I would highly recommend wrens, from my appointment with the showroom to the delivery of my kitchen, it was fantastic service. I was kept updated and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall 10/10 service

The quality of Wren's materials is high. We had a few post installation problems but the customer care is responsive and attending to them. Room for improvements: better coordination between the surveyor and the design team, most customers would like Wren to fully connect the services, eg. cooker, sink etc. That would be reassuring to the customers.

Excellent first rate service in store (even to the extent they sorted the car parking mine for us) and the fitters were of an excellent standard and fitted with minimal fuss.

Excellent service in store. Some issues during installation but quick response allowed for all problems to be resolved quickly and promptly

Good quality kitchen. Very disappointed with Wren kitchen service, Wrong size units delivered and when I called customer service I was told they will not change units because I signed the contract. I went to Wren kitchen show room, the designer admitted Wrong size units were delivered because they couldn’t supply the measurements I requested for due to safety, this was not explained to me when she was designing the kitchen. It appears Wren Kitchen have the habit of blaming customers. I feel staff are bullied to give customers wrong information. Nottingham branch.

A nightmare that is still in progress. Zero management, poor communication, job unfinished, no tap or sink (not even temporary one) and left with no resolution. No washing machine (week 7 and counting). Delivery of quartz to wrong depot THREE times. Poorly designed e.g. Sink doesn't fit. Once the sale is complete no care at all. Avoid unless you are looking for stress, expense and like having to kitchen or washing machine indefinitely.

incorrect units delivered, we were blamed for this despite agreeing everything in the showroom and shown what we were to expect. Delay in sending out the correct units, been without a kitchen for 4 weeks now and again a part has not been delivered today as promised. Asked for details of the CEO of the company but were told details were on their website, the same customer care team we had already complained to. They ask for reviews and then ignore that we have had an issue.

WARNING - DO NOT USE WREN KITCHENS IF YOU ARE ORDERING A QUARTZ WORKTOP AS PART OF IT!! Wren has not completed our kitchen installation after 6 weeks of waiting. I am still waiting for quartz worktops after they failed to turn up twice and have actually lost them or just didn't bother to make them. Despite many phonecalls to chase this up through management - they will not tell me if they will be made or even installed. They have offered to cancel the worktops which is of no use to me after 6 weeks - I just want them installed. I have read many reviews from people who are experiencing the same problem with the company Wren uses - J Rotherham.

Firstly the service in the show room is good that’s the only good thing about this company. Arrival is average of the units. They came and they were damaged had to replace two units. The worktops are a nightmare. They sent two different companies out at the same time because they were so confused with who was doing it. The team who came out from J Rotherham’s were rude and condescending. Gave us a price for up-stands and we had to put for it immediately or they weren’t able to template it. This was contradicted by Wren. 7 days after templating we are still making calls to find out price and time frames for the fitting of the worktop. After all the hassle of this the guy said they would now give us a more accurate price instead of the £300 he said was a standard price. They are now saying they will be 20 days and won’t go into production until we have paid for the upstands. We have spent on average 4 hours to this company. Friday they told us we would have a price by Monday. The Monday has come and we have now been told we still have to wait a further 20 days for worktops and that we have to wait 48 hours for the price to be given to us even though they said it would be £300 today! It’s confusing and unprofessional. Also they scream about how their shelves in the cupboards trump their rivals, they don’t even sit in the holes! Absolutely disgusting when you have spent thousands on the kitchen! We are still no further this company is ridiculous, no one takes responsibility.

Beware of using bleach on your Wren kitchen. We bought a wren kitchen the Milano range, in February.2019, last month we notice discolouration, run marks on two panels, which must have occurred when steaming our tiled floor with diluted bleach, Wren have refused to replace under warranty, claiming bleach should not be used in the kitchen, refusing to accept that most kitchen products contain bleach, therefore the kitchen is not fit for purpose ( the kitchen is not soft furnishing). No caution is given using bleach products before purchase or advice after care. So be prepared to risk food poisoning to ensure your kitchen maintains its paint finish, and your warranty!!!!!!!!

Went to the Slough Branch to design and buy our kitchen. Here is a list of things you should be aware. - If you bought a car from a sales garage, this experience might feel similar. They use salesman tactics to get you signed up. Pay deposit. -They keep mentioning 15/20/25 year warranty. Although their warranty statement/document is pretty basic and vague. Doesn't detail what kind of warranty it covers. e.g accidental damage, defects, you can find it here by googling it should list out all the things it covers to fine detail. But it doesn't. I had to email several times to find out what it covers. and they responded by saying, paint peeling off or flaking is covered. That was it! When we raised issues with some defects door panels, they accused us of damaging it or it was caused by a vacuum cleaner. this was only a few weeks after delivery. The sheer arrogance. When you sit down to go through the options, the number of times they would negatively talk about their competitors was also disturbing. Wickes, B&Q, Howdens, all rubbish apparently according to them. My advice is to be armed and shop around before parting away with your deposit. Don't let them run the show. You are in control.

From walking into wren kitchens at the silverlink in wallsend everything fell into place and we were kept informed every step of the way with Anthony (designer) and Amy (surveyor). Week 1: removal of old kitchen arranged by the installation team comprising John Woods, Paul Hindmarsh and Hannah who also arranged for the bespoke furniture to be delivered on the Friday which indeed it did and on time by Jamie and Rod from Hull, smashing lads. 👏 Week 2: new kitchen to be installed but first the electricians Rob and Tony had to arrange the new electrics and Kevin the gas fitter also with the plumbing, fantastic guys thank you 👏 Then of course the creme de la creme we got the ‘A’ team of fItters Mark Roff and his sidekick John very hardworking lads who did a fantastic job of fitting the kitchen for which we are eternally grateful (we read such horror stories of how things go badly wrong) the were great lads (plus we enjoyed a little bit of Mark’s daughter’s birthday 🎂 cake mm yum 😋. A couple of doors needed replacing and were done pronto, impressive 👌 Then the big clear up when Clearabee came to pick up all the rubbish (great timekeepers turning up exactly when they said they would) effortlessly a big pat on the back all round. We would definitely recommend Wrens Kitchens only complaint is we didn’t get the chap on top of the lorry as per advert!!! 🤣🤣😀

How stressful! We are relieved that the kitchen is in and that we no longer have to deal with Wren on a daily basis. We were so excited and seemed reassured when visiting the showroom. We explained (Thought we had explained) exactly what we wanted - We wanted cupboard doors in our utility room to cover the washing machine, Dryer and boiler. The fitter came round for a 'pre fit'.. This was basically to re-measure what had already been measured, There was no mention about what height we had to have the plumbing or anything mentioned about the utility, however.. Being someone that hasn’t had a kitchen installed before, i wasn’t actually sure. Once the items were finally delivered and the installer came in we were told that the plumbing had to be moved and that I had to find a plumber before the next morning to do the job, after the stress (and additional cash) of this unexpected work the fitter tells me that he can do this for an additional £130.00 which we obviously had to go for due to time constraints. The cupboard/ More hidden costs – mentioned before in the utility room.. we obviously told them at the showroom what we wanted, assuming that it would be fitted (However that would be) However no frame/Materials where sent, basically to be told we had to pay £450.00 for a Wooden frame!!!!! And the frame wouldn’t of been the same colours etc as the doors. We asked for Wren to take the doors back as would rather pay a carpenter/not give them/the fitter any more money. Following on from this.. There are the little things that link up to complete the kitchen.. 1. No hole cut for the vent of the extractor fan. 2. No hole cut for the plug of extractor fan – leaving the electrician to hope for the best to find the socket. 3. No hole cut for the gas and electric – electrician had to move/cut the glue used to get the cupboard out to find the plug. Gas fitter had to then come in and guess where the pipes where. 4. Plinths fitted to untiled floor so would not go back in – fitter had to come back to cut these down. Customer service/lack of communication 1. Passing the blame on to anyone possible 2. Removing temporary worktops – being told it should be done by the fitter and then not 3. Being told that it was our fault for not mentioning the extra works in the utility If and when we ever have a kitchen done in the future.. I will be avoiding Wren at all costs!

Excellent and very professional from design to delivery. Nothing missing, had a couple of doors that were marked the customer service lady dealt with it professionally and replacements were with us next day. Excellent service. I am extremely fussy and Am very detailed in how I like things done, Wren plans were easy to follow and product perfect. My own fitters prefer Wren to any other suppliers because of their detail. Negative was that we had way more worktop delivered than required (2 lengths) but used elsewhere. Very happy customer. Thank you all at Wren

Once your left the store, it all goes to pot. Delivery would have been fine if the correct items were delivered, it took 3 different people from wren to come and measure before right size of cupboards were ordered again, two weeks later cupboards came and again wrong size sent, we now have to wait another week for wren to sort, on top of this (not told in store) worktop is outsourced to another company who can only come an measure when kitchen is in, first slot for measure 2 weeks then it’s 2 weeks after for instillation. Service from customer care has been appalling.

Lovely good quality kitchen but very poor service. Messed around with delivery dates, calls and emails ignored. Parts missing and had to wait weeks to get it all sorted with little support from anyone at wren. Wouldn’t recommend!

I ordered a complete kitchen and fitting service £25k plus from Bedford Showroom, although I raised concerns about Wren service I was assured by the lovely manager ( obviously a liar, and very good at it), that all is sorted with there customer service. To cut a very long story very short, First delivery and installation arrived on the confirmed date, however after 2 days of fitting part of the kitchen there were missing parts and damage to 68 parts. The template for quartz worktops was due the following week, however Rothmans Wrens supplier, were unable to send anyone, and not contactable by myself, Wren or the fitters. After a number of emails and tweets of which I got a standard automated response I decided to cancel the order if the worktops and requested a refund so I could purchase the worktops from elsewhere , the response from Wren was they only refund or compensate once I sign off that the kitchen is complete. I’m sure anyone reading this would understand the kitchen could not be completed unless I I had worktops installed. However this went on and on as no one at Wren has common sense. Any way move forward 15 months 13 visits by installers, many days off to accommodate, delivery, installation on collection of damaged parts and rubbish. We are down to only 12 outstanding damaged items, they were delivered on Friday (18/10/19). But hey ho could not be fitted as they were damaged. I could write every detail but I have a life and refuse to waste time on Wren, although I take great joy every week/month on social media advising everyone DO NOT BUY FROM WREN.

shocking company. DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN FROM THEM. I had a new kitchen delivered and I was asked what access was like to my property and I had requested they send one of their smaller vans. They sent a 7.5T Lorry to deliver it and it got stuck on my track. The Lorry was then towed out and it ripped and completely destroyed 65 meters of my road which is the only access to my house leaving me stranded at home. Wren have refused to contribute anything towards repairing the road they have destroyed and are denying all responsibility. They also should have sent a surveyor prior to delivery to measure up and they should also have made a note of what the access is like and this never happened. I am now left with repairs costing £4200 just so that I can get access to my house again. Please dont use wren. The units are very poor quality and expensive. I wish I used Magnet
