I would recommend that no one EVER buy ANYTHING from wayfair. I ordered a desk for my teen daughter for Christmas in early november which was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks, it has been 12 weeks now and no item, no refund. I have complained many times to their customer service email and still no one has been able to refund me or get a desk to me. This is a seller that will NOT make mistakes right. It feels like I have been robbed for hundreds of dollars by wayfair.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a solid oak TV cabinet through Wayfair, as the lead times where short. Unfortunately Wayfair have failed to deliver on 3 committed dates and now say the item is lost. This is not a stool or a plant pot. Its a huge piece of furniture! I have been back and forth between Wayfair and their courier, with each blaming each other. So now the icing on the cake is that I have to wait until their internal investigation has finished before I get a refund! A process that I frankly don't see as my problem, the furniture according to their courier has never been passed to them and Wayfair can't find it in their warehouse. But this means I cannot get a refund until they resolve it between them. Great customer service Wayfair, hold on to my money until you sort your internal processes...!

Terrible products on Wayfair. If you return an item they don't let you review it so they are a very bias website. Don't believe any of the product reviews on this site. They only let you review if you keep a product. Very poor quality of items for the price you pay. Shop around for better products/prices. Do not order from Wayfair.

Placed an order for a desk, told it was due to arrive by 13th Jan. still waiting and no-one at Wayfair has any clue where my order is. I apparently can’t cancel it as it is ‘preparing for despatch (it’s been showing this status for 2wks now) so they’ve taken my money but I have no desk and no answers as to when I will get a desk, but I can’t get my money back apparently. Robbing, clueless, incompetent idiots. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered the Amelia sideboard from Wayfair in October 2020 which is from a company called Tenzo in Sweden. I’m constantly having to get replacement items as they are damaged during shipping due to the shoddy packaging from Tenzo. Wayfair are not prepared to offer compensation for the hassle & shoddy service I’ve been receiving since. They have responsibility working with Tenzo & any other 3rd party company to ensure items are delivered to a satisfactory standard if they want to keep a good name for themselves!! I have ordered several items previously from Wayfair & have been pleased with the delivery & the product, but in this occasion they have let themselves down big time not offering any monetary compensation for the hassle I’m receiving to try & get the sideboard I really wanted.

1star is too much- please listen 1 star is too much for this company. I do not understand how they are rated 'great' on trustpilot. Will not be using wayfair again. Spent alot of money with wayfair on full bedroom furnitute set to have parts damaged and missing. This issue was raised with customer service who ordered parts to be redelivered. 4 weeks later missing parts turn up however, still damaged and parts still missing. Customer service shocking this time round and i am still waiting for my missing parts (I ordered early december). Been told by wayfair they cannot offer any good will compensation (they say this was taken out of the policy! No wonder because by the sounds of it you would be owing loads of people money) so, they have just reordered the parts again. Lets hope i eventually get what i paid for!!!! Also when the bedroom furniture did arrive and we started building the furniture that had all the parts, nothing was labled and the instructions are wrong. If you order from this company you are gambling. I have ordered a few items from this website and had more bad items than good. This is the last time i gamble and will not be ordering again

Two beds were ordered from Wayfair but fell apart. Wayfair agreed to refund the money but thats when the trouble started! I have been trying to get the refund for 6 months now and had constant excuses from them as to why the refund had not gone through. I spoke many, many times to customer service who tried to help but was not able to talk to any managers. Eventually I had to change the account the money was going to be paid back into as they said that would help, it didn't!! The last excuse they gave was that the IBAN code was incorrect so they were unable to do the refund. At this point I had had enough so decided to try through the small claims court. I filed with the courts to retrieve the money which was time consuming and cost £60 to do but the costs, if I won my case would be refunded along with interest. It eventually paid off any my refund has come through but not until the courts issued WAYFAIR with a CCJ against them. What was more surprising was the fact that the money came through without any issues of incorrect IBAN codes which tells me there was no problem to begin with just a stalling tactic to keep hold of money that they owed!! My advice to others is 1. DO NOT BUY FROM WAYFAIR 2 If you have already purchased and have any issue with a refund do not hesitate to involve the courts as it has paid off. WAYFAIR you should be ashamed of yourselves to expect to keep money that is owed to people.

They put an item they didn't have on sale, so I decided to wait for the company to get it back instock because it was a significant price difference compared to the other online websites. Once they sent me the alert that they got it back instock I went to purchese the item for the sale price , and during the check out process my screen times out and the price goes up to the same price the other websites had it for. I did call customer service immediately and they said the couldn't do anything because their policy states that prices are subject to change without notice. What really upset me is that dirty practice where they advertise an item they don't have significantly lower then the competition so a consumer doesn't buy it from them, and once they get it the company assumes that the consumer will likely buy it from their company.

Buyers please beware when ordering from Wayfair if when you come to return an item you do not have access to a printer to print off your return label! I ordered an item, which to be fair was unsuitable so my choice to return, but when I spoke to Customer Services they advised that it would be collected by UPS Courier, as I was unable to go out as I am self-isolating, I was told I would have to pay £8.32!!! for the courier to collect this and for the privilege of them printing a sticky label. I feel this amount of money is absolutely incredulous and I am being penalised for not having access to a printer. I accept that the delivery charge of £4.99 should stand but to charge me double to return an item is very poor customer relations particularly in the current climate! The nation is in the middle of a global pandemic and ordering things online is the safest medium right now - and of course companies must accept that colours/styles etc will differ from images portrayed on screen. I am sure Wayfair is capitalising on the whole Covid-19 situation, as are many other companies, but not charging such large return fees. Next are currently taking a view not to charge customers for returns for obvious reasons. Unfortunately,I do not feel I can order anything else from this company with any confidence if I have to return it without it potentially costing me an exorbitant amount. Come on Wayfair have some compassion tell customers all the facts on your fancy TV adverts and look at what you are charging for returns, surely you can see it is unfair!? Suppose it goes towards Lorraine Kelly's wages. Apologies but I am totally dissatisfied with the charges levied.

A bed was listed as in stock and would be delivered within two weeks. After a week or so I checked the order. The delivery date had increased by 6 weeks, no message advising this or to explain why. As key workers doing long hours relying on the mother in law for child care, this means my mother in law will be sleeping on an air mattress on the floor until we've sourced and took delivery of a new bed. Totally unacceptable, avoid. It also transpires 'in stock' essentially means they have the parts to build it in a factory, not (as anyone would expect) that the item is built and is ready to be shipped. And don't try reporting them to trading standards, they're based in the ROI! You'll need to call the European Consumer Centre on 01268886690.

They change the prices every other day. If you want something you need to get it ASAP. I wanted slip overs for approx. $100. The next day went to order them and they were $180. Called and the young man said that’s how it is and almost laughed about it. I had seven things in my cart and told him I will NEVER look at the wayfair website again. Called and spoke with a lovely, helpful lady. Told her the story, but never heard from Wayfair. I assure you everyone I Know will not order from them. Just being kind would have been nice!!!!!

They sell "autographed" guitars on their website that are clearly fake. I've been in the autograph business for almost 30 years now and not one of their "signed" guitars is legit. None are authenticated by a known company and will not be able to be. Beautifully framed but nice frame's are not worth $3000.00 plus. I've emailed them on this a number of time's but they don't care, as long as they are selling them and making money is all they care about. I would never do business with a company like this.

Shocking!!!!!! Ordered from wayfair, their courier then proceeded to send me daily messages to arrange a delivery and then cancel the delivery. Contacted Wayfair, never encountered such a level of disinterest. Was told to ignore the text and wait email confirmation, received this and then no show on delivery. Contacted wayfair again, they have no clue whats going on. They won't phone to speak to me, refuse to actively seek a solution. They are experts in fobbing off to a degree which indicates they have plenty of experience in saying "don't worry I'm sure it will turn up" which is what I was told on the online chat. The worst company I have ever had to deal with, and that is a pretty high bar these days.
