I've been waiting 3.5 years for a refund on a cancelled flight!! Despite a multitude of mails, clearly presented proof of the cancellation and my payment they repeatedly fob me off with promises to investigate and get back to me, but never actually giving information on paying me back!! Customer Service is just a fob-off mechanism pretending to be interested and responsive but with no result. I tried writing to their holding company even, but no reply, no way to actually reach them...Complete frustration. AVOID THEM. In reality they're 0/20 not 1/5

The customer service told me that the bookings were unsuccessful and therefore I purchased the flight tickets elsewhere. However, they have since then remained unresponsive in regard to the refund of the tickets. Their bookings are unreliable -- when I entered the ticket number on the airline website they returned error. Their failure to book my tickets (they informed me so in the initial email) has caused me immense stress. The flights are about to take off within a week, and you take 24 hours to reply my email. I am hanged in the air, unable to confirm my journey while I have everything scheduled already in my travelling country.

I was scammed by these jokers!!! i have planned a trip to phuket from skyscanner and page directed me to BugetAir and i have completed the booking for some reason they didnt book my flight and charged me AED 300 booking charges i have raised a complaint multiple times and now they are ignoring my emails! Please AVOID BUDGETAIR THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Hidden and unreasonable high charge! False and inconsistent descriptions! Shifting the blame to the clients for the company’s mistakes! TLDR: My experience: I had a really bad experience with BudgetAir, and they refused to give me any refund for their error. It was showing as hand baggage included. And then all of the sudden after I paid, I received an e-ticket saying no hand baggage included. I emailed and online chatted with several agents, and they all mentioned that no refund will be made because the cost is less than the administrative fee USD$110. All I saw on the purchase page before I purchased is 24 hours cancel promise: no penalty for all refunds.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHT HERE! I can be sure I placed the name of my friend as the traveller in the booking but all of a sudden, the ticket was named to me and they said I have to book another flight! SCAMMERRRRSSSSS!!!!!

Dont use them. BUDGET AIR emailed me about a delay flight so we arrived later and realized it was never delayed. We had to rush through the airport to get on the plane. Customer service said there is nothing they can do about what happened to me and my family. Too bad right?!

Customer service is horrible. Can’t reach them by phone. Because of flight changes I needed to change my flight. They wouldn’t refund my money and n top of that, charged me an additional $110 fee! Scammers

Garbage of a company, if you have any issues you can only talk to their chat which is always someone from India who will refuse to help and they have no supervisors to talk to and also rude. There was a single letter misspelling in my name for booking (j instead of i) I was told I had to cancel and repay $2500 for another flight. The airline said they can make the correction but only the purchasing agent could request and the change would take 3 days, Vishram or something like that refused to contact airline claiming I needed to get something from the airline in writing I contacted airline and they said their policy is clearly stated on their web site and that they did not issue written statements, I told this to Budgetair and they said too bad you have to buy a new ticket… after numerous attempts and hours of frustration they ended by saying too bad and no supervisor to talk to. Most horrible company I have ever dealt with.

Fraudulent company! They should be closed down. Bilal Ahmed confirmed flights and sent details. Got to the airport and got told there was no booking. Called him again and he took 2 seperate payments. Now a few days on money has been withdrawn again but under Booking.com. There is no way to contact these bunch of low lifes! Avoid! Email:infoatbudgetair.co.uk They dont make it easy to find the email adress! Bunch of jokers. Update:Managed to email and get a response. They don't acknowledge the payment! Contacted Booking.com and they can't find the payment. The bank has confirmed this is a fraudulent transaction. Be aware. Do NOT share bank details over the phone. You will notice non-authorised transactions on your account. This is a fraudulent company.

Very unprofessional company. Avoid it at all cost. the airline cancelled destination route all together and the agency (budgetair) never notified me of the change just to discover it by coincidence a week before my flight. not just that they even accepted the new change in ticket on my behalf making my new destination canada instead of egypt :) When reached to the agency they lied insisting that they did notify me which i have all the proofs that they didn't and lied that there were no alternative but to cancel and refund the one way (which meant i had to pay more than double to book one way instead of original return)... a full stories of lies which i have documented by emails and confirmation from the airline.

the worst experience ever, I will never ever ever book any f*ing think through them, they cannot change the flight time, cannot refund, cannot modify anything and the airline says you booked through them, call them for any issues! horrible experience

Budgetair does not respond to customer service communications via chat, email, or offer a live agent connection. There is no way to reschedule a flight.

My booking ID - BIN-8666976 I had originally booked and paid for 1st June 14:45 flight from Manglore for 6 people. But budgetair seems to have changed my flight to 7:50am without my confirmation. I do not agree with the given change, I would request to allot me same flight. I had called today in Airline and they said that they are ready to accommodate my booking in 14:45 pm flight with no extra cost. For doing this they said that approval of Booking agent i.e BudgetAir is required but BudgetAir is asking us to pay additional cost. I need the flight that I originally booked with BudgetAir for 14:45 Manglore to Mumbai - Air India without being wrongfully charged additional costs.

Total scam. Told we need to reissue our tickets and no customer service available to do that. How do you sleep at night? Sad there are people in this world who treat people like this. Hope there is someone with honor who changes this pattern

Booked 5 tickets and gave credit card authorisation. No response for 24 hours and no response to mail sent. The chat bot is useless and gives irrelevant information. Looks a complete scam. Avoid!

I bought 3 one way tickets from Guadalajara, Mexico to Seattle, WA. These 3 tickets included 3 carry bags & 1 checked in bag. They canceled the checked in bag, but I never saw the email canceling it. When I got to the airport, I found out they never told Volaris about any of the baggage. I tried to convince Volaris and showed them my confirmation from Budget Air to no avail. They said I had to talk with them.. I spent around $358.78 to get the 3 carryon bags and 1 checked bag so I could get on my flight. When I talked with them after my flight, they were unwilling to accept any responsibility.

Absolutely terrible experience with Budgetair. I booked a flight and needed to make a correction, but despite contacting them every day for six weeks, they never resolved the issue. Their communication is non-existent, and the lack of a phone number makes it impossible to get any assistance. Avoid this site at all costs!

This company a $#*! in stupid company. They issue duplicate tickets, cancel flights, change schedules without notice, and provide poor customer service. Refunds take years to process, and they only refund a portion of the amount. Changing a flight incurs significant fees, and they do not assist with rebooking if a flight is canceled. Missing a connecting flight leaves you stranded at the airport. Despite offering competitive prices, customers encounter numerous headaches and risk losing money. There are countless complaints online, yet the company remains in operation. In the event of needing a refund, it is advisable to contact the bank promptly to reverse or dispute the charge. The company lacks a phone number for direct communication and relies on ineffective robot customer service. Personal experience with this company involved issuing duplicate tickets, multiple unanswered emails, and only receiving a refund through the bank's intervention. Stay away this horror company.

Это мошейники! Никогда не покупайте у них билеты! Отменяют ваши проплаченные билеты за день до вылета! И все что бы вы купили эти же билеты у них за 3 раза больше!!!
