Absolutely appalling service from start to finish on my initial order. I am a start up business and looked to WorkWearExpress.com to supply various items so as I could provide branded workwear for my launch of a food truck venture against a hard deadline. I ordered both printing and embroidery applied to examples of polo shirts, snap back caps, aprons and chef jackets. Over a period of some six weeks since the initial request, the first delivery was lost between them and their courier. After much conversation with the WorkWearExpress customer service team and its supervisory members, a second delivery was despatched and received a day later than the 'guaranteed' delivery date only to found to be incomplete. For a company who's packaging states to trust them on 'Price', 'Service' and 'Quality', don't believe everything you read!! I am now been told that I am facing further delays whilst chasing my refund.. Once my refund is received, I will not delay in investing those funds in their competition!

took over 3 weeks and still haven't arrived, they not contacted me to let me no why or how long its going to take, seeking money back via paypal bad company be warned

Terrible communication, account manager wouldn't respond to inquiries or P/O requests. Ordering items means e-mailing a P/O (which turns out to be a quote request even though prices are stated), then need to phone up the office (being on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes) to then place the order ?!?!?!

I never received my order. I've tried to track it down online, unsuccessfully. I've tried online chat support, they said they will ask for tracking info from the supervisor, and I never heard back from them. I also tried calling, was on hold for over 10 minutes without any response. I will contact my credit card company to cancel this billing. This is awful and unacceptable!

Bad service... Bad communication... Delays on my order. Gave them a 2nd chance as they already had my artwork.. Same again. Not impressed. Paid for express delivery, didn't get it for my first order. Requested a specific delivery date for my 2nd order.. Didn't get it.

Out of stock on selected sizes, changed sizes and confirmed deliver date. Contacted company on two further occasions to confirm delivery would be in time for my event. Even day before told pre 10:30 delivery. Failed to meet promises. Lovely customer telephone staff but no delivery to promise. Very disappointed.

This is a completely disgraceful Company who are potentially fraudulent. They take payment upfront, no one has a clue whats going on and over three weeks after promised delivery deadline, the goods have failed inspection; so 5 weeks from order still no goods. Are Workwear Express (pardon the pun - but its their name!) using advanced payment of the goods to as cash flow?? I am a genuine buyer representing a club, who have order over £1100 worth of Tshirts and I'm happy to give any one who wants to listen the full story on the farcical goings on. Wonder what Dom (Dont get done get Dom) would say about all of this. Yes I am one very disgruntled customer.

DO NOT USE!!! What an disorganised company to order from, I received un-logoed products even after speaking to the team prior to explain they had forgotten to put it on a previous order so wanted to ensure no problems this time, the order arrived 2 weeks later, it took a week for the wrong items to be picked up as the lady I spoke to had not logged a request with DPD and a month on I have just made a phone call to be told they would sort out an exchange for the trousers but they had a back log and then informed I had not ordered polo shirts and jacket with a logo when I had discussed it first then ticked the relevant boxes online the girl argued I had not ordered products with a logo!!!!! I shall take my business elsewhere, I would advise you do to if you are reading this review.......!

Tried emailing many times, called even more - always on a long queue and seem to get a different person each time. What a disaster! Lost trust in your ability to provide the claimed service. Wanted to give ZERO STARS but it is not allowed!! This is my second order with this company. The first order was very traumatic, endless e mails and phone calls trying to sort out everything. I eventually received the items weeks after I ordered them with the logo slightly off centre and the logo missing on the tie. I called them up about the tie but there was no apology or offer to replace. I accepted it without the logo. Apart from this, the products were excellent and the final embroidery good. 3 months later, I placed a new order with slight changes to the art work. I asked for silver instead of gold and remove one of the words as well as specifying I required a 5cm wide logo and not a 10cm wide logo as on my previous order. Eventually I received an e mail with the embroidery proof showing the logo from my first order. I replied straight away telling them clearly that the old logo should be cancelled from my account and all new logos were to be in the silver colour, with one word underneath and they are were all to be 5cm wide. A couple of days later, a new email arrived with the changes. The proof embroidery was spot on. Silver colour, one word underneath and 5.1cm wide. I said OK, go ahead, confirming again in writing that all logos were to be 5cm wide. 2 weeks later, I got another email asking me to confirm if I was happy with the proof as they were waiting for my reply. I wrote back immediately telling them I had already approved it and please send out the order. Eventually on 1 September, I received the order, Silver colour and one word underneath but an important part of the artwork was completely missing from the centre of the logo. (Despite the colour change, this is the same art work as my previous order and that one had the design in the centre) ALL of them are 10cm across (not 5cm), except the tie, which was surprisingly ok. (Except the centre design being missing). I rechecked the proof that was sent out and it is spot on so I have no idea what is going on. The stitching on several items was loose or missing in places and the backing material has been ripped off looking tatty. I have now written 3 emails and complained on their on line form but the have all been ignored. The only message I've received is from another department with my invoice, with no prices on it............ I give up, I will not be ordering from this company again and would strongly advise anyone considering ordering to read through the many similar complaints before paying any money. This company has good products and when they get it right the embroidery is beautiful but customer service is definitely not their strong point. Get it together WorkWear or you will be just another bust company statistic....

Shocking experience. Placed order 7/08/17, given potential delivery date of 15/08/17. Confirmed details with thier staff on 8/08/17 via email, subject to proof being sent out by artwork dept within 2/3 days. Chased this for over a week, finally received proof 5pm 16/08/17, no apology or explanation for delay and my numerous phone calls. I replied immediately to expedite order then called to be told artwork dept go home at 4:45pm, proofs are sent out last thing so order won't be processed until tomorrow! Chased next day to be told only now will they order the garments in ( I confirmed order sizes and quantities on 8th)!! So potentially more delay if items now not in stock with supplier. No further communication from WWX until DPD email for items to be delivered 23/08/17. Items arrived - WRONG image on garments!! A previous stored image and not what was proofed! Refund requested - yet to be received. Garments were for a promo show at London Excel. Now using clothes2order, they are expediting my order so I can meet a very tight deadline and at no additional cost to me. Be aware of the short comings of WWX. Their Art dept seem to have thier own criteria and as they are not customer facing quite happily make blunders and carry on regardless. Image left shows one received image right shows one approved This is the third review of the same issue, all previously not verified by thier staff!!! After replacing a repeat order, the logo printing was noticeable different than the first. The colours were different, more pixelated and even the shape of the logo was different, as if it had been stretched. I asked for the issue to be resolved, but Workwear Express denied there was anything wrong and refused to help.

After making my order was told a week later that my items were out of stock for 2 months, I asked for replacement items ? These were found and cost less than the original order, still no refund of the difference. When order arrived the embroidery was no where near straight and the back transfers were hanging off already. Once my order was finally replaced all my emails have been ignored. Very disappointed in Workwear Express

I ordered a tabard with a logo and recieved a plain one. When I called to point out the mistake the woman I spoke to was so unhelpful that I hung up leaving the issue unresolved. Will not use again!!

Placed an order and paid for it on 31/07/2017. Spoke to the online service as was concerned the order was going through without our company logo which we have always had embroidered on our uniforms by Workwear so they know we have company logos. The person I was communicating with said yes they would be on and that we would receive an email confirming this with an example. 2 days later we received all the sweatshirts and polo shirts but obviously due to speed of delivery they had no logo on. We returned them next day by DPD and were told they would turn the order around and we should have them within a week. As we had not received them by 21st August we chased them up and were told the person dealing with it had been on holiday for 2 weeks so nothing had been done. We were told on the 21st August that they would be pulled out of the warehouse and that someone would call us back that day and discuss. As no one called by the 24th August we rang them again to be told they had not been pulled out of the warehouse and they would do it immediately. Then we were charged another charge for the embroidery although we had been told the embroidery charge was included in our original order. So another £80.00 was being added and to top it all a delivery charge. This is the last time we will use Workwear Express.

Initial order had logo in wrong place despite artwork being correct - I was told Workwear Express couldn't understand why it had gone wrong. Subsequent order was late due to an internal misunderstanding within Workwear Express, I had to chase to establish what had gone wrong and why - I was told Workwear Express couldn't understand why it had gone wrong. I returned the initial order and requested a refund. I was sent a partial refund and when I phoned to question why I hadn't received a full refund, again I was told Workwear Express couldn't understand why I hadn't either but it would be sorted. I'm still waiting for a full refund. The customer service I have received from Workwear Express has been abysmal. I would never recommend Workwear Express and I'm unlikely to reuse them myself.

Really poor customer service and liaison from start to cancelling out order. Took 3 days for a reply to find they didn't answer the question about the order and the slightly helpful but unenthusiastic staff at the end of the phone weren't much help. Then two days before the order was expected they told me one size was out of stock and according to the person on the end of the phone they don't have any stock at the factory.. this was hard to believe when they offer 24 hour service! Do not reccomend unless you want to wait a year to get what you ordered

Placed my order, only to be told 3 weeks later after the delivery date that it was out of stock. I've asked for a refund but am yet to receive it and no reply to my emails. Shocking service!!
