I think the trading standards need to look into Vodafone stores, as I was sold a phone and after a week the plastic started warping in a curve after it had been on charge. I went to the Swindon store thinking they knew people had consumer rights and would change it for me, and he was really rude, saying I must have sat on it, when plastic doesn't bend like that without breaking by sitting on it. I said that I didn't sit on it, and then he said I must have done it another way such as putting it in a bag and all they would do is send it away and I would have to pay for it. I was quite upset how a company I had been with for so long treated me like that and thought it might have been a one off bad assistant, so went to the Chippenham store. That assistant also talked to me like an idiot. He also didn't know people have consumer rights and told me I would have to pay for a faulty phone to be fixed. Now the screen has come away from the back with a big gap and is starting to crack. They will probably tell me soon that it's too late to do anything. All I can think of doing now is contacting trading standards.

I couldn't log in to my account. It took them ages to get me logged on, via chat line. After I had followed instructions and managed to login they sent another password and I could no longer login again. I have already moved 2 phone accounts away from Vodafone and the remaining 2 will move very shortly when contract up.

OMG!!!!! This company has the worst business model ever. If you have a mobile phone contract with them (without phone advantage), and you change provider, but don't leave them a notice of 30 days, they debit you on a prorata basis what you should have paid them. Lucky me, I don't leave a big amount of money on my account for the month, they tried to debit €377. Apart from that, their customer care reps have a poor english, and I asked one of them if I could speak to a manager, she replied "no". I was fuming. RIP Vodafone.

Been with them for 20 years and have 3 contract phones with them. Paying slightly over the odds, given the way prices have come down but lacked the inertia to move. Then this month I discovered they had put all 3 contracts up by 40% !! Didn't have the courtesy to tell me - they just did it. That made them about twice as expensive as the same level of service on the open market. Currently in the process of moving all 3 away from them, and even that they are terrible at. You're meant to send an SMS request and they are required to give you a PAC code within 60 seconds. Vodafone thinks this doesn't apply to them and reply saying you'll need to phone them instead - then put all sorts of obstacles in your way. Don't even think of taking out service with them. Nasty company.

Would highly recommend Matt who works at Chapel Field Norwich Vodaphone Store, I purchased a new phone and he set it all up for me, no trouble at all. As a pensioner with not much techno knowledge he was very patient in showing me how my new phone worked. Was very kind and patient.

Unbelievable service, over a week now since I was promised my broadband will start and still nothing, they said they have an issue with my line and don’t know when it will be fixed, so I’m left without internet and don’t know when this will be resolved

If I could give a minus score I would. I have been with Vodafone over 20 years due to convenience through the company I work with. Last year I had my phone stolen and I had to purchase a new handset and sim etc. I was told I had to pay my old contract Until the contract ended (which was 1 year) and also pay the new contract for the new handset alongside this monthly. I have now been told I need to pay both contracts until end of December 2020 which will be 2 years?!! For a phone I don’t even have! I am appalled and disappointed in this treatment for being such a loyal customer. If anyone ever asks me to recommend a phone company I will definitely be mentioning Vodafone as an ABSOLUTE NO. Also to Vodafone’s disadvantage now, I’m a social media influencer with lots of followers And as my issue has not been resolved, I will be broadcasting my dissatisfaction of Vodafone.

They cannot even solve the most basic of problems. This is the worst online experience I have ever had. Don’t waste your time with trying to solve a problem with Vodafone they don’t have the answers. Rubbish.

I am a Vodafone customer since 2 years now. , Oct last week I ordered a pixel 4 phone with a chat agent online. It almost took 2 hours to buy it. But I bought it anyways as u also want the hp Chromebook deal. Later I came to know that csa had added that phone on an extra line. I was getting charged twice without any notice. When I called back again, I repeated myself to have just one line, the customer agent forwarded me to a sales agent who gaveme a shiny new deal with unlimited text, minutes and data. I told him that I want only one line and accepted the deal. Later I came to know that he did the same and got me two lines. Looks like these csa/sales agents care about bonus they get and not care about what customer wants. I went to a Vodafone store and cancelled all my previous lines and took an upgraded plan with a new pixel on 4 th Nov. By this time, my Chromebook deal was gone. I called the customer service to enquire if I can get my Chromebook deal in any way. They told I can get the deal by using the details of my previous order which will be mailed to me in next 3 days. I waited for 5 days but did not get any mail. I called again and I was told that I cannot get purchase order details of my previous phone. Hence I lost my Hp Chromebook deal. Very disappointed with this experience.
