Their driver left the package in the street rather than taking that package to the actual address. The contents were stolen, so I submitted a claim with UPS - they charge for insurance for situations like this. They've closed my claim stating the customer has accepted they received the package, which is a blatant lie - they haven't even contacted the receiver. I've contacted Laura Lane and many other executives regarding this several times, and been ignored on every occasion.

UPS REPETITIVE REPEAT THEIRSELVES. Foreign customers service people who you can’t understand what they are saying. They don’t care it’s numbers and money money. Cant tell truth only lies. RIP you off with charges specially custom and brokerage charges that are not true. False and fraud. Everyone should avoid UPS AND LETS TEACH THEM A HARD LESSON - OUT OUT OUT GONE GONE GONE.

App is trash website is trash and so is there service. I paid for expedited express shipping it was supposed to take one day and it’s been 4 days now I still don’t have my package!!

didnt deliver package as my name wasnt on the building. RE arranged it, not delivered. re arranged it again, not delivered. called today (11 days after it was due) and found out it was sent back to the suppier.............. Was told they dont know why and they cant find out why or tell me who was responsible. You have one job, deliver packages and you cant even do that. STAY AWAY

Every time ups says they have delivered a package to my address. It’s not here. They have done this numerous amounts of times. They have the worst delivery service there is out there. Plus you can’t get in touch with a live person to help with the problem.

Lazy, Lying and unreliable delivery drivers, second time now in a row that delivery driver has stated that they attempted a delivery that they never attempted at all. I know this as my intercom at premises is about 2ft away from me, and I have been home all day. If I were looking for a reliable delivery company to ship goods, I wouldn't use UPS tbh.

Bunch of cousins working at the Kentucky facility, have held my parcel for no reason for just shy of 2 weeks. Multiple phone calls to foreign call centres and ignored emails make me feel like I’m going backwards instead of forward with this problem. Would choose carrier pigeon over these inbreeds anyday.

I go from dutch life in Indonesia,I was disabled in Belgium frontal care crash not me faulth i broke me both arm and legs and concussion me in Acoma this in Retie Belgium 12/5/84 with an ambulance to st Elisabeth there they fix my broken bones with pen me wive sit near I fly trough the front window that I first broke with my head no we used no safety belt it must like this read further normally I live in Antwerpen so me wife let bring me over with ambulance from one good hospital to one volks hospital it Stuyvenberg hospital that time dirty, must be renovated. they beginning renovated this hospital during the time I staying in this hospital waiting on the control arts for going where I must lay in this hospital I came there in July 84 ok the control begin 30minit later mention these arts to me wive I give your husband still 2 day's for life then your husband dies. I do not want to die he I writing me a stown true story nurs bring me to one hospital bed must normally make longer but the nursing gig this not i die between two day's the control mentioned this to me wive al the difficulty's make me bed longer forget it nursing did nothing so I must lying in futes hold. For 6 months I was in coma dec 84 spiritual healers helped me out coma= 1 die doc in it hereafter his contact nurse on earth after I out coma bring this hospital me to one geriatric klimiek normally for older humans there I learned back everything no one coma is the memory also away with help from the healers I get me memory back must also learn to walk with one fake leg my right leg holy crushed i lone this care of me boss a Datsun Urvan the motor under the driver ch air what is happend the driver for me where busy looking for one other music channel on his analog mobile radio very bad lighted radio scale with his nose almost on his mobil radio not looking to the traffic where he in drove make this driver care crash aftercare crash after care crash/ no one is perfect that time where it me turn for one care crash

This company sucks, evrytime I order I try to avoid this shipping company. Unfortunately Verizon has a contract with them. UPS don't work on weekends so if you're not home on a Friday you won't get your package until Monday. Then they deliver to an access point not your house after the first attempt. Which is even more inconvenient. The auto update you sign up for does not work well either. Customer service sucks as well. They do not help you at all and instead they have you register on their app to make changes. If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs!

APPALLING SERVICE! Have been trying to get my package all day after being told I wouldn’t be getting it today and my only option was to drive 60 miles to the depot to collect it! Halfway there my ring door bell showed the driver at door with my package I spoke to him asked him to leave it round side and he just drove off with it! That was 6 hours ago and a dozen calls later with them saying they will call me back and they don’t and saying they are contacting the driver to get it redelivered today my latest call has said that they won’t be delivering the parcel and if I want it today I will have to drive to depot to collect it! They can’t however confirm that it is even at the depot! I have asked to speak to a manager and quell surprise they are in a meeting! The call centre apparently does not have the depots number either!! What a total shambles of a company!! I will never buy from a company using this courier again !

They lie about when you are going to receive your package. They sent me an email saying that my package was arriving today, since it was an expensive item I canceled my plans for or the day to receive it. It never showed and it has been two days now and it is still not here. The tracking just says delivery date will be up dated when available. They are useless, call customer service and try to find someone who can speak English let alone figure out where your item is. Use fedex !

Y’all service is the worst of worst first off my package was supposed to be delivered today they didn’t tell me a time we were at home and they didn’t leave my package instead they leave a sticky note on my front door blank so I call the customer service only to get lied to telling my husband if he pay a fee I can pick it up at a location between 5:30 to 7:00 and they will call me first which they never did so my husband call them back only for them to tell him that they will refund him his money back and call him concerning our order another lie I’m really disappointed in UPS Thanks UPS For Ruining My Birthday because I really need my package before tomorrow because I have an appointment tomorrow y’all the worst service every Im Never Using Ups Again My Rating for UPS Is 0 very not satisfied So Not Cool

Ups driver is stealing packages in the Canarsie Brooklyn NY area . I saw the truck pull up. My package scanned as delivered to mailbox. I ran downstairs and there is no package anywhere. Few months ago a 4ft by 6 ft box was marked delivered and I was home and it was not delivered. This is inside of a secure building. I have lost over $220 with the 2 items. Ups does not care. This is outrageous

Tracking my delivery, waiting in then discover ups driver says couldn’t gain access. What an absolute lie as the time given we’d just had a Argos delivery then looked back on the security cameras no ups van. What a surprise! Get told ups driver has dropped it if at local drop off point. Go there what another surprise, parcel not there. What a bunch of liars who like to waste my time. Still not got my £81:00 parcel. How do people or companies like Costco use this third-class service to deliver customer products? This company should be banned from serving. Their delivery people are the worse service provider in the world. They just delayed my laptop delivery days after days even though it came to the local facility early. I have not received my laptop yet and I am going to claim a refund from Costco. Costco should not use UPS at all. Otherwise, they will lose revenue in the future the way they are going to lose laptop sales now from me.
