Delivered damaged and then said I wasn't around for a redelivery but made no effort to contact me! hopefully goes well for a third attempt

The online customer service is a disgrace. I ordered £350-400 worth of goods and I had all sorts of issues. I discovered a few weeks later that 1 product was damaged but when contacting Wickes customer service, they said I'd passed the 30 days in which to report a fault. Nowhere does it mention 30 days. I placed the order over the phone (no mention of 30 days) and I never got a receipt for my goods sent out to me (nothing in writing to mention 30 days). I spoke to my local store who knew nothing about 30 days and they said you have 6 months to bring anything back to store but your statutory rights are 12 months. I had to email the managing director to get my issue resolved. The online email address for queries/complaints is a total disgrace. They are slow to respond and are dismissive.

Poor customer service. Poor communication. No accountability nor transparency. This goes up to senior management level. Total disregard of their customer's plight. Wickes has left us with no cooking facilities for 2 months now and we have to wait 6 weeks for them to do remedial works to a botched kitchen installation by one of their best and trusted 'Wickes approved' installers and expected us to bear the costs of the repairs! After persistent phone calls and emails they have verbally agreed to start work on the 5th June. They have shown no concern nor empathy towards their consumers. Up to now we have recieved no formal letters or emails from them! Not even an apology! Called customer services today they don't even have a record of the complaint I filed witg them more than 2 weeks ago! Wickes have just lose a valued customer and I hope others will be more wary when they're taking their business to them.

3 bathroom refurbishments Not delivered 3 radiators, I loo, 2 cupboard doors, 2 cistern fronts, I tower cupboard, 1 piece of vital supporting structure Delivered faulty not discovered til installed I extractor fan, 1 electric shower, 1broken LED mirror Delivery problems New LED mirror delivered turned out to be a cupboard Bath panel had to be delivered 3 times Pieces missed off delivery had to be delivered at later date Planning faults No supporting bar for large glass partition between shower and loo; what I expected to be a mirror was a mirrored cupboard too big; Bi fold door to 2nd shower too big -whilst away (job now 1 week over) single door fitted -hits loo when opened. Door Had to be sourced and replaced Payed £140 for 2 ceilings to be Painted -at best first undercoat at worse rubbish job Expected times scale for completion 3-4 weeks Finished 61/2 weeks Job complete! Oh now water is coming through kitchen ceiling

Put a click and collect order in. It accepted payment. Got no confirmation.Tried again. Same thing. Accepted payment. 3rd time accepted but then said not enough stock despite having 1 on the list. Called 0330 and got charged despite Wickes website saying all providers will not charge but to check with provider anyway. YOU WILL BE CHARGED!!! The returns and refunds webpage gives an 0800 number - but then it says on calling this numbers is not only NOT IN USE but it gets a lot of calls. Great information but SO WHAT !!! It gets calls because it is STILL on their useless website. So the store I ordered it delivered to can also not help, so wasted time and petrol there too. Tried over a 3 day period. Their site goes into self protect mode and comes up with a 404 error then a 500 error then just not available as your IP address goes on the "naughty list". As with many suppliers - no better than they want to be.

Ordered some internal doors. They are cheap and look good but made from 100% chocolate. Custer service appalling. Will avoid next time.

I ordered some feather edge fencing, boards, gravel boards and Arris rails, they delivered the next day everything but the Arris rails stating they would following the next day, that was 3 months ago, I had to go through the furniture ombudsman and trading standards to get them to finally collect what they had delivered after asking for a refund, now I am having to go through my credit card company to get my money refunded, the contempt this com-any has for is customers seems to be limitless

I'm a regular customer of wickes Chadwellheath.i have always work going on as I'm in property Bussiness.i wanted to exchange few items which staff member was happy to do.than suddenly a very rude & bad manner gentleman came pointing his finger to me by raising his voleum( what a bad luck for wickes that he is the branch manager 'TONY MATTHEWS ' And what a shame for him he start telling me non stop things without even listening to me what the matters is or what I want .i don't know how he deserve this post where the person even don't know how to speak with customer.( or talk on side ) i haven't said a single word to him as the other staff members & customers were in que. I wish if there was a zero star option.will never recommend this store

Had an aggregate delivery incorrect stone delivered, already put down by gardener. Contacted store advised that it was TARMAC's fault as they supply Wickes. All they could offer was £50 store refund. Paud £135 PLUS 30 delivery FOR COTSWOLD CHIPPINGS AND DELIVERED MIXED FLINTS. Delivery sheet had not been checked by driver. May as well have purchased pea gravel less likley to puncture tyres.

What went right? Ordered 35 boxes of tiles online with a specified delivery date. The date came and went. Husband took a days holiday to be home to accept delivery. It didn't arrive. In the meantime no telephone call, text or email apologising and telling us why they had not been delivered. After three chase up calls being passed around and a fax to Hinckley store was lied to by the manager Frank saying they were coming out by courier the following day. They never arrived. Customer service is absolutely appalling. We still don't have our tiles and the manager is now ignoring all our calls. DONT USE WICKES UNLESS YOU CAN COLLECT YOUR GOODS FROM THE STORE AND YOU SEE THEM IN STOCK. Wouldn't even give them one star out of five but had to to write this review.

Ordered a bench that was stated to be in stock. But it wasn't - it took over 3 weeks to arrive. Tried contacting their customer services but they were next to useless - and told us to contact their suppliers. No - thats their job

I placed an order that was due to be delivered 8 days after placing the order. The order never came so after many atemps to contact the store I finally got through to be rudely told that half of my order was not in stock . I was then told that they would find out a delivery date and ring me back. Nobody did in fact I was told that twice after endless phone calls with rude staff I decided I wanted a refund I than rang continuesly for 3 hours having no answer from the store I had to drive over to get a refund . I will never shop in a wickes store again

I would like to thank Sahar for always serving me with a lovely warm smile and her polite manner . She always makes time to check up for stock never says no . I would also like to thank Rob for his helpful manner . I go to the Tottenham branch at least 1 or twice a week as I have properties . Thank them for me and thank you for employing great staff.

Had the right product and told me about the offer on it. Staff very helpful and product was cheapest for branded item in the shop, even cheaper than net prices.

Another good old British company gone to pot. The customer service is awful. They no longer want to serve you once you have paid for your goods. Even getting them to honour warranty is a big issue, with most correspondence ignored. I'd rather go without then to deal with these jerks EVER again. Another lifelong customer lost. Nice one wickes

I ordered a kitchen with wickes, parts were missing for our order, which was a pain to get a replacements. Then after about a year the kitchen just started to fall apart, paint coming off cupboards, cupboards sagging in the middle, hinges becoming loose resulting in me having it take the doors off! Ongoing complaint with wickes who think it's wear and tear of a kitchen which is ridiculous for opening and closing the doors! After a year of use! Shocking wickes! A kitchen should last at least 10years!

Customer service is awful, Staff would rather talk to each other, customers seem to be an inconvenience, every time I visit the store they stand around talking to each other. The time before about to weeks ago they were talking with each other and serving me at the same time,
