Wish I could give 0 reviews. Two weeks and I have no idea where my package is. The customer service was not very helpful either. Never going to use them again. Fedex is by far the best for international delivery.

Be carefull this is a total scam. When importing to Switzerland they add 21€ import fee (for absolutely no reason) even if your item is worth 10€ and you already paid 26€ for a very small parcel shipment. Worst experience ever this is to avoid at all cost !

Ummmmmm, first time I have ever used UPS, was expecting a delivery today as advised by UPS, 1hr after the delivery window closed they changed the expected time to tomorrow. Naughty, as this package is critical and tomorrow is too late - I will be out of the Country. So I tried them, they failed, wont bother again!

UPS customer service is SHOCKINGLY bad. No-one seems to have a clue. It was impossible to change the delivery details of a shipment (something that DHL does as a matter of course) and it's proven horribly time-consuming to set up UPSMyChoice. The activation code does not work, endless phone calls with people who refer you to other people or whose "screen is temporarily frozen" and let you wait on the phone for 10 minutes. I would NEVER use UPS to send anything anyway. But even receiving a shipment with/through them is an ordeal. Would give fewer than 1 star if possible.

Very dissatisfied with the time it takes to deliver a parcel, if I had know seller used them I would have took a chance on another site, there not far from the bottom of the list for good service I’m sticking with Royal Mail or herms(Evri) as they have never took this long.

Ups services unbelievable BAD . My parcel paper work was missing. Few calls and emails all sorted and they informed me it is clear to move. Spain then France and then UK. And gave me delivery date. Sadanlly package start reverse. I contacted customer service and they said UK sorted incorrectly. They go back to sender and you have to start from beginning. Their bed site is soon bad that you can not get any help or contact it is been more than 2 weeks and my package still in their warhorse.

Next day air doesn’t work on the weekend! Doesn’t matter if it’s “EXTREMELY URGENT!!!” Nor does it matter how much business you earn from the company! Had a packaged sent on a Friday and claim it can’t be delivered until Monday because they “aren’t working”. When I pushed back and said NOT WORKING!? Rep said the label didn’t allow for a weekend delivery. What a joke! USPS is so much better!

Just one more bad review to add. As ALWAYS LATE when you call in to check on package they are full of excuses and it's it will be there next day and then next day turns into 2,3 days later. Never fails. They don't care cause if they did they would not have so many bad reviews.

If only I could leave a zero. I have paid multiple times for paperwork to be overnight to me. Multiple times it does not arrive the next day. Two times the package never arrived, opened up a claim and no one contacted me nor did I get the package. You can't get someone on the phone, absolutely horrible service and charge $70 to overnight paperwork you never receive. Do Not Use Them!!! Go to FedEx or the actual post office.

Horrible service They let someone change the a address of my document without authorization and they can’t figure it out how or don’t care Other occasion the pre paid stickers was not put on the envelope

I recently had a package it was supposed to be delivered and I could not get my package because the driver said I had to be present in order to release the package the package has no stipulation on it from the sender I contacted different departments and I got no results the dispatch office did not even tried to help me and told me it would be delivered the next day and I still didn't get my package this is the worst service ever from UPS and I would not recommend them to anyone!

This company is a joke from lazy drivers to poor customer service deliver keeps being sent out they show up at my house but don’t leave my package then tell me I need a different address for delivery makes no sense. Just cost me time and energy dealing with ignorance.

I was notified my parcel was on my doorstep which it was not. I was in all day, so they definitely did not deliver it. Unable to talk to anyone in Ups to complain, just automated service which was useless, unable to email as they don't take reports of missing parcels. So no parcel and unable to contact company, what a waste of time this company is.

Order shower tower. The box arrived smashed and someone tried to tape it up. Upon opening the box the glass was shatter into hundreds of pieces. Not sure what happened but this is pretty sad. Now have to return it and wait some more. I just have to laugh. People just don’t care.

Lost a overnight air package that was never put on a airplane and no help online. Gives you a link to file a claim and the page doesn’t let you even go to it
