I will NEVER use UPS anymore. It is not reliable service. They told me at the UPS store that my package will be delivered last Friday, well, today is Monday and the package is not even scheduled for delivery yet.

YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. AND TRYING TO GET HELP IS ANOTHER JOKE. YOU PEOPLE STINK, STINK, STINK,. HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS ASAP.

Delivery BOY decided to enter through my side yard and give my very frail pets- (who were deathly ill at the time we bought them but treated by our vet) toxic treats and then called animal cruelty stating that my animals were being abused/neglected. Animal cruelty came and said he had no basis for the claim he made because my animals were not as he described (they are skinny but not starved- as pets that were emaciated and full of worms can get) and are under a vets supervision and have been since the time of purchase. He should should stick to his job and keep his nose out of the customers lives. Maybe then he/UPS will have the ability to do a better job- driving and handing someone a package in tact and on time. I will be looking into what can be done legally, especially in the event that his toxic treats make my pets even sicker.

I have repeatedly put my change of address in there more than once more than twice and I'll you are still delayed because you guys won't do a change the address when I've already did it and you want to tell the company that I bought my stuff I'm sarcastic you guys don't have no right to say that I'm a businessman just want my package is on time it's your guys's fault not mine not to come by the stuff from so every time I have a package delivery you guys I have to go in and do a change of address and that is bull I should not have to do that

My friend sent me a bedside table via UPS as we thought UPS was the market leader. How wrong we were. My friend took the package to a UPS Access Point and a UPS Access Point Pre-Label Pkg ID which he took a picture of. I received a package yesterday which was a lot smaller than expected yet had my address label in a plastic bag. On the address label there was the UPS Access Point Pre-Label Pkg ID. However, when I took the plastic bag off there was a different UPS Access Point Pre-Label Pkg ID. Meaning my delivery had been mixed up. I called the customer service line and repeated myself about 10 times before I could get my point across. Someone came back to my property without my package and requested the wrong one, I refused to give it back until my package has been found and returned to me. Furthermore, I called later in the day to get an update and the person scoffed at me and said to call tomorrow after 10am. I called today and spoke to a Shan who didnt give me his surname, which was strange, I told him my case number and then he repeatedly told me that the package had been delivered! No one can seem to tell me what is going on or take culpability, this is not what I expected when I asked my friend to use UPS. I have been awaiting a call from the distribution centre which I do not think will happen. Absolute shambles.

Kept my parcel for 21 days took £261 from me for import taxes, and now returning the parcel to sender! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Send via carrier pigeon, more reliable

I ordered a 1,500 dollar saxophone and it was expected to come on a Thursday and it’s Monday when they try to deliver it! I wasn’t there, so they had to come another time. It was Tuesday and it said on the tracker “Out for delivery” and it never came. Same Wednesday. We called UPS on Tuesday and asked what happened and they said their “Driver forgot.” Then on Wednesday when we called them they never called back since there was a line on the line(no pun intended). But this is rediculous, treat your high paying consumers with respect!!!

Just avoid UPS They are inefficient, clueless and liars. They take your money and ask for nothing else Then they delay your package. You ask and they guess. Then you follow again and they ask for documents, one after the other. Then they don’t update their system. They ask again. 4 times, 4 different people, 4 different departments. You oblige and the package is not cleared. You prompt again and they say can’t you be more patient. To explain I paid for 2-3 days delivery and 10 days later the package is still showing not cleared as yet.

If I can give them a no start that what it would be, the lies and lazyness of it all, to arrange and pay for a pick up here all day no one never knock on the door or nothing, I will not put a company computer outside to wait for someone to pick it up that would be stupid. So I call the billing department to get a refund for 13bucks to pick up a package its two weeks later and I am still calling about a refund for a package they never pick up I pick it up myself and deliver it , I will never use there website to pick a package up again. Sorry as hell.

Arrange a pickup this morning the lady said your pickup is today between 11am and 5pm so it got to half five so I rang the woman on the phone said it's not for today but tomorrow between 10am and 7pm . Do they think all people don't work or have nothing better to do and spend the whole day waiting for them to turn up. Funny thing is you can click 1 to record the phone call . I THINK THEY NEED TO GO LISTEN TO THE RECORD THEY WILL FIND DELIVERY WASN'T FOR TOMORROW.

Will say your package is being delivered, then tracking disappears and your left in the dark. Not sure why they even have tracking. It means nothing. How can a company be bad at the only thing they do? By not giving a ****, that's how.

I needed to have a parcel sent overnight. The agent didn't include the total address even though I gave her the shipping label with the correct address. Thus, the parcel wasn't delivered creating a major legal problem for me.

I was waiting for 3 days for delivery; I was at home on Saturday when I received message that courier was here and nobody was at home- when I was at home all day waiting. This same happent on Monday! I called customer service and they reschelude delivery for Thursday. So I called on Thursday morning and they said its going to be deliver today. After couple of hours waiting I called again and they said my parcel go back to depot and they don't know why?! I said I want this to be deliver today. She said she will send message to depot to find out. After 1 hour somebody called me and inform that my parcel is going to be deliver TOMORROW! I called customer service and i ask for manager and I spoke with duty manager and he said he will make sure it's going to be deliver today, and he will call me back with updates. After 4 hours of waiting for him to call me back with updates I decided to call and find out. Person who I was speaking with didn't really want to connect me with manager and when I pressure him. He said that manager TOLD HIM TO TELL ME (WHAT?!) that they checking with London depot. I needed to take 3 days off from work and i'm loosing money every day becouse of your company, I took already 3 days off I spoke with my lawyer and I will go to court with this. Im waiting 3 days and I was making today 7 phone calls all recorded from my side as well as a proof for my and my lawyer

Package didn't arrive by scheduled time frame. Wasted time on delivery day, wasted money paying for a delivery date, incurred additional fees because package didn't arrive, and will have to restart a 6 to 8 week process...putting me behind scheduled atleast a month, wasted time on phone with customer service..they can read a script and apologize (that's about it), and can call back and waste more time for a possible refund. Oh yeah the website tracking is wrong according to CS rep as they show a day earlier yet still pass deadline...and there were no delays showing in the system. I just didn't get my package and they could care less on what issues that caused, as they got paid. I won't use them again as they joined DHL as companies I no longer use. Tip spend extra and use FedEx or just put a stamp on it and use the USPS...same risk and shipping time but a fraction of the cost.

UPS is telling me my address needs to be corrected even though they have delivered to this same address multiple times, and I have verified it is correct in the system. FedEx, Amazon, DHL and USPS never seem to have any issues. What is going on with UPS??
