I have Covid and ordered on line. I am a pensioner. I ordered 2 x packs of still Water as I do not drink tap water and was sent 6 x large bottles of sparkling water no good to me. I phoned up to tell Asda and the call centre is in South Africa. I explained I am infectious with Covid and cannot go out. I would also have to pay around £4 each way to get the water. I explained I risked infecting others if I go out. There was no good response just we have refunded the money for the wrong water and the Orza which also did not order. As far as the asda call centre is concerned obviously you do not have to isolate with Covid and it is ok to go ahead and infect others on the say to our j up from the shop what they have not delivered. I have been a loyal asda customer for years but will Now rethink

Taken our money but didn’t deliver our items. They have basically stolen over £20 from my daughter. Then make it practically impossible to make a complaint or get a refund. Disgraceful!!

You do not have customer service you have a number of options and then you are cut off on the phone you cannot speak to a human being and so I have numerous unresolved issues ranging from click and collect orders where no one 10 things any orders out to lost debit card in the store. Not being able to talk to anyone 1let to fraudulent use of my card when I could not get back immediately. SHAMEFUL lack of customer service

Asda have gone rubbish. Our property was damaged December 2021 by thier delivery driver and no matter how many times I email or ring, nobody responds or replies meaning still to this day we have damaged property and no acknowledgement. Drivers turn up when they want regardless of delivery slot selected. Substitutions on your order are getting more and more meaning you still have to go out shopping the day of your delivery, so why bother ordering home delivery ? The dates on food delivered have 1 to 2 days on them so you're out shopping days after delivery as well. The products you usually order are slowly being changed to other brands and suppliers meaning you're trying some different every week when you just want what you like. We've shopped and ordered from Asda for many years now but they have let us down time and time again, so enough is enough. We will take our average of £120 per week elsewhere from now on, I strongly suggest others do too. I wouldn't recommend Asda to my worst enemy. To summarize, if you want your property damaged, half your order and the other half what they want to send you, to go out shopping the same day you receive your delivery, be forced to try other brands because they don't have your usual anymore, deliveries turn up whenever they want instead of when you selected then Asda is your place to shop !

The worst food store in the country, the have empty shelves and now they are getting very malicious as the started charging customers for parking while they are shopping at their stores, as Tesco says every little helps, avoid Asda guys they are bunch of scammers

I ordered a cordless iron with my grocery, it was obviously a return, had been unpacked and repacked badly with loose packaging and a sticker at the bottom of the box. Trying to get a refund has proven to be a problem, even though I sent photos, as requested, I had a choice of returning to a store which I cannot do and which, according to some reviews elsewhere is not possible anyway, or making another online order and handing it to the driver. So I have to shop with them again in order to get a refund? I was told however I could then refuse the grocery delivery on the doorstep and just hand the iron over to the driver......waste of resources , fuel etc. no Asda that cannot be right??? I was cut off on the helpline, tried to phone the store got a recorded message and no person answering, have emailed customer service , but of course they are probably the same people who run the helpline. Not sure what I will do, it has a '100 day satisfaction guarantee' on it so I have a lot of time to decide my next course of action!

Just been to my local Asda, your prices have increased again alot, I'm not convinced, that this is all to do with the current issues going on in England, as only yesterday other retailers I visited, had not increased their prices anywhere near what you have done, and you are a much bigger company than most of them, it's quite repulsive, if you are trying to make even more profit than usual, from the many current crises going on in the UK, plus my local Asda is all self service, which is an absolute nightmare at times, when you have lots of shopping, so obviously scrimping on wages aswell.

Hello asda head office I'm really desapointed of your way to treat customers, I order yesterday 11 July food stuff and others online, with option of deliver fast and we wait the hour to be delivered and saw a msg from asda saying driver cancel the deliver, soo drivers have the right to cancel the order after accept deliver to our house?, after call asda customer service one of your staff a ladie tried to explain to us what happened and rebook deliver for today day 12 July between 08am to 09am and we end up again without deliver we supose to receive after all and we end up discovering nobody from asda rebook the order and waste our time when we could go out and buy what we need urgently... Really desapointed of how you treat us... We want answers from your head office because was a really disrespect for who keep buying and help asda grow, and let us on this situation ridiculous and without no options of need to go out with a babie when your online website supose to deliver what you promise and don't put unprofessional people working and don't give a minimum respect to clients, really desapointed

One of your vans crashed into my car outside my house customer service got back quite fast even though it was a Sunday at 8pm then spent two days sending the same photos on two different forms and being asked for the date and time even though every message and email had it cannot get insurance details for my insurance I am off work because without insurance details my insurance company will not proceed so no car for me to go to work so every day this goes on costs 200 pounds in lost wages which you will pay for.

I’m a single mum of 2 young children and I struggle financially as it is. I did a weekly good shop from asda for delivery for the first time, as I usually use Iceland. I was given a delivery slot of 9pm-11pm, I stayed up until 1am and my delivery had still not arrived. I woke up this morning, still not arrived. No texts, emails, calls or anything to say it’s cancelled or delayed. In fact, my tracking details just say ‘delivered’. I ordered from here as I like to shop in asda usually, I’ll never order from here again.

My husband called to do our shopping on the way back from work as I have just come out of hospital he realised he didn’t have a pound on him for a trolley so asked the staff who was returning the trolley’s if he could please release one but was refused surely it wouldn’t have hurt him it isn’t as the store keeps the pound so my husband went to another store and they did release one

Disability discrimination experienced in store. Impossible to rectify or address through Asda's given support channels. So, i have to sue them instead.

Just found out that if you work in the education sector you can get up to 60% off your shop. Moreover, it’s not just teaching staff but includes caretakers and cleaners too. WHY. I shop at Asda everyday for my family’s food etc, and spend approximately £200 a week. This is in the region of 50% of my income I can’t afford to subsidise other households particularly when they earn more than me. Apparently Sainsbury’s offer a similar scheme for that employment sector too. Well as I now know this, as from today I won’t be party to this discriminatory injustice it’s like a private stealth tax. I will do my shopping at Aldi and Lidl in future they’re cheaper too.
