Vodafone is the worst phone company I've ever come across. I recommend to avoid this company. Every month trying to charge you more and more. Making promises they cannot keep. I cannot wait for my contract to finish. Will never ever recommend this company to anyone.

Only gave them 1 star because there's no 0 star review. My mum took out a contract for her nephew, the contract was coming to an end and she contacted Vodafone to say she wouldn't be renewing the contract. Her nephew called Vodafone to renew the contract and they let him even though the contract is in my mums name. He's now absconded with the phone and Vodafone have said my mum has to now pay for it. Absolutely absurd and useless company. So anyone can call up and pretend to be someone else and they will allow them to take out a new phone in your name. Be warned do not join Vodafone if you value your peace of mind.

Vodafone ask for survey comments saying that I will not be charged and then after I spent MY time doing the survey I was deducted 20p for the text, totally behaving like thieves. They also charged me 20p per day for "data" which I didn't use.....this was resolved with a nice customer services rep,....that is why I did the survey. The problem seems to be in the programming of their system,.....deliberately to scam every penny from their customers. Once my credit has finished I will not topup with them again. And I will never use them again or EE ( which seem to be part of Vodafone's network.

Incredibly poor customer service. Having been with Vodafone for about 8 years I was due an upgrade. They didn't have this on record. They said they would change this, and didn't. In the online chat was passed from pillar to post and then told I would have to up my contract amount for a cheap phone. No better talking on the phone - The same phone was available on other mobile providers for half the price. Felt like I was talking to a brick wall. My step-daughter has had a similar experience. We have both now changed network and would recommend anyone else to do the same...

STILL NOT ACTIVATED DUE TO HARRASMENT BY VODAFONE STAFF JAIL ROAD Complaint no. 326619296 Docket no. 327167216 STILL NOT ACTIVATED DUE TO HARRASMENT BY VODAFONE STAFF JAIL ROAD Gurdaspur 143521 punjab India I spoke today with nodal officers and as i’ve been told by them to visit the Vodafone store at jail road Gurdaspur 143521. I visited the store and as they told me to meet the Neeraj Beri for solving my problem, but the employee told that he has been transferred from this store,he just lie to me deliberately and when I again made a call to nodal officer then he again refuse to talk with officer but there mr. Singh spoke with nodal officer, he told him that Neeraj Bery is not transferred but he is away somwhere right now. All i just wanted to tell you sir/madam the whole staff is frustrating me under the influence of Ms SUKHJINDER KAUR. She again talked to me very rudely. I’m very disappointed by her behaviour. You or your Vodafone company can hav look of CCTV FOOTAGE. Is Vodafone just appoint manner less persons who don’t know how to deal with customers. Finally they give me prepaid SIM card but with no activation, the employee mr. Singh told me that it would be activate by the evening, but in the evening when I spoke with customer care executive, they said there is not any prepaid activation request from Vodafone store. I have paid 45rs. bill for postpaid sim that has been deactivated already today. But still not getting prepaid sim. Is this fair enough? We all know it’s not a big deal for them or Vodafone company to change postpaid to prepaid SIM card. All i want to tell you and your officers that I’m getting very frustrated by your employees. They are just irritating me intentionally. Should I go to consumer court for this kind of tiny matter madam.

Just lost my big value bundle when I called customer services to tell them I do not want to renew for next month. Tried to do it on 2345 but it would not register. Goodbye free texts, 3000 minutes talk time and 4.8 gb of data!!! They cancelled my current bundle and refuses to reinstate! Awful customer services!

I have never dealt with such terrible customer service. The 'customer service advisors' are nothing more than a set of monkeys who have been given a phone. Absolutely appalling

Randomly charged 106pounds more and then told its a mistake after chasing it up..luckily i looked and they cut my internet making me loose important calls for work...bastards not even a sorry for trying to take my money!

Foolishly replied to text from Vodaphone offering free data. No charge mentioned but turns out I had agreed to an extra GB per month at an extra charge of £6 per month! Took hours to resolve and I was told initially that there was no extra charge and that it was a gift for a loyal customer! Idiot customer more likely as I could upgrade if I wished to the same package for £3.50 per month. Furious that this has happened - the marketing strategy is to trick customers into paying more. I have been loyal to Vodaphone for years but am now looking to move elsewhere.

Vodafone has realy bad customer service skills I have a pay monthly sim only deal I rang Vodafone to explain that I was going away for 16 days to Thailand so I wanted to no how much my charges would be they told me I would be charged £5 a day for calls text and data it was a shock but I needed my phone to contact home so I needed my phone 4 days into my holiday my phone has no service no texts no data I used my hotels internet to contact Vodafone’s 24/7 customer messaging service and after them telling me my bill was unusually high they had stopped my services yes after me contacting them before I went and letting them no I was going away and finding out what I would be charged yes they cut me off no call Or text email nothing just cut my services what a joke ov a company stuff you Vodafone

I cancelled my 3 contract and joined Vodafone. It was the best decision I've made. Excellent reception I can use my mobile in more places. Even in some town centres 3 didn't have a signal. Customer service is excellent, my number was ported on time, and customer service staff have been friendly and competent.
