Too many times UPS doesn't deliver to my door.They open the apartment building entrance door and leaves the package inside the door. How am I going to know where my package is,if it isn't delivered to me on the floor I live on? The driver is too lazy ! I have filed many complaints every time this happens and today it happened again.I hope something will be done about this horrible delivery.

Gabriel at Store #0881 in Orlando Florida helped me return two items to Amazon and it was a great experience. Gabriel was quick, efficient and extremely polite getting things squared Away for me. Great experience.

The worst experience I have ever had, which has left me crying as I have been waiting for a very special 40th birthday present from my fiance. From now on I will check before making online orders about which courier service they use. If it is with UPS I will not order or request they use a different courier. We received emails saying they attempted delivery (very unclear emails as well) at times when we were in...in fact one attempted delivery was made the exact same time we were getting a pizza delivery. So complete dishonesty. We are on a new build site but our street and number is clearly marked on our door and every other courier and company has found us!!! No phone calls made or notes through the door and no way to change delivery address. We just kept getting unclear emails about apparent delivery attempts. My fiance tried to talk to someone on the phone, he ended up shouting at them, which I told him went too far, but he was so angry he lost his temper as the man on the phone was no help, kept saying it will come tomorrow but no solution, apology or explanation was offered as to why an apparent delivery was made when we were sitting at the kitchen table with direct sight of the front door. He was hurt as he was excited about the present he had got for me. I did see a delivery men once, I was upstairs, by the time I got dressed to come downstairs (2 minutes) he had driven off. We have had emails about 2 other attempts which we were in for. (according to the lady at the depot multiple attempts have been made but no notification of these multiple attempts has been made. All we could see from tracking was it going I'm between depots with no option to contact anybody or find out why!!!) We have asked the online company to resend the parcel with another company now.

I've sent a package via UPS on Thurs, 02Jun2022, tracking # 1ZE1Y7130372099985, to my son in Massachusetts, which was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 03Jun2022. at some point, when I checked tracking at UPS, it stated my son was not on business directory of building, and could not be delivered. Note, my son has lived at that address for the past year, I've sent multiple UPS shipments to him (at least 1x/month = 12x), but somehow, now you can't deliver it? and your customer service SUCKs big-time, cause they are not in the USA, they can't connect me to the USA peeps (even though they claim to have resolved it). Today is Monday, 06June, and even though I've spoked to someone in FOREIGN country today who said she would leave the message to the US UPS people to DELIVER The PACKAGE TODAY, I am still getting messages telling me they are putting this package ON HOLD (from Watertown Massachusetts UPS site, though they have no direct # in the USA -- cause i called again, and guess what, got the foreigners!! Oh, should be noted that someone from UPS actually called my son earlier today, he confirmed the address is correct, but then I get another call from Watertown MA, telling me package is ON HOLD). And stop with the apologies, you guys are virtually useless. I thought you were pretty good for the past year, NOW I THINK YOU ARE TOTAL IDIOTS. You don't even deserve ONE STAR, you deserve none.

Ordered a product sent UPS and they lost it not once but when re ordered they lost it again! Lost money because of this common issue with them. IOS used to be the leader now ppl fear using them.

UPS is by far the worst delivery… UPS is by far the worst delivery system. Paid for over night shipping and for no reason at all it was delayed in UT. Now its says the estimated delivery won't be until 7 days later , and that's just the estimated delivery. Don't pay the extra money to have some thing over nighted when you can get it in the same amount of time for free. I will never use UPS again when there is by far better options.

If I could leave negative stars, I would... Tracking said "out for delivery" first thing this morning... Several phone calls to CS give me the run-around... Somebody's lying and I don't appreciate it... It's now 7:30 in the evening and still no package...

On time delivery is a thing of the past with these monkeys poor customer service really poor tracking they need to go to work for a hamburger joint flipping hamburgers although I wouldn't go there either. can't deliver a package in any fashionable manner Losers

Ups said my parcel-was delivered to Amazon returns Tamworth when I live in 30 miles away ,now they are saying it has been lost? Which is different to delivered The company is in my opinion totally incompetent iand will never again buy from anyone who uses their company ,lost is beyond belief ,how do you loose a parcel on a van. stolen isn’t ,I hope they go bust as they deserve to

Their package tracking system used to be good. You could tell when your package was shipped and from where, where it was at in their delivery chain and where and when it was delivered. Now they tell you nothing. When it was shipped and when it was delivered without any location info, and good luck trying to contact someone for information.

Firstly, the person handling my delivery was extremely rude and rough with my package - with electrical components inside. Then, when I go to discuss these problems with someone by phone, I can't even reach someone. I got a callback, to have no one there. They then go on to immediately give me a survey on the representative that wasn't even there! I attempted to call back, and then don't even have the option to get a call back anymore. This is the most bs company I've ever dealt with. All this doesn't even care ver the number of times they delivered elsewhere.

Ups can suck it. Made plans for the family to do something tomorrow on Thursday. Nope not going to happen. I get a last minute email saying a package which requires a signature arrives tomorrow between 130pm - 530pm. Great has to late afternoon to late evening. No biggie just have them drop off at UPS store not far from my house. Yeah right. $10 dollar charge for reroutes. Screw that.. Thanks a lot Ups for ruining my family's and I day.. I do not recommend ups to know one..

I went to the UPS on Grayson GA on May 25th to get a form Notarized and the manger was very rude. Didn’t want me to explain what he has to do on the form and just grab up all my forms shoved it at me and tell me to get out that he is not doing it. From the time I reached in he had an attitude, not smiling or welcoming customers. I told him he is a racist cause everyone else in the store was white. Where I come from we don’t tolerate anyone talking down to us so I let him have it. He is a nasty manager and needs to be replaced. He has a serious problem and doesn’t need to be in Customer Service.😡😡😡😡

Monday morning 5/16/22, I stopped by UPS in Bellevue to check how many days it will take to deliver A4 envelope with a notarized doc to Israel. The answer was 3 business days. Later the same day, Monday 05/16/22, on my way back from Olympia I stopped by UPS store in Kent to mail a package in Israel. I chose the fastest & the most expensive way, the guy/manager/who knows said it will be delivered in 3-5 business days and... After 2 days I started to check the status of the shipping on UPS website (using their tracking number), spent a couple of hours, called to UPS and found out that the store operates as USPS store (UPS customer service explained to me that it was USPS store and I paid double price for the shipping, $130 instead of $66). OK, this time I checked USPS website (using the tracking number) and found that the package was still in Seattle (May, 19th), after 3 days! it was still there. I called to USPS customer service, they couldn't helped me and recommended to wait when 5 days will expire. After 2 more days I got a text message that the package arrived to Carson California on May 22nd early morning and later the same day it arrived in LA California. And today, when I'm writing my review, 05/24/22, 9.20pm, it's still in LA. No words... Yesterday I had to notarize this document again, went to Olympia to get an apostille again and mailed it with DHL. Let's see who win this race...

I paid for overnight shipping two days ago from Florida to Nevada; yesterday, the package went 30 minutes from here (not across the country); it is sitting 'somewhere' in the town of Davenport, FL; one hour on the phone being passed from one department to the next, and NO ONE at UPS can even find the package! They do not know where it is or where it is going or if it is going! And all this for about $50! Crazy! Such horrible service and customer service!

UPS always leaves my packages where they get stolen .. I decided I would go out of my way and go pick up package at their warehouse .. 20 miles away ..I did it a few times .. now they want to charge me 8 dollars as a fee for letting me pick up packages.. which they leave to get stolen !!

It seems no matter where I order from from in the states out the states if UPS is involved it’s ridiculous time even take longer than USPS FedEx DHL anything honestly it’s ridiculous how long this place takes a snail can bring it faster i’m surprised anybody even uses UPs anymore I honestly don’t even order from places if it states that they use UPS
