after making me wait for 15-20 minutes they said it was RETURNED! When I asked if they could just send it back because it was still in transit, they said no because it was already processed as a return. It's 2022 folks and one of the biggest shipping companies in the world can't figure out how to get a package 40 miles down the road. Then they want on to blame the company I ordered the package from and basically avoided any responsibility. The company I ordered the package from makes backpacks, they don't specialize in shipping- that's your job UPS! With all of the technology today and how convenient it is to get packages from places like Amazon, etc... I am really surprised that I had to make multiple phone calls, make a bus visit, and I still couldn't get my package!

Worst delivery experience - apparently a call is too much to ask It's been three days that I'm waiting for my parcel delivery at home and that I have instructed DHL to arrange for the delivery man to call me when at the gate for me to open it (only way to enter in the neighbourhood). Yet it's been three times that the delivery man comes to the gate, doesn't call and go back stating that he didn't have access. I keep calling customer services agents who apologise and transfer instructions to Dublin depot without any effect. But nothing changes. He keeps coming and going. I've never seen such a level of unprofessionalism and incompetency. Last time I purchase something delivered by UPS or use UPS in anyway whatsoever.

UPS tracking said deliver on 28th. Cancelled a appointment to be home. It is now the 29th and still out for delivery and tracking says to be delivered on the 28th. Called UPS and automated voice hangs up on you if you ask for Agent. Never again UPS. Can't imagine trying to file a claim with this outfit. And here I thought USPS was bad

UPS damaged a £300 coffee machine in transit; the box was clearly ripped and the machine broken. Despite paying extra for insurance, they have denied my claim as they say the machine wasn’t suitably packaged. IT WAS SHIPPED IN THE MANUFACTURERS ORIGINAL PACKAGING - WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT?! Furious. Having been an eBayer since 2004 and always used Hermes I’m kicking myself for using this shower of what I thought was a reputable courier. WRONG. Don’t use them. They stink.

UPS promises a date for delivery, and they never deliver on that specific date. One cannot rely and plan on receiving an item shipped by UPS. It has happened too many times. Rating: 1————-5 0
