The price for a box of Gourmet Perle cat food (96 sachets) was quoted as £25.99, or thereabouts, and as I put in my card details, that is what I was told I was being charged, about £10.00 less than Amazon. It arrived promptly, hence two stars. I have just checked my bank statement, and I was charged £36.99. Considerably less than impressed with Viovet.

Usually they are quick to dispatch but ordered on 12 dec knowing I had a weeks supply left, website showed all in stock, over a week later I was emailed to advise 1 item out of stock, I edited order and got refund, hoping would then be dispatched. . 18/12/23 still awaited confirmation of dispatch so I sent another email to chase delivery. 20/12/23 response stated order now in queue to be picked and packed, and email to confirm delivery will be sent, expected date up to 3 Jan. Another email sent 31/12/23, no reply. 3 Jan was finally told they have moved warehouse and its 5x times bigger and to expect another week of delays. Customer service is dreadful and at no point did the website advise out of stock or delays. Waiting for order still and is now 5/1/24, been without supplements for over 2 weeks now. Will not buy from them in the future.

Terrible customer service AND delivery. Ordered on 4th December items that were all listed as in stock. They were ALL for Christmas presents including ones from Father Christmas. Now we are the 19th December and not a single person at the company (I have phoned and emailed) can even give me a hint of when the items are due to leave them claiming they are "unable to give me an ETA at this time" In short -my order was forgotten, so why it hasn't been prioritised to get it out ASAP god only knows. Mistakes and mishaps happen, it's only human, but its how the problem is rectified that counts and I am severely unimpressed.

The dog food I ordered two weeks ago is still not here. I’ve had to go to Pets at Home to get food as I’ve run out. I’ve messaged them…but they haven’t even replied. Just dreadful service.

The prices are good and the range showing as available is good too, but that's where it ends. Delivery is painfully slow and we had to buy elsewhere while waiting a week for delivery. Customer service is almost none existent too. It's a shame because they could be so much better.

Delivered a mouldy dog food order to me which I poured straight into my large dog food bin with other foods purchased from elsewhere, I didn't realise the entire bag of food they supplied was covered in black mould until I'd mixed it in - I asked for a refund of the food they supplied which was a bit of a pain getting back and also asked to provide me redress of £23 for food that was already in there - you'd think I've asked for the Crown Jewels the way they have carried on, its £23 to keep a brand new customer happy, I could have lied and said it was much more but as an honest customer I laid out the facts to them, the principle here is that firms who cause customers financial loss should do what they can to put it right. Instead they thrust their liability policy down my throat when in reality they could have simply offered me a discount off my next order, but no, they love to fight you. They also love to shut down any negative opinions on their social media which tells you what this company is all about - after sales care is non-existent. Do not shop here!

absolutely terible. Placed an order, to be told 1 item was out of stock, so i asked they remove the item to prevent delay. I was told they had, and i would receive the refund. No refund arrived, so i called again, to be told it was a different item that was causing the delay, but it would be in stock the next day. Called 3 days later and was told it was another item that was not in stock! Im still waiting for my order, and I have no idea what is or is not in stock! Its terrible!!

I ordered some tablets for my little dog on 17/11. These were needed quite quickly as they stop her from itching. I kept tracking, and the post office said they hadn't received them from VioVet I couldn't wait any longer ( and nether could my dog ) so i rang VioVet and spoke to Tia. Tia was so helpful from start to finish and arranged for more tablets to be sent out straight away Thankyou Tia From Sally and Pippa

#23405644Order They allow people to place orders for food they don't have in stock. The expected delivery was supposed to be 2-4 days. After 4 days, I wrote an e-mail and no response. On the 5th day after my second e-mail, they write to me that they do not have this product and are waiting for delivery, which may take a while, even though you can still order on the website! This is FRAUD! That's not how it's done. It wasn't a preorder where you pay now and wait 2-3 weeks for the order, but it was supposed to be a normal delivery. I'm waiting for my money back because they have a problem with that too! Instead of offering me a refund, they told me to wait for it to arrive without giving me any date! I do not recommend this company! 1 and the last time I use it.

Yep it’s another bad review for this hopelessly inefficient company. Order took weeks to be delivered then realised it wasn’t my order! Then had to wait in incorrect delivery was picked up. DPD did not arrive stating that order was not ready to be picked up, lies! More waiting in for next arranged date and order pick up. Vio Vet would not send my original order until they had received theirs back. I told them not to bother and to refund. Guess what, they have refunded £6 less than my original payment. Appalling!

Delivery is taking forever, absolutely ridiculous to wait 2 weeks for an order wile they NEVER update the website with items in stock!!!!!! You never know if they have or not just wait!!!! Rubbish!!!!!

I ordered three bags of dog food on 6.9.23 amounting to approx £190. Latest delivery was quoted at 12.9.23 which seemed slow but my existing supplies would just about last. When nothing had appeared by the 12th I messaged VioVet but got no response. So then phoned and after a long wait was told the delay was caused by the particular dog food being stored on a high shelf in the warehouse. Surely warehouses have fork lift trucks to get products down from high shelves? I was promised it would arrive in the next few days. Why not tomorrow as we're already past the 12th? Sent another message to the VioVet "Support" but again no response. Another time consuming phone call, number fifteen in the queue. I thought buying on line was supposed to be easy! Eventually received the order two weeks after placing it but no response ever from "Support". So would be very wary of ordering anything from VioVet again. A visit to the local pet supplies seems a much safer bet.

Awful service took 10 days to deliver 2 bags of dog food after 2 phone calls chasing with an average wait time of 20 mins to speak to someone who could not resolve the issue ie get the food delivered quickly to us - will not use again

I ordered a dog food container, which arrived damaged. Viovet said they would issue a replacement, which has not arrived and they have no ability to track it. I have sent several emails asking about the status of the replacement, to which they did not reply, and have spoken to them on the phone. They are friendly on the phone but can't do anything until I wait two weeks for them to declare the replacement is lost.

Never received parcel that was supposed to be delivered by dpd to a locker. When I went to the locker there was no parcel informed viovet and because dpd are saying that the have evidence that the driver put the parcel in the locker they can not help me. I am therefore £100 out of pocket. No help from customer service

You put animals in dangerous! Hopeless service! You need 3 days to upload prescription! Instead 24 h. Your customer service team only talks but do nothing. You should to take responsibility! My dog has not got her citopoint injection on time become ill because You need ages to do your job properly. Interesting that take a payment is not a problem for You

the delivery time is absolutely disgusting. do not use this company, ever, go to the local store it is much quicker than their delivery time. dog biscuits have still not arrived. no customer service whatsoever

Disgusting service!! Viovet have charged my account (using PayPal) a random amount. I forwarded them the email and ask to advise what this charge is as I have not authorized it, neither have I purchased anything from them for that amount. My email was ignored. I emailed again after 4 days, they finally responded saying they don't have account associated with my email (despite having one and the Paypal transaction clearly showing that they charged my account with that email in the body!). I provided the requested detail for Viovet to ignore me for a week! Today I get any email saying, yes you guessed it, that I need to provide my detail again as they cant seem I find my email even tho it's all there with details provided and verified. I have added the screenshot where i provided them with all the detail they requested. Such incompetence is astounding. No 'sorry we charged you without authorization, let us deal with this as a priority'. DISGUSTING! Raised a fraud transition with my bank. Maybe this will teach them how not to run a business. Avoid, they will charge your card with random amount and you will be ignored. UPDATE: Took them an hour to respond to bad review here and try to lie about the situation. And no, they haven't emailed me at all. It's all for show only. I have worked out what they did - they realized one of the items in my order a couple of weeks back wasn't send to me, it was to follow (must have gone out of stock after I placed the order, read other reviews, seems to be happening a lot now). But instead of refunding me or sending it to me which makes them lose money, they mistakenly charged me for the items AGAIN. No I didn't add anything to that old order. And yes I provided you the requested info re email - stop lying Viovet, own up to your mistake, I send you the screenshot of the email with all that detail. And move some of you people from review reading to responding to actual emails. Don't bother replying, don't bother contacting me. My bank has reviewed the case and all my evidence and refunded me.
