“I found that dealing with Warrantywise from initial contact to purchase of an extended warranty was excellent. Everyone I spoke to were most helpful, whilst the price was very competitive. Excellent service and I would have no hesitation recommending to other potential buyers.”

“We were offered a warranty by the dealer, but it seemed expensive. Very pleased with the level of cover that Warrantywise provide, even for cars with relatively high mileage. Great customer service too.”

“Excellent way to get an extended warranty on your vehicle. As long as you have it serviced on time, and it is kept in good condition, by a registered garage, you don't have to have the vehicle serviced by an expensive franchise garage. Also like that you can pay monthly payments with no interest. Obviously there will come a time when you have to consider the benefit of an extended warranty against the age of the vehicle but you can decide level of cover and excess. I recommend that you check it out and decide what level of cover you need. Phone call to them was dealt with efficency and friendliness by Jessica. Thank you.”

“Based on the initial customer service sorting out an appropriate policy for me was excellent and non-pressured, however the proof in the pudding will be if I need to make a claim in the next 12 months. Hopefully not, but time will tell.”

“On my original inquiry I was surprised to receive a follow up phone call after as I had requested email communication. However the operator was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions immediately. The quote given was slightly higher than some others but the cover was better. Sadly illness meant I was unable to accept that quote in time and it expired. However a very good new quote at Christmas was accepted and all done on line easily. More to follow if I ever have to make a claim. Update: Sadly as my car was a Cat S write off admin decided that it broke their rules being a major write off. As I understood it was slight structural repairable damage but not economical. I did in fact query this on my original enquiry and the young lady went and checked and said it would be ok but obviously their admin felt differently so sadly no warranty. Payment was returned promptly so I would still highly recommend this compny.”

“A very reactive company to deal with from day 1. They helped me with buying my warranty, as you would hope and with quick advice dropped my cost. A quick phone call after purchase added my VIN number. The customer service group, based in Lancashire, are very easy to deal with and I have great confidence in them dealing with anything that comes up. A good product with simple English explanations, a good price and good support.”

“I am a returning happy customer. I had previously had a Volvo covered with Warrantywise for three years during which I made one reasonably large claim which was not only paid without quibble but also the administration was all handled between Warrantywise and the Volvo garage. Completely hassle free. My new car has come to the end of the manufacturers warranty and I have just covered it with Warrantywise. I got an initial quote online. The site was extremely clear and easy to complete. I followed up with a call to an extremely helpful (and patient) member of staff who tailored the quote to my exact needs which saved a chunk of money. He answered all my my, what I thought were, searching questions easily and clearly. He had met Quentin Willson on many occasions when he was in the office so QW is not just one of those figurehead ambassadors. All in all a very satisfactory experience despite parting with a sizeable sum of money. I am completely happy that it has been well spent and it has given me great peace of mind.”
