can't stress enough how much I hate this company. The stress and lies that have lead to me being furious. Days waiting in for a new phone to arrive. Countless days taking time off work and more promises that this time it will be dealt with. My daughters phone was due to be transferred over from pay as you go to the contract taking her old number. Still waiting months later. Paying both contracts in the process. We are told by each person that this time it will be done!!!! Really???? When??? We are still waiting!!! ???????????? Have been with them 10 years. Nice that they treat us like this. The story goes on and on. Hours and hours of calls and call backs that don't happen. Even had another sales person tying to renew the contract from another sales person and starting again. Telling me it's not a new contract and cancelling the already long awaited phone that still hasn't arrived months later ????

cannot get a loan or mortgage thanks to this company. Followed cancellation procedure, was told my account would be cancelled and nothing more to pay, great I thought. Cancelled DD and moved house, 1 year later I applied for a loan and was rejected, checked credit score and my account had been on default for a year! Called and paid and asked why they didnt call or email me, was told they had sent letters but I told them I was moving! that was why I was cancelling! The didn't care at all. Said I had no proof of what the agent said and my credit score is now ruined for years.

Vodafone always charge their customers extra money, if your contract is £30.99 a month they'll charge you over £50 each month. It's the worst company to be In a contract with. Their customer service is so poor! Their agents will talk over consumers. Due to the experience I have had with Vodafone for the last 7 months since I joined them I have been utterly disappointed and shocked at the bills I have been receiving. I spoke to a lady called Lilly today and she was so rude to me didn't help me out at all! Spoke over me and the customer service was really bad! I have decided to cancel my contract due to this and having to pay a ridiculous amount each month for my contract!

Vodafone promised to deliver my SIM card on three different dates and failed to do so each time. They appear to be deliberately misleading customers or lying to them. The customer service people do not appear to be adequately trained and do not seem to really listen to what the issues are. Worst ever customer service.

How can a company as big as Vodafone make something as simple as answering bill payment questions so difficult to understand. I have been disconnected several times even though I have proof that the bills paid and when I ring them up its like its my fault and they don't want to listen. Maybe time to change to a new network if things don't improve.

unbelievably bad!! i have never encountered customer service like vodafone, you can spend hours on the phone, speaking to loads of different people, explaining your problem again and again because they dont take notes, only to get hung up on, or lied to. i have been trying to cancel a phone number for over a month now, keep being told it has been dealt with, only to find out that number is still active. they overcharge you, lie to you and waste your time. for gods sake dont take out a contract with vodafone - you will regret it!

Regret, sums my feelings on Vodafone. I should have stayed well away. If you are reading this and are asking yourself whether you want to get in a contract with Vodafone, bloody Don't! All you're going to get is charges left right and centre, rude customers service and a expensive bill every month. You've been warned.

Got my new phone galaxy S7 on Monday of this week but no sim card enclosed with itwas told would be with me Thurs or Fri at the latest and still not got it phoned customer services and they said would be Monday now before I get a simple for my new phone I asked if it could be sent out special delivery was told no asked to speak to a manager was told he wasn't there I have been with Vodafone for 9 whole loyal years and this is the time of service I receive .so Vodafone my question to you is what you gonna do about it?

Im giving Vodaphone one star for actually managing to deliver my phone. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE! When you contact their customer services you either get left waiting for 20-30 minuytes until someone answers the phone, or you deal online via their website, this isnt being racist-but is their call centre in the Uk,? With all my dealings I speak to some foreighn sounding person (4 times) none seem to be able to comprehend English. Phone nearly got sent to an old address after the advisor told me "it dosnt matter", then luckily spotting the error another disinterested advisor basically said "so-sort it yourself"-I told him it was THEIR error, and THEIR job to fix it. The phone arrived with no paperwork apart from a packing slip, or to tell me the sim needed activating even though it was an upgrade. To top it off the sim card tray flew out and I lost it, another advisor apologised for the list of errors as I had put a complaint in, and promised to send me one out in 24 hours, 5 days later you can guess the rest. So I have a phone I cant use and tied into a two year contract for it-never again.

The worse ever. Overcharger my bill in February, March and April. And every time I call The customer service they saying will get my money back within 7 days then 24hrs. Rang them up today again as Im still waiting for my money and and been told I have to pay today my bill due for the 21/05 fo them to then refund me the difference. Its a joke. I said no. Just a week and then I will cancel my contract with Vodaphone.

I am a property manager and one of my clients who lives abroad ask me if I could pay his Vodafone bills. He asked that his bills be sent to me. Vodafone has stopped sending me his bills and when I went to your shop to ask them to reinstall the paper bills they would not want to talk to me invoking the data protection act and other such crap. I showed them that the address was the same on my bills and on my clients bills but they would not budge. The bills have been unpaid for the past six months and I can't seem to get Vodafone to move in any direction with regard to this matter. Customers services would not respond either. I am going to the ombudsman to complain and expose Vodafone for what a customer unfriendly company you are. My client's phone is probably cut off now and he will very annoyed when he comes to London next and can' use his phone. For your information my phone number is 07798 700265

Asked to stop constant text messages for very specific reason - said unable to stop messages and increased number sent! Demanded refund which they agreed and immediately removed all funds from account so unable to use phone at all. Did not tell me they had removed funds and now claim they are unable to refund. So no agreed refund and no funds restored to account. Wonder what they are doing with my money.

Constant direct debit mistakes resulted in then cutting me off 4 months in a row (I run my own business). Their response to my complaint was literally non existent! Rang today and spoke to five people, one after the other over an 80 minute period and got nowhere! All I want to do is cancel my contract with them because they have not been able to fulfill their promises. Nobody you speak to has any authority to action anything so they have pointless jobs!

I bought an Ipad pro and I asked to be delivered at store, but guess what happen when I went to store to collect it.... they lost it. and they said there is nothing they can do about till they find out where the iPad is. Now I have no money and no Ipad.

Intially stopped by NHS discount after 14months stating it was due to a new computer system introduced by Vodafone during August 2015. Informed by Vodafone to reapply for discount, this was rejected as it was not a new account. My complaints by letter was ignored by Vodafone. Vodafone promised me a refund but this never happened. Staff telling me something different each time I called to.complain. I will be giving 30days notice on the account during June 2016 and will be leaving Vodafone.

Wasted an afternoon going round in circles trying to access my account online. Simply needed to register my phone in my name rather than my husbands. Had 3 conversations, 2 temporary log-in details,neither of which worked. I'm now resolved to leave Vodafone after being with them nearly 10 years. I don't often complain but this was the worst customer service I've experienced in a long, long time.

If you thinking of getting a mobile phone for your son or daughter, go anywhere else but Vodafone, we did this and when my son was 18 year in July, I transfer it and put it in his name. Then Unknown to me, he didn't pass the credit checks so they told us by text not a letter to me a text to the number(my sons number not my number) and cut him off as all the direct debits had stopped when we transfer ownership. I then in November, I got a bill and have been blacklisted, this company is a joke, my son has not used the phone since August but we have been charged until this may. I will never use Vodafone again.
