I will NEVER use parcel2go or UPS again to send a parcel. It was supposed to be delivered on 21/5/20 to my granddaughter in SA. No-one to speak to at UPS. Left holding 40 minutes for an operator to answer. UPS were used by parcel2go. Why when they have a really bad reputation. I would really appreciate someone contacting me. I will never use them again and I will make sure that everyone U talk to will be made aware how bad they are.

I'm curious to know exactly what has happened to my parcel. It said it was shipped from Shanghai to the uk where I paid import tax. Then it's been sent to Korea, then back to the UK again. Eventually yesterday my parcel was scheduled to be delivered before 9pm.. Received an email saying its will be delivered the following day, "today" still nothing. But I did get another nice message, saying it will be delivered "AGAIN" the following day? Having paid over the odds due to covid-19 I would kind of expect your online tracking service to be alot more accurate than what it is.. Shocking company with very lack luster customer service. If you do eventually manage to get through to someone, they will put you on hold then just hang up.

Delivery late, phone not answered, tracking doesn't really give much update, in this day and age you have got to be as ignorant as it comes to have such poor service.

Appalling Delivery Service, Appalling Customer Service, Zero Responsibility Shown and Couldn't Care Less Attitude. All deliveries are well over a week and packages are more than likely damaged.

It's been more than 5 days since I am waiting for my parcel shipped from Norway to Germany. I tried to contact them but they don't know where is my parcel and don't have any information about the delivery of it. It is very frustrating.

Unfortunately ordered car parts off ebay not realising they will use ups. Delivery was expected Thursday but ups changed it to friday. They then decided to change it again to monday. Upon calling customer services i get told its because it was late to depot. I asked how is it my fault. (item was from dewsbury then went to preston to nottingham i live nr boston lincs) i told her this was unacceptable im a key worker in hospital i need my car parts to return to work. As ive no 2nd car. Her answer was il call the depot and call you back with weather or not they can come saterday. Its now sunday with no answer or reply. This company is an absolute disgrace to the courier buisness. Use other companys at all costs. Dpd, yodel, fedex never had issues with them

Package shipped 22md May listed as out for delivery on 26th May cancelled due to weather or other emergency, samr on 27th, 28th, 29th. Hopeless website for customer service. robot phone system hung up on me. Finally spoke to a human who gave the address of the local depot but no pne number> It is cleasr that UPS can't cope and are trading with false promises of delivery times. Sadly they used to be good but now are awful. DON'T USE THEM.

UPS Kentish Town Depot are BEYOND USELESS. Parcels Collected Germany MON 25/05/2020 16:51. Arrives UPS Kentish Town Depit TUE 26/05/2020 23:16 Looking good..? Final Delivery delivery destination JUST 1.6 miles (an 8 minute drive) from depot. **3 DAYS** LATER (FRIDAY) and 3 UNEXPLAINED "DELAYS" LATER STILL NOT DELIVERED!!! Drive to depot to try to COLLECT ITEMS - NOT ALLOWED to collect as items cannot apparently be retrieved from warehouse?!!?? Unbelievable!! Told to wait all weekend until Monday for urgently required items with no guarantee they can even deliver then on past performance!! No offer to expedite a Saturday delivery, nothing. Refuse to give out Depot Manager's contact details as they apparently told not to!!?? This depot do not give a **** about their customers and do not deserve anyone's business.

Wish I could leave ZERO stars rating. They sent me a confirmation of delivery time slot, then ignored that slot, didn't offer an explanation or apology. They then arranged another delivery without asking when I was working. Left a card with vague instructions on to collect parcel, no address just a business name. Drove 2 miles there, two miles back at time stated but no parcel there. Later that evening sent an email saying it was ready for collection. Cancelled the order and got a refund. I'll buy from somewhere else. Abysmal courier service.

I paid for next day delivery "UPS Express" next day no later than 10.30. I cancelled jobs to stay home waiting for the parcel which not turned up. Next day was marked out for delivery, expected before midday. Jobs cancelled again, waiting and waiting and waiting but no parcel delivered. The worst delivery company ever! 1 star only because I can not leave a ZERO star feedback.

USD25'000.- losses with UPS I have a company in Switzerland and UPS made me lose around USD25'000.- in a month because of the delay in delivering my importations. THEY LIED to me and to my supplier saying all the time that important documents were missing, what's fake! I visited the UPS local and I saw the information with my own eyes, the importation has been accepted by the customs in 3 days after I have done the labels, but they got stopped for a month in their locals. I wasted many hours trying to have my delivery, explaining and re-sending the same documents every time. Now, one month later the invoices arrived before the importation, and all those products ARE USELESS because it was a big order for important clients. All of them cancelled their order due to the delay and bought from someone else. I lost around USD25'000.- and I'll not rest until I tell everybody that this company is a shame! To be honest, please, avoid having a business contract with them. The costs are very high, the service is horrible, the phone number never respond and you have to insist many times to TRY to have any information or a solution.

If I could give 0 stars I would . 1. Delivery so is so far 8 days late, with three 3 false delivery dates. 2. Tracking is completely useless. 3. Website and App are completely useless. 4. Customer service are completely useless and takes forever to talk to someone (1/2 a hour on hold 2x and have to navigate your way through their automated system first). Lenovo, your laptops are great, but your choice of courier is not and its reflecting poorly on you as a brand. I will not be shopping with you again if the parcel is being delivered by UPS.

Trash!!! They can’t deliver a package to an address that they have delivered to before! Said it’s the wrong address!! Every single time I have an order coming from them there is an issue. Not once or twice, but every single damn time. I’m not ordering from anyone else who delivers through UPS. It is ridiculous.

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered a watch strap from fossil, which ups claimed to deliver on the 15th may, it was not delivered on that day. It is now 27th may and the parcel still hasn't turned up!

He is a company that really really dont care. Told delivery slot of 0900 to 1000 its now 1623 and nothing just 2 updates saying your driver will be with you soon. Tracking function pointless as it still tells me 0900 to 1000. Called their customer services and got a random web domain name company. Their whole system is broken. I shall recommend my suppliers cease using them.

Parcel picked up on Wednesday afternoon in the U.K. and arrived in California USA on Friday mid day. Good price and excellent service.
