“Sent the wrong item. They were going to make me pay to return it. Had to pay again to reorder the correct item. After two weeks I received notice that it had been delayed and not yet shipped. I called to cancel the order and they would not do so saying I would need to return it when received. They notified me they received both returns but no refund more than a month later. Results of a call to them included them blaming me for not calling to request the refunds be processed and having the supervisor just hang up on me. I believe they are more scam than legitimate business. Would not recommend doing business with them.”
“They gave a arrival date I was able to track it it’s now been 14 days afterwards has still not received the product try to get a hold of them if you’re lucky they told me that they could resend it but I’d have to pay for the second time. I would never use this company again”

Customer service people are rude and disrespectful. With this company the customer is always wrong. After being a loyal customer for years I canceled my account due to this and being charged a late fee on a 0 balance account.”
“I returned items, they never notified me of a gift card I never received and why was it not credited to my Woman Within Comenity credit card it was purchased with? I made two minimum payments on time even though you my statement showed no return. When contacted four weeks after I sent the return they had no record of it but when i called six weeks and 2nd minimum payment I was told it was processed 13 days after I returned. Meanwhile they are charging a monthly interest charge on a balance I shouldn't have. And to make matters worse you can't talk to anyone and when you do they just connect to the same number you called to finally speak with them.”
“I should have read the reviews before I ordered with Woman Within. I am not going to deal with returns because it looks like a nightmare to get your money back. This will be the last time that I ever order from this company ... I should have known when I placed the order and did not get the discount that I was promised that I should have just canceled the whole order. I talked to customer service right after I placed the order and the gentleman told me that it was taking care of ... When I looked online the next day and it was not changed I called again and the 2nd agent told me that it was taken care of. So I get my order today and I am charged full price for something that was supposed to be 50% off ... Woman Within will never get another penny of mine again. I was totally deceived from the get go. My money spends anywhere and it definitely will not spend here anymore. And another thing when you order an item and it is on sale that doesn't mean every color coded item is on sale just bc it is a different color .... What a crock of you know what!”
“When I ordered my stuff from woman within it said I qualified for free shipping .I returned the items and paid my own shipping to return they still charged me $16.00 they said it was shipping and tax on shipping. Needless to say I will never order anything from this company again. I guess that's how they make their money because the sizes of what I ordered were not as they should be. Thanks for a scam.”
“Do not order from this company! I've ordered the last few years with no problems. The last year has been a nightmare! Order arrived late, tried to cancel it which they would not do, I immediately returned order and still have not been credited for the return! The return was received by them July 2! I have called the company at least, 25 times, always being directed to a different number! I am so irritated and can't believe a company treats shoppers like this.”
“Unlike many of the other reviews I only have positive things to say about WomanWithin. I live in New Zealand so rely on international shipping and receive my parcels usually within 3 weeks of confirming my purchases. I have never had a problem with shipping. I also like the range and variety of clothing on offer and have bought from swim suits, sleepwear, tops, bottoms and coats and jackets. Always top quality, the fit is as stated and I have never needed to return anything so can't comment on that part of WomanWithin. I would say to potential customers to buy one item initially to get a feel of how it all works a d build up from there. I now often purchase about 4 items per order. I am not receiving anything from WomanWithin for writing this review- I just wanted to balance out all the negative reviews as that has not been my experience.”

“I liked Women Within's products on Amazon so I thought I would order directly from the Women Within website - big mistake. Their products by the same name are different and inferior and their customer service is horrible. It took SIX WEEKS to receive three ordinary t-shirts and when I did, they were nothing like the t-shirts by the same name I'd received from Amazon. Their return policy is so ridiculously expensive that there's no point in returning them. I will never, ever shop from the Women Within website again. I just hope that unsubscribing with keep me from being barraged with their ridiculous emails. Shopping at the Women Within website has been a terrible experience from beginning to end.”
“They take forever to ship, back orders can’t be cancelled, and when they do arrive and you want to return anything they charge you $9.99!!!! Fir shipping. “If you buy clothing from woman within you will definitely need to return something as their clothes run really big. When you try to return it is when you lose your money. They will never give it back and when you call to complain they will talk and sound like it's fixed, but if you don't follow up to check your bank account you won't realize they never credited your account back. I don't know what they do with their own credit card, but with my regular visa account, they are crooks. Don't use this company.”
“Buyer beware! Was about to place my order when I realized that every item in my cart was not the correct sale price. I called to get help and I was told by the customer service rep that when my order processed the price would be adjusted. I have called 5 times spending over an hour each time trying to get my $35. credit. They never gave me a credit and said after it shipped it would be adjusted. It shipped and they still won't give me my credit. I got an email days later that said they are giving me a $12 gift card towards my next purchase. I am calling my credit card company to cancel. I would never by anything from them again. Also their sizing is all wrong. Nasty customer service who would not resolve issue.”

“Placed order on June 12 for two items, was informed by email both items on backorder. On June 25 one item said it was processing, called today July 1 to see why it hasn't shipped was told it was still processing give them 7-12 business days she couldn't give me an estimate on when it would ship. Second item backordered until August 20. These are items I want for summer not winter”
“If I could have given this company zero Stars I would. I ordered from them the first time 29 days ago. It took them 15 days just to pull my order and get it shipped. It shipped on the 16th of last month and FedEx now tells me it's in Christ Church New Zealand. I live in California. FedEx then told me the order is lost they don't know where it is so I called woman within and all they can tell me is to look at the tracking. Well the tracking by FedEx is wrong and has not been updated for 7 days! Half of the people that answer the phone it woman within have such a heavy accent that I cannot understand them. They keep telling me there's nothing that they can do because it's in FedEx's hands and FedEx keeps telling me to call and talk to the sender who is woman within. This is been a vicious circle tomorrow will be 30 days since I placed my order and I am completely fed up. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered.”
