My order was due for delivery yesterday and it has not been delivered I have called the customer service and been on hold for over an hour and still no response. Live chat was unable to help either. I ordered and paid on the 24th November

Argos - price good, delivery shocking.....ordered the same item twice, once in November and once in December. Each time it did not arrive and I wasn’t told, if I hadn’t of chased the order would be automatically cancelled .....offered a gift card to make up for inconvenience.......surprise it didn’t turn up. Customer services couldn't get through to the store and then had wait 7 days for them to give me my money back. The only thing that happened effectively both times was Argos taking money for products they didn’t have!!

waiting one week for paid delivery , at this day i was not go to sleep to wait for that delivery ,im siting on stairs in hall and just received massage - WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER - Shame , never more shoping with you

My wife bought me a hammock in April 2020. Parts were missing and 7th months later too many contacts we are still waiting for it to be picked up and receive our refund

Ordered a sideboard on 23rd of october, paid for delivery, it still hasnt arrived and I've rang twice, taking ages to get through, argos ate blaming their delivery people , its argos I paid for item and delivery, terrible incompetent company

Where is my washing machine Argos? I have ordered a washing machine on 10th November and haven't received the items yet. The Argos website still shows that the items is due for delivery on 26th November which is 3 weeks ago. Made several calls and chats with Argos customer support team who claims that it is their delivery handling team's issue and Argos cannot help.

I'm actually on the line waiting for them to answer. 3 weeks later haven't heard about my order. of course i called before but they kept saying that they have no info and that the "supplier" will contact me, strange thing that when you pay, you pay to argos.... anyway, I understand now the bad reviews and those who gave 5 stars are completely lucky they've got their order. i advise you to go always for collection (where rarely are problems), if you looking for an item to be delivered... look somewhere else... I wish I knew. don't bother chatting with the unprofessional staff... you'll just waste your time, oh, if you think you'll call them, think twice, I'm still on the line 40 min later and keep ringing... 😂 Argos, pls don't reply to my review, don't even bother. Rather then reply reviews, answer the people's 🤙

Absolute tripe .best thing for this firm is to go bankrupt.. disgusted with their attitude ..I can't believe they're getting away with trading in this way

Ordered a TV, not delivered. They claim it has been. Customer service fob me off and tell me a different story each time. They've effectively stolen my money.

My order off a new fridge freezer was arriving today 4 December 2020. The driver and his colleague pulled up. I opened my door. And asked if they could put my old one which was in my kitchen. I live in a 1 bed flat so it was straight forward. Yes he replied he asked if it was open I told him yes. I thanked him . I went back in to my kitchen put the kettle on. Walked back into lounge. And I saw the back off lorry disappearing down the road. I went out to my garage. And to my shock . The new one was in there. I went inside and rang them. I said why have you put my new fridge freezer in my garage I asked you to put my old one in what was in my kitchen. Oh he said. Silence!!! So I said will you come back . No was the reply we are out off your area. I said don't take me for a fool I saw you going out off my street less than 10 mins. Ago. He denied that just said we not in your area . So I asked him what am I supposed to do then. He said can't you go ask neighbours to do it. I said no. I don't no them enough to say can you come sort my problem out . Which the Argos Delivery person refused to do. Then to my SHOCK He said it's not very heavy drag it in . My god. I told him I was 71. Riddled with osteoarthritis..no chance I could do that . So again he told me not in my area not coming back. So thank you Argos. If you do look into this. I would like you to ask them persons. To take a course in how to treat vunerable people. How to aquire manners. How to tell truth. I am Not a nasty person . But this person has knocked me back. I was so upset stressed and could not stop crying . At this horrible human being . !!!

I have been shopping at Argos from since the mid to late 70s and have never had any complaints as the staff and service were always acceptable. For example, I recently visited my local Argos in Ilford, Essex (before the recent lockdown) to buy a couple of oil heaters. The staff who dealt with me on both occasions were absolutely delightful especially the young man at the door. I think his name was Stuart - a very lovely young man to have a conversation with. The other staff who served me were Shania (on my first visit) and Amirun (second visit when I returned one of the heaters). I have no complaints nor was I dissatisfied with the help I received. Life is too short to be always complaining about one thing or the other. Furthermore, it uses up too much energy. The only thing that has been upsetting is not getting my catalogue, which I looked forward to getting every year, because the powers that be has made the decision to stop it. They have obviously not thought about their shoppers who love to spend time looking through it and dreaming of what they can afford to buy. BAD DECISION.

Horrible. They are stealing from their customers. I ordered a phone this week and it was supposed to get delivered on Monday, so I stayed home all day long waiting for it. Next day I still haven't gotten anything so I contact the customer service. Apparently my package already got delivered. But it definitely didn't get delivered to me. The chat lady supposedly started a query and tells me I should be contacted again within 24hours. But obviously that didn't happen. I contacted them again and the guy who's called Justin just leaves the chat without explanation after I explained my problem. If I haven't heard back from them by tomorrow I will contact the police and my lawyer. NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

3 different days arranged for delivery. First time cancelled, no reason given. Second attempt the lorry couldn't access the narrow road, but was promised it would still be delivered that day. Messaged to say it was being delivered today between 7:30 and 9:30. Didnt arrive in that time slot, but was again told it would be delivered that day as the advisor had spoken to the driver. Took a days holiday from work both times. Wont be buying delivery only items from Argos again

Have placed an order for same day delivery, never got any of the items, when contacted Argos they kept giving excuses, saying they will investigate it only for over week after to tell me they not doing anything about my missing order.. so I’m left without the items or the money.. horrible customer service,, absolute robbery Crawley store

I needed to cancel a Fast Track order as I accidentally ordered the wrong product. I went into Store 137 Aberystwyth and Simon helped me by cancelling the item. He was also very polite. He is an absolute Star. Thank you Simon.

My daughter ordered a t.v... says delivered.. Shes been waiting for ages nothings been delivered.. Wont be trusting to order from Argos again!!! Now have to wait till tomorrow to sort this out.. what a headache!!

28/11/20 Argos have become an absolute joke of a company since joining with sainsbury's. Ordered an item online, was given an order number and a date and time it would be ready for collection.,..saturday 28th Nov....ready to collect from 9 am.....went to the store to collect at 12.40pm and was told I had to wait for another txt with a pin # to say it was in.... But, surprise, surprise, it hasn't arrived.... I am not really surprised that people are abandoning the high street for companies such as Amazon who provide a much better service. I for one will not be using Argos again. A-nother, R-eject, G-oes, O-n, S-ale.

Placed a same day order for delivery, says online it’s been delivered when it’s not! Unreliable and so frustrated that Iv spent a lot of money and will now need to fight to get it back and will not be ordering in future

ordered a bed, paid and was give a delivery date to pick up a click and collect at the local Sainsburys. Order then cancelled 3 days later they blame the store the store blames them. Argos has gone to the dogs since they were bought out. This is the second time an order has been cancelled. I don't think I will be ordering anything from them again.
