DO NOT USE parcel delivered to wrong address sent back to depot after 5 days of numerous phone calls and emails and being told would be delivered today surprise it’s still sitting in Barking depot and the call centre manage can’t get through to Barking as they don’t want to answer the phone to their own colleagues so still no birthday present for tomorrow and no one knows when it will be delivered !!!!! Shocking customer service

Twice ups delivered parcels and put in front of our garage. Then updated they delivered to front door. The first time we complained. It took to long to talk to anyone. Today I posted on Facebook. Not impressed with ups and I doubt if you give a care either

If I could give a review of 0 stars I honestly would. UPS has messed up delivery of my package twice. I use the same address everywhere on Amazon, Walmart and other sites. They are able to deliver the package but for UPS the address is hard to find. What's worse they raise a return request back to sender within nano seconds. Once the return request is raised you can do whatever you want but you can't pick up the package from the nearest UPS store, You will have to wait for it till it goes back to the sender and they will have to reship it again. What a waste of manpower, time, money everything.

they need to shut ups down ,,the customer service that i have ever came across ,they have a machine that they expect you to talk to as if its a human and all it dose is talk in circles , no mangers are ever on site or they are to much of a coward to answers questions, my package was never delivered ,they sent me an email saying it will be delivered on a certain date ,but it was never delivered , call back got the same machine , until i finally reach a person,which then said oh you have to pay a fee if you want ups to deliver your package , or you can pick it u at the ups in your area ,..... i will never deal with them again bye bye ups, you are done

Always late. The estimated delivery date is never achieved. I had three parcels in a month. The three were delayed one week, at least. I woul avoid this company.

UPS picked up our package containing our passports (sensitive info related to ID), did not deliver it next day air, and either lost them or is involved in a cover up to them being stolen. No supervisor will speak to us despite waiting on hold for them 15, 30, 45 minutes and longer before being disconnected or hanging up. They closed their search for it only after 2 days though every agent told us they will continue for eight days. We forced them to reopen it and they still are nonresponsive.

UPS has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Terrible company to deal with as a whole. I'll never ship with them again.

Hello, I wanted to point out to you that UPS website France and its services are purely and simply a scam. They offer a delivery service for the next day before 12 noon, which is transformed the day after the purchase, into a delivery of 48 to 72 hours later. Not only, I wish UPS to reimburse us for this service, which isn’t one at all, but I also intend to report on their deceptive methods and proposals. Their customer service by phone is even briefed to answer that everything is in order the same day. Then, the next day, the same customer service informs you that you should expect your parcel to arrive in 2 to 3 days. This is unacceptable. Furthermore, to raise a claim for this you need to sign up on their website, and then put down some payment method... and so, on... I have not been able to continue to actually go through that claim. For everyone who needs to rely on a delivery service, DO NOT CHOOSE UPS!!

This is the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Customer service is non-existent. The driver lied about attempting to deliver a parcel (ring doorbell and CCTV confirm non-attendance) , and the company took over 7 hours to get back to me, by which time it was impossible to deliver. I had to collect it at my own cost in the end.

UPS are totally hopeless in all areas of communication and support, you really do not want to be using these people if there is any sort of simple problem with your package. As a club we have bought some equipment from France and for four days we have not been able to get them to process it through customs or send us the details to pay the duty. Communication is poor and cannot be understood because it appears to be all at a call centre in India and the connection is hopeless. They keep thinking we are a business although they have been told many times we are not so want us to use a DAN account we do not have one or need one all we need is the CDSI ref number and we can pay the tax direct to the government website and hopefully they can get our stuff into an van and deliver it. We have spent hours trying to get some sense out of them every day for four days and we are no nearer than we were at the start. Bottom line they should not be in business and soon will not be as people will never use them a second time.

Terrible unreliable company! Blame there own incompetence on address being wrong, when in-fact it was correct and they just didn’t bother to look a little further down the road… No attempt to re deliver when asked and parcel is still left at the depot 3 days on, with no idea when delivery will take place. I will never use a company that uses them for delivery again. Avoid at all costs as this isn’t the first time either I’ve had issues with UPS

I have experienced the worst courier service with UPS. I paid $50 for their express service on top of $30 custom fee. They mentioned product will be delivered in one business day. However it has been 4 days now, product hasnt been delivered. Every day they provide me with a new ETA, mentioning it will be delivered next day. I called their customer service. Their lack of professionalism and incompetency surprised me. They had no clue what is going on. I saw on ups tracking app my product is one of the nearest Warrhouse from my home. I asked them if i can go pick it up if they cant deliver. They replied it need to be approved and i have to wait then few more days. I then ask for supervisor. They transferred me to another agent. Then she started telling me that she doesn’t know how long it will take for me to receive my product. I again ask for supervisor. She told me that their supervisor is busy and will call me back when she is available within an hour. I have not received a call back. I haven’t had this experience with any courier service. I paid the highest amount for this service and cant get a straight answer. It seems like all agents are just dodging my question. I would not use their service again if they dont resolve this issue. Amount of disrespect i have endured from using their service is unacceptable. All they tell you for their mistake is “sorry” and “not sure.”. I would not use their service again and not recommend them to anyone in future

Sent contracts to a customer overnight with a return overnight package for it to be returned UPS completely destroyed the package and the contacts and got everything all wet then then removed from the package and placed in a new package and returned to me like nothing was wrong. Totally unacceptable. UPS Sucks. They just lost all our business.

Not worth your time. Sadly, I ordered an item from a company who uses UPS as their delivery partner. UPS change delivery dates when they see fit, blatantly lie about delivery attempts, to then have customers go collect their own parcels using their own means. Customer services is a press button service and when you get to speak to someone it's very much computer says no approach. Unreliable, appalling, distrustful and lacking in every way. Disappointed barely covers it. Additionally their lack of services is definitely causing huge impact on customers with mobility issues. Once in the hands of UPS, you're on your own.

BUYER BEWARE......Recently purchased 12rd magazine before the July 1st mag sale ban in WA state and UPS delivered a empty package! Checked my security cameras and the only other people at my house was me so UPS either lost or stole my item! Contacted both UPS and PSA and was basically told to pound sand! Will never buy from or recommend a company like this again and now I'm stuck shopping for 10 Rd mags awesome. Thanks UPS and PSA!!!!

UPS are consistently the worst courier to use for international deliveries. Yet again, they have delayed another important delivery for me, asking for paperwork that has already been supplied to them. I am banning my suppliers from ever using them again.

Mailed a UPS package at my local post office. The package was picked up 3 days later they never scanned it and it was never delivered looks like driver has stolen another package. I had to refund the person money that purchased the item. The worst thing it was only 5 mi away from Burbank to a place near Hollywood Melrose avenue!!!

We are setup on automatic payments, they charged a late fee. I contacted them via Live Chat and was told we didn't have Automatic Payments setup. I took a screen capture of the settings before the chat clearly showing automatic payments was setup. It's been setup this way since we started using the account. We have many previous invoices that were automatically paid until the most recent invoice. The rep then told me to call support and provided a phone number, she didn't know why it quit working. We also have to get the current invoice paid before they will reverse the late fee. This will require another 20 minutes on live chat hold, plus who knows how long for the support hold. Also, I was typing a response, then the chat disappeared and I was redirected to another page even before I could take down the phone number for support. Now I can't even find the correct support number. What a bunch of scammers. No wonder their net profit margin is around 30%. They have now problem breaking things, then charging customers fees and then making it too time consuming to reverse the fees. By the way, we are an e-commerce company who has been shipping with UPS for 20+ years. They have changed in the last 5 years, not for the better.
