I love sushi, recently I was recommended sushi from Waitrose as a cheaper alternative but I found the rice very vinegary and overpowering I purchased from two different Waitrose and the result was the same, I gave some of it to the friend who recommended and they told me it tasted differently to before, unfortunately I am disappointed.

Your granary loaves used to be really soft and chewy texture - what's gone wrong? They are now impossible to cut without the outside crust falling to bits. Look on the shelf - they are inevitably showing signs of the crust separating from the rest of the loaf before they've even been handled. Also now dry and like cardboard when toasted - shame - will not be buying again.

Really great customer service here. Slightly limited product range compared to the larger Tesco stores, but you will always find what you want

Bedford waitrose café... Could not make me happy, because they could not supply a toasted hot cross bun with our tea and coffees this morning. Why? They sold out. When asked could they not get some from the shop floor, the reply was we are not allowed even though they are the same hot cross bins. Shabby waitrose and revenue lost!

I have a weekly order delivered. The delivery is always on time or even earlier if it is convenient. All the delivery drivers are very pleasant and friendly. The only negative is that not all the items are available and usually at least 3 items or more are not delivered even though they are available online.

I have visited Waitrose in South Harrow on Friday 05/04/19. The staff is always so helpful there. However I would like say a special Thank you to Aki from the Bread Counter. I absolutely love olive ficelle rolls, however they are always sold out. When I asked Aki if there are any left, he said no however he said that he would check the freezer, to my surprise. He found some in the freezer and kindly baked it for me in 10 minutes. Now if this isn't a fantastic customer service I don't know what is! Aki thank you for your amazing customer service and going the extra mile. You have made my weekend.

I'd like to comment on Waitrose 1 Perfectly Fruited Hot Cross Buns. In the absence of any other traditional hot cross buns in stock, I bought these, unnecessarily larger/two in a packet hot cross buns. Normally it is hard to go wrong with the traditional ones. However, these buns are severely lacking in fruit - is that perfectly fruited? - and very, very dry, with a nasty flavour. I will certainly not be buying again.

Good choice of vegetables I can’t find at the other major supermarkets. Worth paying slightly more for better quality. Also they always discount food stuffs near their best before or use by dates.

Why do you expect everyone to drink your free coffee on the move. I am disabled and find this idea discriminates against me. Also when I used the cup you have nsisted on providing it had a small hole at the top which allowed the coffee to spill out. I have cataracts in both eyes which are unfortunately inoperable due to my medical condition which could result in haemorage behind the eyes. My complaint is that when the coffee spilt on the floor I did not see it and was called a bloody nuisance by your staff . I spoke to your manager and the matter was resolved but I now have no alternative but to pay for my coffee at the restaurant. I am not poor and this is not a hardship but the principle is still irksome that your rules do not consider the needs of the disabled who cannot carry things around with them. A very disgruntled Waitrose shopper. My card number is 9210170778129237 and I am a good customer of Waitrose as is my daughter. I do think you should consider your policy's effect on the disabled. Yours sincerely, Mr C R Morris

I will travel an extra few miles so that I can shop at Waitrose. I have shopped at all supermarkets and find that fresh fruit and veg, when purchased at Waitrose, lasts longer. I think Waitrose tends to buy produce that is more fresh, which is why it lasts longer. I can get more obscure foods from Waitrose too, whereas other stores don’t tend to have it. Really liking the Waitrose own cleaning product range ‘Ecologocal’ - cheap, cleans brilliantly and plant based so it’s biodegradable. Customer service is always excellent. It’s my one stop shop, go to store for quality and all in all, an enjoyable shopping experience. Thank you Waitrose. I’ll be back.

I bought a punnet of fresh Waitrose raspberries. I started picking at them until I found a dead fly lurking underneath one of the raspberries. I contacted Waitrose customer service, after saying that they would investigate they took nearly 4 weeks to get back to me, only to say that they can't tell at what stage the fly got inside the box, as though that makes any difference! Flies, alive or dead, carry pathogens which, when they come into contact with food which is then ingested, can have devastating consequences on your health. No excuse!
