please stop blocking all my reviews and REPLY ON WHAT YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH THERE IS ONLY FIVE ITEMS. 1) lots of items missing (TRUE STATEMENT) 2) packed all items away and noticed 1 of 2 boxes did ask customers service before if there was another box... was told dont know. (TRUE STATEMENT) 3) second box arrived and still items missing. (TRUE STATEMENT) 4) no rope for swing, seats! and four poles There is more but just gave up.. (TRUE STATEMENT) A Not happy (TRUE STATEMENT)

Ordered a bbq 7 nuts were missing rang up customer services they said they dont have the parts in stock. They then said call back in 3 days might have it in stock or wait until civid19 is over and they can sort it. I suggested that I swap it for another said they couldn't do that also suggested they take the parts out of another box they said they couldn't do that either. So stuck with a product that cant be made. Not happy!

Never ever ordering from Argos home again!!!! Ordered a headboard and got a text that my delivery was booked and to ring to sort out my delivery.... I have been on the phone for OVER AN HOUR!!! This is redicilous...I get everything with Covid19 and I totally understand delays but the lack of customer service I recieved has been APPAULING ... never again ordering off this website. It’s been nearly a month now since I ordered the headboard

They we’re supposed to deliver on 14th April 2020. I’m still waiting. I can’t get through by phone or chat, Twitter or Facebook. No delivery update from Argos or even an acknowledgement that there’s a problem. Oh and of course they’ve got my money. Such bad service I can’t believe they are busy as soon as they open the lines at 0800 but then again they probably are dealing with lots of complaints. I only want an update and an apology fir not advising me that they can’t or won’t be delivering.

Such bad customer service,ordered something last friday 17/03, taken 2 payments but no order confirmed, cant get in touch with customer services 1 hrs wait then cut off, over 10 times of trying now, would be zero star if I could

Order was due today and received nothing although my online account is saying its been delivered. Well no it hasn't so why put that it has?? An hour and 10 minutes of holding to customer services. Sorry we can't help at this time no one is answering the phone in the warehouse!!please ring back at 8.30 am absolout c@@k wombles. Just an email saying we can't deliver untill such and such would suffice. But nope just update the system to delivered and make me chase you to make sure you haven't left it at someone else's address etc.

I ordered a headboard online and paid in full including delivery. I got text to say my order is ready and to call them to arrange delivery. I have been trying to get through for the last 7 days but am left on hold for up to 50 minutes each time. This service is appalling. I will not order from them again. I have emailed them several times but no reply. Live chat not working either

put a order in at argos for home delivery Saturday 18th April. they was suppose to deliver 20th April between 7pm and 11pm waited up nothing arrived been trying to get in touch with no avail. so argos were is my order. 53 pound you have taken out of my account. if you not got enough drivers at this awful time then close your online orders down. you are a disgrace to take people's money and not deliver the items.

I ordered an item on the 4th April for home delivery on the 8th. It still says sit tight were processing your order. I cant cancel it as there is no way to do that AT ALL, I cant get in touch with anyone at argos. The worst part of this is its for a thermometer as I needed to track my temperature because I had Covid-19...... 2 weeks later and NOTHING!!!!! not even a courtesy email to apologise for a late delivery. Luckily I'm on the mend but I no longer need the thermometer and did I mention I CANT CANCEL MY ORDER!!!!! never using argos ever again, dreadful!

I tried to order a bike online, u took money and didn’t order the item, I spent over an hour on hold to speak to someone and they said there was no order so I will need to pay again or wait 5 days for my money back, I want this resolved now!

20th April 2020. I ordered an item on line on the 23rd March 2020 and am still awaiting delivery. The delivery tracking system informs me that the item was delivered yesterday. I was at home the whole day yesterday and there was no delivery and just to make sure I reviewed my CCTV footage in case I had missed the Delivery and did not see any delivery to my address, just to make sure I contacted my neighbors and asked them to check their CCTV and check if they picked up any delivers in our Close, they have all replied in the negative. I have tried to contact their customer help line about a dozen times by phone and have been put on hold for ages (at the moment 25 min. and still waiting) One of the most annoying things about waiting in the Que is the music that they play which is so annoying (I feel that this is done on purpose so that you want to hang up) Time waiting now 35+min. This is definitely the last time that I will be ordering from Argos

I ordered 4 items for home delivery on the 3rd of April. I had an email saying the items would be delivered on tuesday the 7th April. Up to now Argos have not contacted me regarding my items. I do not know where they are or if they will ever be delivered. I lost out on alot of money that was crucial to my family at a time like this! I will be taking this further.

Item did not delivered on time still waiting. No contact with Argos let messages on massager but no one bothered to reply or read them. Other contacts not possible waiting for hour where was 28 minutes wait on live chat no respond. No tracking information, never will bother with them again. Better use amazon agen as they never put me down.

Telephone help line non existant,, 9 calls now, more than two and half hours in total,, for faulty hoover, wont order anything else from them,,

I ordered Jbl headphones from Argos , and they wouldn’t work . They didn’t turn on or anything. I tried going to a Sainsbury’s collection point , calling them or using the live chat in their official page, just to get the product replaced, but everything was useless. I certainly wouldn’t recommend placing an order with them at this time or ever for that matter !! Very disappointed

Order missing a part, chime, I would like to return the item, but it is not possible at the moment, waste of £122i I lot of money for me. Staff at Argos Sainsbury’s , Didcot very unhelpful, was not allowed to check that all items were in the box. I will never use nor recommend Argos, will be making official complaint. Avoid.

been waiting for a delivery that is over 36 hours late, tracking shows we are 53 rd in the delivery queue, been like that for over 40 hours, tried online chat, messenger , twitter and phone, all day long,this company should not be trading if it can't deliver

Order not at Sainsburys and no idea when it might turn up. Cant get any help from chat line or phone numbers. Very unhappy with lack of contact. Not even a text to explain what's happened.
