“Garbage of a company, if you have any issues you can only talk to their chat which is always someone from India who will refuse to help and they have no supervisors to talk to and also rude.
There was a single letter misspelling in my name for booking (j instead of i) I was told I had to cancel and repay $2500 for another flight.
The airline said they can make the correction but only the purchasing agent could request and the change would take 3 days, Vishram or something like that refused to contact airline claiming I needed to get something from the airline in writing I contacted airline and they said their policy is clearly stated on their web site and that they did not issue written statements, I told this to Budgetair and they said too bad you have to buy a new ticket… after numerous attempts and hours of frustration they ended by saying too bad and no supervisor to talk to.

“Fraudulent company! They should be closed down. Bilal Ahmed confirmed flights and sent details. Got to the airport and got told there was no booking. Called him again and he took 2 seperate payments. Now a few days on money has been withdrawn again but under Booking.com. There is no way to contact these bunch of low lifes! Avoid!

the airline cancelled destination route all together and the agency (budgetair) never notified me of the change just to discover it by coincidence a week before my flight. not just that they even accepted the new change in ticket on my behalf making my new destination canada instead of egypt :)
When reached to the agency they lied insisting that they did notify me which i have all the proofs that they didn't and lied that there were no alternative but to cancel and refund the one way (which meant i had to pay more than double to book one way instead of original return)... a full stories of lies which i have documented by emails and confirmation from the airline.”

I had originally booked and paid for 1st June 14:45 flight from Manglore for 6 people. But budgetair seems to have changed my flight to 7:50am without my confirmation.
I do not agree with the given change, I would request to allot me same flight. I had called today in Airline and they said that they are ready to accommodate my booking in 14:45 pm flight with no extra cost. For doing this they said that approval of Booking agent i.e BudgetAir is required but BudgetAir is asking us to pay additional cost.
I need the flight that I originally booked with BudgetAir for 14:45 Manglore to Mumbai - Air India without being wrongfully charged additional costs.”

“I bought 3 one way tickets from Guadalajara, Mexico to Seattle, WA. These 3 tickets included 3 carry bags & 1 checked in bag. They canceled the checked in bag, but I never saw the email canceling it. When I got to the airport, I found out they never told Volaris about any of the baggage. I tried to convince Volaris and showed them my confirmation from Budget Air to no avail. They said I had to talk with them.. I spent around $358.78 to get the 3 carryon bags and 1 checked bag so I could get on my flight. When I talked with them after my flight, they were unwilling to accept any responsibility.”

“I bought a round trip tkt from Budget Air for a flight on Royal Air Morac. Royal Air Morac did not have record of my return trip - my tkt was invalid and i had to buy another tkt directly from Royal Air Morac in order to get home! I’ve been trying to get a refund from Budget Air since 10/23 and they just give me a run around. They say that the airline owes me the refund and the airline said that Budget Air sold me an invalid tkt. Its insane! There are no phone numbers to connect with Budget Air and customer service replies to my emails by asking for documents that i already sent, telling me to collect from the airline, and that they are working on getting my refund.

“Do NOT deal with these crooks!! I paid an additonal GBP 200 pounds for extra legroom on a South Chine Airlines flight London to Sydney. When I went to check in they told me that Budget Air had NOT sent them the money for the extra legroom so I had to pay again!! I have been chasing Budget Air for over 4 months to get a refund and they keep fobbing me off! What a bunch of cheats.”
“I booked 4 tickets for Calgary to Tokyo via google flight third part BUDGETAIR. The transaction was accepted and I received the booking number. However, later I received an email from them that “The fare you chose is no longer available from the airline.”
It is totally inconvenient and wasted my time and money by relying on what doesn’t exist. If the fare is not available the payment shouldn’t process at the time of booking. Now more than 5k withdrawn from my credit card and can be held up to 10 days.”
