Blocked & banned for 7-14 days for absolutely no reason. No explanation, nothing. Have fone nothing wrong but I am blocked. Such appalling treatment of customers. Will complete orders then I am closing the account.

Appalling. Customer service is inexistent. Lost £99. Didn't receive package and Vinted refused to give evidence of delivery.

Vinted is a platform which steals money from customers, they use personal data, pretending as you sell something. So that to receive the money they said as they need to check your account if it is true or secure .. Then you find yourself without money in your account. In fact they make it to look like you sold something then instead to get money they take money from you. That's how they stole £294 from me. Be careful that he steals your personal data, steals from the banks. I had to change all the cards too.

Title: Disappointing Experience with Vinted: Unjustified Ban and Poor Customer Service I recently decided to give Vinted a try in hopes of selling my Xbox without having to deal with exorbitant fees. However, my experience with the platform quickly turned sour. After creating a post to sell my item, I was abruptly blocked permanently from the platform without any explanation. Attempting to rectify the situation, I reached out to customer service for clarification and to appeal the ban. Unfortunately, the response I received was unsatisfactory. Not only did they fail to provide a valid reason for my ban, but they also claimed it was my second offense on the platform, which is absurd considering I had only downloaded the app for the first time a week prior. Overall, my experience with Vinted has been incredibly disappointing. The unjustified ban and lack of transparency from customer service have left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with the platform. I would caution others against using Vinted for their selling needs until they address these issues and improve their customer service practices.

Took my money to bump 2 items, blocked my account within 5 min claiming my items were fraud. I explained I’m not home to take additional photos with tag, serial number, etc and they will not reactivate without those items and will not give me my money back for bumping other items. The absolute worst experience, worst customer service, and they will take your money and block accounts.

Delivery driver for vinted dumped my parcel in a public lobby where 100s of people walk through daily. I live in secure area accessed through intercom, they didn't bother to bring my purchase and actually deliver it. I was out for day but daughter at home so was waiting in. Instead just dumped it where it got stolen. Vinted said parcel delivered as photo of it dumped in lobby and wouldn't refund instead of charging there incompetent driver. Argued and now they ignore me. Disgusted by this company.

I wanted to return an item that was much bigger than the size I ordered so did not fit. ( Wrongly advertised as size 12, but is very large, more like size 16 ) I have not been able to get a refund as having been away on holiday the 5 days to post back expired and my return cancelled. There is now nothing I can do, seller refuses to refund me and says he sent the size I ordered and it has gone past the date that return should have been done When something does not fit...it is usual to have a few weeks to return it if it is the wrong size. I have only had the item for 1 week!! and have just come back from being away. Not a good experience and the seller says I am trying to "Trick" him. I am just an honest buyer with a garment sent to me that does not fit!! I will never order from Vented again. Shocking experience. My buyer protection has not helped me.

I paid for advertisement, but the shoes were not promoted! Vinted just took the money, that's all. Customer service did ignore my questions. And there was no any other contacts for giving a complaint! I felt like i was robbed and cheated by them!

what buyer protection ??? what buyer protection ? non existant - say they get back to you in 48hours then never do - i recieved an item that was 'only work=n a couple of times' but when arrived was full of marks and holes - vonted never eplied other than to tell me to pay to return item - I woul dhave been out of pocket over £10 = they just cancelled the retun today instead of replying to me . DO NOT USE

Dreadful customer service. Apparently there's no supervisor at all at Vinted and no way to make a formal complaint. Total joke. Its great until something goes wrong!

The customer service was extremely poor. Despite several emails over a few days, I kept receiving the same message stating they wouldn't reconsider their decision to permanently block me, without providing any explanation for me to address.

Bought an item, said it had been delivered but I haven’t received it at all. I requested Vinted to investigate and they have not helped me at all. Customer service is terrible, just charge you and don’t care that you don’t have the item. £15 and no item, no refund.

Been using the app for a couple of years with no issues. Had gained over 100 positive reviews, always followed their T&Cs & now I’ve been blocked for literally no reason. I’ve tried to dispute it but all I get is bot like customer service responses. Absolute joke of a company & I am beyond enraged!

Avoid at all cost,I have sold multiple designers items and didn't get paid,one time I used different shipping method(I didn't thought it against the law to do so),so once buyer received item and left positive review they refunded buyer. Another time I have sent designer jeans,meanwhile vinted blocked(no idea why,they just say illicit activity without explanation. Customer service is appalling,they keep saying the same thing as unfortunately that's the way it is,the owe me around 170£,and got blame and blocked for nothing

Extremely unhelpful customer service I sent a CD with special collector's edition bits (lyric booklet, collectable cards etc) and during delivery, the CD case got cracked but the customer confirmed the CS was not broken. However, Vinted decided to refund the client (fair) and leave me WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They allowed the client to keep the parcel AND refused to refund me anything!! On top of that, the client had the audacity to refuse the return saying she ''technically paid for it'', even though she was issued a refund which I was notified of as well. For a cracked CD case, I lost out on the collectable items as well as the payment, and when I tried to contest the decision, Vinted (Habib) turned me down multiple times saying the parcel wasn't packed well, but they never showed proof of that! I know how I packed the CD, this was not my first CD order, it was in layers of wrapping and a sturdy cardboard envelope, god knows what packaging their client took the photos in to make a case. Absolutely disappointed in the company and its customer service.

At first the purchases I made were okay, I did later on find out two of my purchases that I made where counterfeit The North Face Hoodies, but I just put that down to being a new member and not knowing much about clothes. However, my last order was for a pair of Nike Force trainers for my daughters birthday, I clicked everything was okay as I thought the trainers looked fine. However, to my embarrassment - when my daughter opened them a few days later on her birthday, she told me they were fakes and pointed out why. Which is very clear to me now. I've tried to contact the seller, which conveniently is now banned for a refund, no answer there! And I have tried three times via support and would you know it, no answer there either. So not only am I stuck with a pair of fake trainers, I've lost the 50€ purchase price, plus 3.20€ buyer protection fee which has protected me from nothing, and obviously the shipping costs. Vinted is absolutely loaded with fake products - which is making wonder whether it's better to just buy new rather than help the planet and get ripped off at the same time.

Worst by far for customer service, sold over 120 items in 4month space. Not one issue until one parcel went missing. 22 days currently still missing with not a single attempt on delivery by the courier (clearly stole it). Rang inpost who done an investigation over a weeks period, they concluded its missing. Gave me a reference number to give to vinted for a refund....and typical vinted (don't listen what so ever) have said they can't refund me until they have heard an update !!!!!! I literally just gave them one direct from the courier company and yet the don't liste. Look at this image for example parcel clearly states 19 days since parcel drop off....and there reply saying 14 days since drop off OMGGGG literally not reading or listening to anything.

Vinted are committing Fraud and stealing money that is owed to me. Please! Do not use this site! Upon successfully using this site to sell a jumper with no issues selling or receiving the money I made I decided to sell another item a few months later. I sold the item for £60 but could not transfer the mony from my vinted account into my bank account. I contacted the "contact page" and stated my problem. Vintd replied stating that I had to fill out a form that they sent me a link for and asked that i send it back to them. The first issue is the form you fill out is a file that cannot be used to send back to vinted via the messsage board they use. I then had to take screen shots and send the complted form back via a picture file. Vinted got back to me and said the images were blurred (see attached pic of one of the images they say is blurred) and to send it again. I didn't think to check I just found it odd as the screen shots off a computer and I have known doing thios blurs the shots. Anyway i did it again, checked the images which were all perfect and sent them. Vinted sent me the same message, i clciked on the immages in our shared message board so what I see is what they see and the images were in no way blurred. I messaged vinted asking why they were saying this and from this pint I have sent themn at least 8 times to the point now they are being so obstructional that they pretend that I have not even sent the images. It is very clear this is a tactic to rip customers off from getting their money, the fact that they asked for id in the first place even though i had already used the site. The fact they have been obstructional and now my only recourse is writing a complaint and having to mail it Slovakia. Please, if the possibility of you not getting your money because of fraudulent practices I would stongly suggest that you don';t use this site.

Schoenen (dr Martens) verkocht via Vinted, de koper beweerde dat deze namaak waren. Besluit van Vinted (zonder enige uitleg op wat hun beslissing gebaseerd was) was: geen aankoopticket= alles kwijt, schoenen kwijt + geld kwijt. Ondanks dat ik duidelijke foto’s heb doorgestuurd van de schoenen, waar het logo en materiaal van de schoenen duidelijk zichtbaar waren. Wat kan je nog meer doen? Hoe kan je nu het tegendeel bewijzen in dit geval? De klantendienst van Vinted stelt niets voor, telkens iemand anders waarmee je stuurt, geen antwoord geven op vragen, etc … Reeds jaren klant, nooit geen slechte review ontvangen op de spullen die ik verkocht heb. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar dit
