Terrible service! The internet doesn’t works properly, not fast as promised. The internet down in June, 5 days I could not get access to the internet, then again internet down in August 6 days! They do anything to keep the system in perfect condition, they only know how to charge from the clients. They have promised to send me a SIM with 50GB data use the internet till it is resolve. But the SIM did not come (ref:187564972455825012, date 2019-08-18 12:33:44). Also, they did not respond on the complaint Ref: 1719840. Terrible customer service, they only promised but never call back to try to explain what happened, what they do to fix it. I have decided to cancel the agreement. Do not us the Vodafone, it’s a really rubbish!

The worst customer service ever The worst customer service ever. Don't even bother to buy broadband. Prices are cheap but not worth it. Better pay a bit more and get different provider

Beware****** Vodafone stole £215 from my account and still waiting on a refund 22 days later. They took two payments in error & I was told I would have a refund and it's still not here. I have been through to 5 different people including management and they said it's a system problem. I never complain but had to share this with the public to beware. Complaint department told me that its going to take a further 5 working days and to bare with them.

If I could leave fewer than 1 star, I would. The worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service, repairs, accounts, or mobile coverage. Anastasia in their repair centre should never be allowed to speak with customers, unhelpful would be too positive a word to describe her attitude and the other hundreds of people that I have had the utmost displeasure to deal with in various departments were little better. Avoid them like the plague.

don't bother they are worse than useless. simple transaction I bought pay as you go sim from store, they did not "submit the order" from the store to activate it, I live miles away from the store and can't get back, Vodafone themselves online or by telephone can't help as it was an in store purchase. they are crooks.do not touch.

Very positive experience with Vodafone so far. Much better value for money than my old network and coverage seems a lot better, no more patchy areas of poor signal! Also a nice bonus to get a free £25 Amazon voucher for joining using a friend’s invite link. If you are thinking of getting a sim only or phone plan (over £10 a month), feel free to use my referral link when you order it and you’ll get one too. referme.to/mEEX8Ro

I have been with Vodafone for 18 years. Had the same phone for 3 years now and decided for an upgrade. Looked at the options available online from them and they were very expensive (£55-70 pcm). Had a phone call from their staff and the offers were marginally better. Scouted about and went for Sky Mobile on a far better deal (£42 pcm for top iPhone). Request PUK code and got new phone received excellent service from Sky, alothough maybe expected sonsidering I was new. A little under an hour ago (2 days after PUK code request) got phoned by Vodafone. An incredibly arrogant and obnoxious customer service advisor on phone proceeded to request details of my new deal then ended up offering a 'far better deal' with more data but also slightly greater monthly cost...and told me I was getting terrible deal with new company. Asked how long the contract was for...it was 24 months but I was a little unsuyre and said 18 months...he laughed and made fun of me saying no such thing exists. He asked what about oure offer then, I offered my displeasure at this and also the fact that I didn't rate their service or company (I did this in a very polite way) the adivsor got me off the phone within 5 seconds repeating "we'll leave it at that". Tick the box for him, tick the box for Vodafone having followed up a potential leave. For me...18 years of being a customer of a company that clearly cares little about my loyalty or amount of money I have spent with them (upwards of £7000). Sour taste in the mouth, disappointment at the manner in which I have been dealt with but relieved they no longer benefit from my money at least.

The scam company that sucks you in offering you the wold till you are trapped in the contract! THEN THEY JUST LIE! Lies, passed around and replace new phones with secondhand damaged phones on warranty issues! They don’t help, service is awful! Best way to avoid getting scammed by them is to avoid them! Intermittent signal issues, poor broadband and more!

Terrible customer service. Tried to top up - will not accept my e mail address even though been a customer for 20 years on a monthly account. Changed to a big bundle and now all sorts of problems. They need to get the IT dept sorted out. Been talking to various agents and still no joy. Gonna leave them.

Can you give less than 1 star? Totally dishonest and untrustworthy. Have been promised call backs on numerous occasions regarding a bundle sold as a lie. Random amounts listed to be taken from my account. Can’t seem to speak to anyone in authority. Have the cheek to demand a termination fee even though they have admitted mis-selling.

To expensive and they tie you down to a contract that you have to buy out of over £500 their app isnt great either I've tried several times to pay on the due date and then conveniently the app doesn't work. I tried over the phone and that also failed so my bill will increase next month because they cant do their jobs properly and the customer service is appalling I won't recommend them to anyone

The worst Customer Service in the World bar none - you have been warned. Tesco sold my contract with them to these charlatans many years ago. A move which I never asked for, or approved. When money was removed from my account due to a supposed upgrade I never asked for or agreed to - I have had nothing other than trouble trying to get my money back - a not insignificant sum and its giving me sleepless nights the way they treat you - not as customers - but as scum - that is what you are to this Company beware. I have been lied to constantly for several months now - the money will be in your account in 2 days - 3 days - 2 hours - 5 days and shock horror it never is - they grind you down in the hope that you will disappear. Never ever have I been treat like this by a company - they are a disgrace and an utter shambles and the biggest and worst liars I've ever encountered - everything they say is a lie - BEWARE YOU have been warned.

Website is always down for maintenance, having technical issues. No one available to chat to solve problems. Tried to get broad band with them but I waited on hold for over 10 minutes for a sales call to not be answered. Don't bother with Vodafone

This is a prime example of the worst of modern companies. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. Whilst Vodafone are more than willing to sell you a phone/contact, they then pass all management onto ONE COM. If you have a problem and then try to contact ONE COM (by phone) you are initially kept waiting for, on average 15 minutes before getting through. You will then be greeted by an extremely cheerful young person who is virtually devoid of any technical knowledge other than to tell you to turn your phone on and off for up to a dozen times and if this doesn't work to do the same with the flight mode. So it goes on being passed from one person to another and having to wait a considerable time. After more than a week of this you may well decide to leave VODAFONE which then requires them to provide you with a PAC code. VODAFONE will now do everything possible to dissuade you from leaving and also make it as difficult as possible to provide the PAC code. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate and closed down until they improve their customer service to a reasonable standard.
