Kitchen was not installed according to the plan. There was supposed to be a gap between the washing machine and the wall, the appliance was installed flush to the wall, which does not allow me to remove the appliance without having to use force and potentially damaging the wall or the cabinet to the right of it. The cabinet to the right is the supporting part of the worktop junction between two parts, so if I damage that part I could risk breaking the worktop. I will have to break a wall to remove the appliance. Second, according to the installation instructions from the Neff dishwasher, the handles were fixed the wrong way around, which caused that now the screws are in a difficult place to access for removing the appliance. On top of that, the dishwasher should be flush to the worktop, and they left a gap between both. Third, the corner units should have a corner post that is missing, not installed. Customer services ignoring me.

Abismal quality and customer service. They're nice until you've signed the contract and they've got your money then they don't care. Their installation is done by a a contracted 3rd party so it's luck of the draw if you get a good one or not. Their complaints and claims procedure is a joke. Project management is nonexistent. Product is of low quality and shows wear after only a matter of weeks. No accountability for their shortcomings. Avoid this mess at all cost!

We had a Wren kitchen designed and installed by a Wren installer in early 2021. We went with Wren as we wanted the convenience of using the same company for the whole process. last year we started having an issue with the surround of the sink delaminating due to water ingress. Contacted Wren assuming that it would be a simple job and covered under the warranty that we had heard so much about during their sales pitch... nope. We were told that despite it appearing on the plans for the kitchen this was not covered by the warranty and we would need to contact the installer (who was provided by Wren). After many phonecalls we found out that the installer no longer worked for Wren and we had no coverage at all for his work. This was after numerous emails with incredibly defensive and unhelpful support staff. Wouldn't use or recommend Wren in the future simple due to their appalling after sales support.

Bought a pencil grey satin kitchen units from wren, absolutely rubbish quality, stains, watermark does not come off with soupy water, nothing works, i have contacted wren a few months ago they fobbed me off saying can't do anything it's just water marks, better of going to kitchenhaus they sell kitchens that don't mark or leave finger prints. So angry with wren. If they don't replace my units I will be contacting solicitors.

Horrible experience. Cheap quality. Horrible customer service experience. Measurements are totally off. They installed lot of fillers. Didn’t utilize the space well. Please don’t buy from Wren. My kitchen looked much smaller than before. My worst decision ever

From planning and paying we had a straightforward and professional service, then things went beyond dreadful thereafter.. missing a hob , was told to go buy one myself from b&q, they may re emberse me , said they would deliver a replacement hov and a washing machine arrived !! Still no hob. Was then told a delivery would be made today so we cancelled our weekend plans, low and behold , no delivery , again told to go buy one from b&q… a van arrived , no hob but to collect the washing machine that was meant for another family elsewhere. Total incompetence and attitude is not my problem mate… avoid at all costs if you value your mental health . Complaints sent and awaiting a resolution but dont hold out much hope sadly

Whatever you do please, please, PLEASE do not buy with Wren! It’s been one thing after another and from my experience, I’d warn everyone to steer clear for your own sake! We had a number of issues with cupboards being incorrectly measured (and having to fight for a free replacement), damage cupboards, stained cupboards, missing items and I think the cherry on top of the cake, when Wren came out to install my Quartz tops they damaged one of my front facing decorative panels, didn’t tell us and sneakily tried to cover it up - it’s been such an awful, disheartening and disappointing experience. They rifled through boxes to try and find the repair kit, opened and (really badly) tried to fix the area and now it’s just… well, there’s nothing I can do about it to fix the bodge job they’ve done. You pay SO much more money to go with Wren for their “quality” but they end up being the ones to damage your kitchen! I know this probably doesn’t happen to most people (we were clearly one of the very unlucky ones) but they just clearly aren’t this high quality brand that they present themselves to be. So many of my contractors warned me about using them, one even saying “can’t you try and get your deposit back” and I just WISH I had listened. Quite frankly, it’s the deceitfulness that does it for me. It would have been a totally different story if they’d have just been honest and open about this issue/damage. My recommendation would be to please do your research and go with a different kitchen manufacturer/company instead!

Do NOT BUY very poor kitchens Wrens sold a white gloss kitchen, purchased in February and installed in March, kitchen units have paint wearing away. Spoke to Heather from customer care team who said the paint wearing off was due to me. Then spoke to her manager Alex, who said he couldn't help me any further. I will be raising awareness on all the platforms I can possibly find. Go elsewhere with your money. I'm now taking them to court and also complaining to furniture ombudsman. But they have denied all responsibility and tried to sell replacement kitchen units, let alone replacements with installations. I asked for them to visit the flat to see the kitchen unit issues, they refuse to do this.

i purchased my kitchen June 3 2023 BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING WREN KITCHEN i purchased my kitchen June 3 2023, I still do not have a working kitchen. I get ignored, my emails passe3d on to different people... same question gets asked of me again and again with no resolution. Gordon (designer) was great. It ended there. I have paid in full. They sold me shelving that is unusable (will not refund) and I cannot get my kitchen finished. Thai is the worst experience I have ever had any where in the world. I just found a facebook page of all who are in same boat - SHOCKING! Date of experience: 03 June 2023

I would not under any circumstances advising purchasing a kitchen with Wren. We paid Wren £26,000 for our kitchen who in return have put us through hell. While the design staff at the store were excellent, the substance of our complaint is directed at Wren’s senior management team and their handling of issues with our installer who have since closed ranks and refuse to engage with us. We are in the process of initiating legal proceedings as a result. In summary: 1. We were saddled with a substandard installer (after the first two installers pulled out close to the work commencement date). Note they have different grades of installer from A-C – for anyone who is using Wren insist they supply you with a grade A installer. 2. The installer allocated to us was, we later learned, Grade C (we had no idea the standard between installers was not uniform). 3. As a result of the first two installers pulling out the third installer was allocated to us close to the work's commencement; as a result (and it has since transpired) he grossly overcharged us for certain supplemental works because he only provided his quotes a few days before the works were due to start. We had no choice but to agree. Turns out the amounts he quoted were 50% more expensive than the same works quoted by a “Grade A” installer. 4. The installer Wren provided us with has since been dismissed for misconduct following our complaint. They were also the subject of a police complaint we had to make for harassment and intimidation; among other things the installer demanded money from us for works he had not performed. 5. The installer damaged certain white goods in our kitchen which Wren is refusing to pay for on the basis that we did not purchase the white goods from them. 6. The relevant Wren staff at the time expressly told us they had issues with this installer and that our complaint was the “last straw”. Wren’s management however are now representing his dismissal was nothing to do with us. We were saddled with a woman called "Sue O’Rourke-Reel" an "operations manager" who refused to answer our telephone calls and told us over email it was necessary to keep everything in writing for clarity. A data subject access request revealed they had issued an internal instruction not to speak to on the phone. Unreal. 7. Wren misrepresented to us the effect of a signature on a document the purpose of which they told us was to activate the guarantees for the kitchen – in fact it was to certify the kitchen was complete (when it wasn’t) with the result that Barclays Finance paid out to Wren the full amount of the purchase price and the repayments started (this is how it works for anyone on finance). We lost all our leverage over Wren at this point and are bringing a separate regulatory complaint in this regard. Be really careful what Wren ask you to sign. 8. Another example of (7) was when the Area Manager Rodney Strowger effectively tried to procure our signature by fraud attended our house to investigate certain issues with the workmanship he asked us to sign “that he had taken the photos” of the issues. In fact what he was asking us to sign was a contractual waiver to say there are no further issues. He did not explain this to us. This is how they operate. 9. Likewise tried to escalate to a director Mark Pullan that they had appointed an unhinged man as our installer but my emails were ignored. You use Wren at your risk.

Purchased designed kitchen units at the cost of nearly £10000, got fitted in November 2022. After 10 months, the hinges on 4 doors came off. I emailed Wren, they said you can buy the double brackets with 4 screws to secure the hinges. We had to fix them by ourselves. Now nearly 18 months after, the doors started to bubble badly. I emailed Wren again, they said “this is due to excess moisture from normal cooking or cleaning products being left on the door for a long period that caused the rippling effects” My kitchen is 20 m2 and we clean by normal surface product with kitchen rolls??? When asked how can moisture sit on a door surface for long periods of time, they said they are not the one using the kitchen. Very rude and unhelpful customer services. Finally, they want me to pay £303.84 for 3 sets of door replacement and we have to fit them in ourselves. Please avoid at all costs!! The quality and customer services are a joke!

Wren designed my full kitchen adding everything i needed to my provisional order. This included additional accessories like bins for my island, sink cabinet caddy bins etc. following day the manager called jack called me and discounted me £1000 on a £13k kitchen which was a surprise to me and agreed the deal. Later I received my delivery discovering that things were missing. I then checked my order and they had removed items off my order on the little things i didn't even notice! The matching splash back was removed off the order but when we saw the 3D visuals they were clearly there. This is biggest scam iv seen and would not trust!! Avoid!! If you do finalise you order please check your order and every item as they will doing anything to force a sale with miselling. I now have to pay extra £1200 to buy this missing items! Absolutely unacceptable! Oldham branch!

My cupboard doors delaminated. The customer service was awful. All they wanted is for me to spend more money with them to rectify a problem that was of their making. Eventually they offered me some compensation, but I do not recommend Wren kitchens.

We had a wren kitchen fitted just before Christmas 2022. I was initially concerned about quality as it appeared poor but a friend assured us that they were happy with theirs. We are now almost 15 months post installation and the problems are appearing. About a week ago one of our cupboard doors didn’t close properly. When I opened it to look I saw that the screws holding the hinge to the carcass were loose. When I opened the door again to tighten the screws it fell off in my hand. Literally fell off onto the floor! I also noticed the same thing was happening to another door and that a decorative panel over our fridge had fallen off. I contacted Wren customer service and they ignored the decorative panel and said that the door falling off was accidental damage. Their warranty is on quality and fitting apparently. I have asked several times for them to explain how and why this is accidental damage but they just refuse and close my car saying it has been resolved. It has not been resolved!! In my opinion, the chipboard carcass has disintegrated around the screws due to the poor quality. Avoid Wren! You cannot trust them to honour their warranty and the quality in my experience is extremely poor.

DONT EVEN CONSIDER A WREN KITCHENS. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. THEY DONT HONOUR THEIR GUARANTEE.. Less than 6 months old and edge of panels flaking to the toutch. Also. A white patch on a door where the paint hasn't taken. (The sales person I spoke to said this frequently happens as the edges are only stuck on and sometime the plastic seals are put on the door front before the paint has actually dried ). I was told be the people in the showroom not to worry as it was under guarantee. I was also dealing with my husband CANCER at the time and going from hospital to hospital. We spent our retirement money on this. When contacting Charlotte from customer care. Who was quite abrupt and insisted it was customer damage. THERES NO WAY A WHITE PATCH IS CUSTOMER DAMAGE OR FLAKING . SOSTAY CLEAR GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY WILL HONOUR THEIR GUARANTEE. I HAVE ALSO READ SIMILAR FROM OTHER PEOPLE.

Avoid Wren like the plague if you are considering purchasing a kitchen. The pre-sales experience was fantastic up until we'd parted with our deposit. The measuring team got the measurements woefully wrong on two separate occasions and after spending ages designing what we considered to be our dream kitchen we ended up having to settle for a much smaller option but ironically paying more. The delivery experience was terrible and our kitchen fitter said it was by far the worst he'd ever had to install (we had to pay him extra because it took him 2 additional days to fix all the terrible miscalculations). Every department seemed to fob off our complaints and pass the buck and we were advised that we couldn't put in an official complaint until after the kitchen had been installed. Obviously now the kitchen has been installed they are washing their hands of it and it is honestly, the worst post-sales experience for such a high ticket item we have ever experienced. Please avoid and use Howdens or someone else!

Will never not rate this terrible company 1 star. All I can say is read the contract! The designers measurements were wrong, and we didn’t realise until we started to fit it. Called head office only to be told we can’t get the new size unit we needed free of charge, and no refund on the unit that doesn’t fit because in the contract you have to measure yourself, and you can’t go off the designer’s measurements alone. Never heard of a policy like it. I used to work in a kitchen showroom and if the measurements came back wrong, we replaced the part for free.

Service in store was great with Seyma who guide us through the kitchen process. Delivery was on time but 07.00am delivery times is not always ideal for other neighbours. Install I had booked myself externally but the price was good as we benefited from all the deals upuntil our delivery. The app was installed however difficulty signing back in to arrange replacements for a couple of shelves and missing brackets

Poor quality units crumbling after less than 1 year which Wren are advising is not a manufacturing fault - I can only assume they were designed to be rubbish quality and not even last a year then?! Would not recommend!
