Vodafone has realy bad customer service skills I have a pay monthly sim only deal I rang Vodafone to explain that I was going away for 16 days to Thailand so I wanted to no how much my charges would be they told me I would be charged £5 a day for calls text and data it was a shock but I needed my phone to contact home so I needed my phone 4 days into my holiday my phone has no service no texts no data I used my hotels internet to contact Vodafone’s 24/7 customer messaging service and after them telling me my bill was unusually high they had stopped my services yes after me contacting them before I went and letting them no I was going away and finding out what I would be charged yes they cut me off no call Or text email nothing just cut my services what a joke ov a company stuff you Vodafone

Been passed about from one department to next billing compenty song say u own money when no such thing not taking direct debit. I been customer many years but service I received is terribly

Extremely rude staff at my local Blackpool store. Why do people with no social skills whatsoever work in a customer led environment?

I cancelled my 3 contract and joined Vodafone. It was the best decision I've made. Excellent reception I can use my mobile in more places. Even in some town centres 3 didn't have a signal. Customer service is excellent, my number was ported on time, and customer service staff have been friendly and competent.

Loyal customer for 10 years but only offered deals worse than those for new customers! Where is the reward for loyalty in that? They deserve zero stars!

Avoid like the plague. They lied to me about my contract and I now have an unexpected bill of £118 after switching phones. I would have gladly paid an extra £7 a month for unlimited calls, instead they told me I had unlimited calls, I have a charge of £83 because they only gave me 500min. After 14 years of loyal custom with Vodafone this is the last 2 years of my custom they'll ever have.

Should be an option for NO STARS! Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Not one single advisor Is helpful and they are extremely rude and do not even listen to what you are saying. I had to spell my name a thousand times to every single advisor. I mean my name is LEE. 3 characters two of which are the same and I even spelt this using phonetic alphabet but it still took 10 attempts per advisor before they can understand what my name was!! If they cannot understand a name with 3 characters there's no hope for them actually resolving the issue you are calling with. I was given a default on my credit report which I had no knowledge of and when I called Vodafone all I was told was that there is nothing they can do as there is no record and unless I given them a telephone number or account number which relates to this default they won't help me. How can they expect me to give details for an account I wasn't even aware of!! If Vodafone issued customers with defaults it should be their responsibility to beable to provide the customer details of this account and details of the default! If the account doesn't exist then this is a false credit report! I cannot get a mortgage and I am effected financially from Vodafones error and due to their unprofessional staff and shocking record system I am basically being told theres nothing I can do about it! Numerous advisors didn't know how to help so just placed me on hold for 20+ minutes hoping the problem/customer would go away and hang up and then I would just be transferred to someone else who had no idea I had been transferred! An advisor who did this was names SARAH, it is extremely rude and if you are unable to help a customer you should explain you cannot help them and that you will transfer to someone that should beable to. Also I was promised endless call backs which never happened. An advisor called Marwa stated she would check with credit team and call me back next day at 1pm and I even said to her are you sure as I've heard this before and her words were 'yes I will definitely call you tomorrow at 1pm' but yet again she never called. DISGUSTING company and I do not know how you are even still trading. I have heard endless people complain about Vodafone and not had one positive feedback. I have wrote a letter to Credit File team and Complaints department and I expect my issue to me resolved immediately or I will be forced to take further action!!!

I joined Vodafone because I need a phone I’m phone company for the duration of my holiday. This is the worst most annoying phone service I have ever had. A billion texts a day asking me to top up, or here’s a new deal, or blah blah blah. STOP! No one needs this and I’m not going to buy something just because you tell me to. I’m less likely to do it to be honest. It also requires you to either update your software or download settings to use data. Like what?! No phone company has ever had that happen to me before. Even Vodafone in my country has good enough tech to just do this automatically. This is ridiculous. Updating my phone should not impact on your ability to provide me with data. It took an age to buy a data yesterday bundle yesterday. I’m talking hours. Topped up via phone call and credit card, which took far too long and tried to up sell three times, got a confirmation text of balance, tried to buy the desired bundle which was mentioned in the confirmation text, got told I didn’t have credit, checked credit, was correct amount, tried to buy the desired bundle, got told I didn’t have credit, repeat over and again. I literally cannot wait until I am home just so I can use my normal provider who only sends confirmation of top ups and has never tried to up sell me. Like a proper phone company should. Get your act together Vodafone.

I actually had bad experience with Vodafone before and I was thinking to change my operator. But today I make a call to pay my bill and I had the pleasure with such a lovely person his name is Mustafa and seriously he make my day. So friendly kind with a good since of humor. He solve an issue that I had 2 months ago. I really hope that I would had a pleasure to speak with him again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Taken me over a month with endless calls to do a transfer of ownership. The call centre worker says that the change has been made and that they will send me my new account details but they never arrive and the change remains unmade.

I have contacted Vodafone for having issues with my prepaid number. Dec 06th is the first time I contacted the team on FB since that day they are just replying by writing a single line " Someone from our team will call you shortly with an update", I don't know what these guys are doing in the backend to help me out, as I am getting no help at all. Tim, Hima, Amit, Arun, Puneet, Neha, Alex, are you guys really working on my issue or just making fun of it on FB messenger.I have seen, Vodafone is not at all bothered whether the customer is really happy using their services or not. I must say, you have a such a bad Customer service, all representative sitting in the Customer services center are pathetic in their dealing with customers.

What a pathetic customer service. I have now been without my Vodafone landline for 6 days with no word when it will be fixed. The customer service does not exist. Have phoned them numerous times to be palmed off. This is a business line now off for 6 days 2 weeks before Christmas. The phone line is dead- as if we have closed down - and you know what? They cannot even divert the incoming calls to my mobile or set up an answer phone message. Custom user Ice is worse than useless and has cost my company a lot this week and still not fixed!!!

Customer service is next to non existent, they are expensive they keep adding things onto the bill that no one even accepted. I would honestly rather change my mobile carrier to another company after been with them for over 13 years it's just been a down ward spiral.

Was told by Vodafone I would get a call back after they had listened to my conversation of them admitting I was owed back money. They obviously did not call back as they hate giving back dues to customers who have been loyal since 2005

When it comes to refunding money that they have honoured due to a mistake on their side they lose all recorded conversations and make up fake notes about the conversations that took place. They have robbed me for approximately £450 two years ago and another £250 this year. Steal of a network.

The worst experience with customer service. I cannot recommend it to anyone. I was mistreated and misinformed by 7 our of 9 agents. Such a poor customer service coming from such a big company.

Terrible company lacking in all departments. Their online chat is terrible (You will be on it 3 hours before you speak to anyone). A tip: If on online chat ask them for a letter of deadlock (a manager seems to come on when you do that to save you about 2 hours). Their telephone line is just as bad. NEVER EVER GOING WITH VODAFONE AGAIN!

Nightmare to give notice on 4 letters later and 16 phone calls later finally my service will be terminated ! Has taken a long time and been very stressful I will be glad when next week comes and hope it is disconnected and no more bills Glad I went back to my old phone provider I know I won't have problems with them !

Giving them 1 star as there is no option to give 0 star..Pathetic service by Vodafone UK... Called for upgrading my contract.. call connected immediately... the agent offered my the options which were not matching the deals that I saw on the internet... so I asked for my PUK code.. he said he will transfer me to Cancellation department... then the call got disconnected... I called them again but this time called their cancellations department.. It said the wait is between 40 and 60 mins... been waiting for close to 1 hr and 30 mins now and still no one attended the call.... I am very surprised that they are interested in only in new customer and not their existing customers who are planning to leave.... I will definitely not recommend vodafone to any of my friends...
