Being one of the people who are self isolating and reliant on home deliveries my wife and I shop around for available slots. Our last one was Waitrose and generally good as they go but I must say the driver was exceptionally good. To achieve variety we pick from the limited stock offered and whilst "customer service is effectively non-existant and websites to complain do not seem to work there is one product that we both think is so bad as to defy description. That is The Coconut Collaborative Banoffee Little Pots. Little is an understatement, miniscule four teaspoons full would be more accurate. No refined sugars seems to mean that they are unrefined. Now the taste that is the biggest challenge to describe. It is reminiscent of school chemistry lessons and a more artificially tasting compound I feel would be hard to find . I am thankful that they are small, less to throw away. If you value your taste buds avoid at all costs. great shame I cannot find a route on line that works to make Waitrose collect them and dispose of them safely.

I managed to book a food delivery for me and my neighbour ( ages 70 and 95). We’d had the order booked for 2 weeks and needed the delivery. On the day order due I-received an email saying order cancelled. They offered 15 pounds if I rebooked before Feb 1 ( impossible as deliveries like gold dust) and a phone number I could call that turned out not to work. I contacted Customer Service to say J needed the delivery and even if I had to wait a couple of weeks to please deliver. I was very very rudely told there would be no delivery, that cancelled meant cancelled and I’d just have to look for another slot. The offensiveness and lack of help was mind blowing. A truly bad experience.

Thank you Waitrose Wimborne you are the only supermarket or shop as far as I am aware in the area who have kept hand sanitizers available to use as you enter the shop and kept with the one way system around the store. Full marks for health and safety of customer and staff.

My husband spotted your jewelled orange fruitcake. We have just had a piece each - absolutely gorgeous, and the cake base was unusual in that it was not the heavy fruited Christmas cake we normally have. Will certainly buy it again in fact, might even check if there are any left over in store!

I bought a whole salmon. When i asked for itr to be cut into steaks the assistant assumed i wanted one.And said she couldnt, when said no ineed a whole salmon she said .it will take at least 20mins. but she failed to weigh it and tell me how much it would be.. I was so upset because i was dressed in muddy clothes (dog Handling) and Her first response was uncomfortable for me. so i left her to prepare the salmon. When i bought the salmon I was shocked at the price, it was 3 times the price of Sainsburys last 4 salmons i have bought. I took it to the cashout and paid for it . But will not buy salmon from Waitrose again.

I bought a turkey breast for Christmas which had absolutely no taste to it. It was a small one suitable for 4 people, costing £25. I realise that smaller ones have less taste, but didn’t expect it to be totally tasteless. Why sell this size if you can’t do better than this. It ruined our Christmas meal.

I love the Waitrose partners model, the products in store, but their delivery (from Finchley) is really lacking. This Christmas, ordered their Christmas products, on their special slot with 1+ month in advance, just to find them missing upon delivery (how is this possible?). Even with other orders done, there would always be products missing (so different than ocado), not to mention their replacements (eg. type of rice by another type of rice completely different -- yes, not all rices are the same). Shame, really good supermarket otherwise.

Stratford upon Avon Branch Dec 14, when I. Complained about broccoli being yellow I was given a lecture on Oxidation and told I was rude and should shop elsewhere and should apologise. It’s not my fault The Partners aren’t getting a bonus . We Have 2 M & S stores nearby so Who needs nasty service at Waitrose

I would have put no stars. My mums beautiful bouquet looked like the photo. I buy better flowers for £5 from Aldi. Disappointed isn’t the word. Disgusting.

I have tried many times to get an online delivery to no avail even though I am elderly and part disabled. I can only get rapid Waitrose which is limited or go to the store for home delivery. Also I like duchy non homogenised milk but can only get it in litres which is heavy and some goes off before I can use it. Several other items have been discontinued ie Twinings loose Assam tea which I bought for years. Unhappy customer

COVID secure... I think NOT! Waitrose & Partners Hove: The worst shopping experience at Waitrose this week. We normally shop at Waitrose Brighton with pleasure and feeling safe. This week we decided to go to Waitrose Hove well never again! 9.45am NO security controlling the entrance, a mass of people at the vegetable counter, we counted 6 members on the aisles WITHOUT any PPE at all (they can't all be exempted!), 2 members of staff on the food counter wearing masks on their chins! Then the management has put a pile of newspaper at the checkout counters , given their clients NO space to pack, we had to pack on the floor. We mentioned it to the cashier who replied with a nasty attitude that it was for her protection and the other cashiers which make NO sense what so ever when the other Waitrose do not. Waitrose & Partners Hove you have a LOT of catching to do with making your shop covid secure and drop the attitude and be professional! You are a real shame to the Waitrose chain.

Hello.. Just like to say, a Big thank you, to three of your employees. Vincent, Joela, and Sandra. At your Belgravia store. They have been most helpful. Vincent with the order of the wines, and the girls, with the shopping. Thank you. XXX
