This company sucks, evrytime I order I try to avoid this shipping company. Unfortunately Verizon has a contract with them. UPS don't work on weekends so if you're not home on a Friday you won't get your package until Monday. Then they deliver to an access point not your house after the first attempt. Which is even more inconvenient. The auto update you sign up for does not work well either. Customer service sucks as well. They do not help you at all and instead they have you register on their app to make changes. If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs!

APPALLING SERVICE! Have been trying to get my package all day after being told I wouldn’t be getting it today and my only option was to drive 60 miles to the depot to collect it! Halfway there my ring door bell showed the driver at door with my package I spoke to him asked him to leave it round side and he just drove off with it! That was 6 hours ago and a dozen calls later with them saying they will call me back and they don’t and saying they are contacting the driver to get it redelivered today my latest call has said that they won’t be delivering the parcel and if I want it today I will have to drive to depot to collect it! They can’t however confirm that it is even at the depot! I have asked to speak to a manager and quell surprise they are in a meeting! The call centre apparently does not have the depots number either!! What a total shambles of a company!! I will never buy from a company using this courier again !

They lie about when you are going to receive your package. They sent me an email saying that my package was arriving today, since it was an expensive item I canceled my plans for or the day to receive it. It never showed and it has been two days now and it is still not here. The tracking just says delivery date will be up dated when available. They are useless, call customer service and try to find someone who can speak English let alone figure out where your item is. Use fedex !

Y’all service is the worst of worst first off my package was supposed to be delivered today they didn’t tell me a time we were at home and they didn’t leave my package instead they leave a sticky note on my front door blank so I call the customer service only to get lied to telling my husband if he pay a fee I can pick it up at a location between 5:30 to 7:00 and they will call me first which they never did so my husband call them back only for them to tell him that they will refund him his money back and call him concerning our order another lie I’m really disappointed in UPS Thanks UPS For Ruining My Birthday because I really need my package before tomorrow because I have an appointment tomorrow y’all the worst service every Im Never Using Ups Again My Rating for UPS Is 0 very not satisfied So Not Cool

Ups driver is stealing packages in the Canarsie Brooklyn NY area . I saw the truck pull up. My package scanned as delivered to mailbox. I ran downstairs and there is no package anywhere. Few months ago a 4ft by 6 ft box was marked delivered and I was home and it was not delivered. This is inside of a secure building. I have lost over $220 with the 2 items. Ups does not care. This is outrageous

Tracking my delivery, waiting in then discover ups driver says couldn’t gain access. What an absolute lie as the time given we’d just had a Argos delivery then looked back on the security cameras no ups van. What a surprise! Get told ups driver has dropped it if at local drop off point. Go there what another surprise, parcel not there. What a bunch of liars who like to waste my time. Still not got my £81:00 parcel. How do people or companies like Costco use this third-class service to deliver customer products? This company should be banned from serving. Their delivery people are the worse service provider in the world. They just delayed my laptop delivery days after days even though it came to the local facility early. I have not received my laptop yet and I am going to claim a refund from Costco. Costco should not use UPS at all. Otherwise, they will lose revenue in the future the way they are going to lose laptop sales now from me.

Item was to be delivered 8/5/22. Check tracking at 8/4/22 to see delivery had now pushed out an entire week (8/11/22). The package which was to travel Florida to utah hadn't even left the origin facility until 8/4/22. It literally sat there for an entire week. Find out from one agent, after to talking to 6 others, That the reason was because it was left behind after employees failed to put on original truck and it then took them an entire to recognize and fix an issue. And they way of fixing a 100% at fault issue was to simply put it on the next truck and it "gets there when it gets there". Then package delayed another day (now 8-12-22). Every agent i spoke to on this issue either plays dumb and just repeats "check tracking for updates" or outright plays damage control on behalf of the Florida location that cause the week long delay. Every delay was not communicated to me. No update emails, nothing. I had to find out but checking status of delivery. No effort to expedite delivery either. At this point I have screenshot proof of their agent stating its 100% their fault for the delay, and despite that no effort to delivery my package faster. Still at ground delivery snail mail, because it wouldn't be fair if they endured the burden of their own mistake.

Alas, UPS driver just tossed the 42" onto the stairs in front of our door. And the TV screen is completely destroyed. Lovely - just lovely. Can we rate the driver/delivery a zero?

Terrible. Never attempted to deliver my package. Never rang the bell or called. Instead took my package to a random far away place. I had to go to your stupid website and create a user name and password just to find out where my stuff was. I just had surgery and this is why I needed delivered to me. Ups, you suck.

Horrible service from UPS. I have called customer service a number of times, but they continue to not deliver heavy boxes to my front door. I also signed up on their website and specified that I want boxes delivered to my door, but it makes no difference. The last driver left the heavy box in the apartment office, but the delivery notice said that it was left at my front door. Apartment dwellers deserve quality service.

Your website sucks. Try to track a package and it dose not give any location as where your package is at any time. Just on the way. That is not tracking a package. What help is that? When a package is tracked people want to know where it is. How about some real info.

They used to be great. You can forget it now! Packages come in from a week later or more, than the usual 3 days I am used to You try to local office forget it! Can not getting but a beeping noise. Then I call the 1800 number wait over a half an hour, only to give me the same useless number. Are the 3 stooges running the post office? I honestly don't know how you make through a day. Just degusted. If you don't fix your procedures people are going to want a private company running it that are capable.

UPS is the worst delivery carrier please merchants stop sending my package UPS only use Amazon, USPS or FedEx. When it comes to these carriers I get my package. I had two different carriers delivering my package today UPS and Amazon. Once again Amazon meet my expectation in delivered my package and UPS failed me. I Hate UPS with a passion they need to go out of business so the real carriers can do all the deliveries with no worries. I have a picture of Amazon doing what UPS can’t do which is drop off my package which is sad.

package was shipped with 2nd day air cost. they have changed the shipping date 4 times and can't tell me where my package actually is. they won't reimburse they shipping costs. could have got this package quicker with ground shipping. I think they have lost this package because its SOMEWHERE!!. This isn't the first time this has happened. this is just plain poor service.

Showing incorrect tracking on customer interface. Package delays for days then committed date. Customer center staff is also very rude and does not support any tracking updates. Doesn’t even show correct physical location of shipment on tracking interface. Basically shipment seems lost and customer has no information. I would never use UPS again…
